Absolutely not worth the cost for the experience.

I think the thing I really liked was the the pillows.

So so many things. You're paying premium for this hotel in the area and in Mexico in general. I expect water in the room every day, decent coffee machine in the room, good meals, too quality service, respectful staff, a really easy and relaxing stay. I just didnt get that here. My only positive experience was with the night reception staff when I discussed with them an incident with an agressive male staff member.

Chambre Superbe pour 2 personnes mais certainement pas pour 3

L’hôtel est parfait pour 2 personnes

Nous étions 3 adultes et le canapé-lit est horrible .Impossible de dormir dessus pour un adulte . Nous avons rentrés les chaises longues extérieures pour faire un lit ...Au tarif de l’hôtel c’est incroyable.Pas de drap pour la 3 eme personne .

Loved the location and the town and it provided a great base for 12 chill nights

Great location, great view from our room and a great setting to walk or just chill. We had a junior suite which gave us lots of room and a kitchen which we couldn’t use completely. Staff very friendly and left you alone if you showed no interest in buying anything.

Not enough sun beds on beach and drinks a bit expensive Disappointed we booked a junior suite with kitchen and then the kitchen contained no utensils, plates anything unless we paid extra for that facility. What is the point in having a kitchen

Great and very comfortable hotel

Lovely pools, great beach and rooftop bar, comfortable beds, nice beach which was kept clean of seaweed by the staff. Quiet place, very helpful staff. Free bicycles to borrow. Strong wifi.

I had booked a partial oceanfront view and got a room tucked into a dark corner, with mainly a view to a wall and only a glimpse of the ocean when standing right by the edge of the balcony. Apparently I had pretty much the worst room in the hotel, on the ground floor, and all rooms above ground floor have a view. All balconies are not private, the partitions are see-through.

Séjour de rêve

Si vous cherchez un hôtel pour vous relaxer quelques jours dans un cadre paradisiaque, c'est le lieu parfait: chambre spacieuse, piscines magnifiques, transat sur une plage de rêve et mer turquoise. En prime, un excellent petit déjeuner et restaurant pour déjener et dîner face à la mer. Enfin, le personnel est adorable !

El check in es eterno!!! Te retienen en la tarjeta 100€ por si acaso,cosa que no entiendo, reservo una suite y que creen que me voy a llevar las toallas?? Es la primera vez en mi vida que me retienen dinero en un hotel. A las 7 de la mañana me despertaron en la ventana de la habitación los cantos y la música de las clases de yoga que duraron unas dos horas. Pedimos room service para cenar y te cobran un delivery como si fuera una empresa de reparto de comida, pero si estábamos en la planta baja!!!!! Y por el mismo importe que la comida, además!!

Christmas tradition for my family going forward

We upgraded on arrival to Oceanfront suite 218-A, this is the farthest front right above the Italian restaurant deck and overlooking the beach lounger area. The sunrise every morning, doors opened on the living room and bedroom side for a great breeze. Highly recommend, the room was secluded and quiet for the best sleep ever in an extremely cushy bed and pillows with high quality sheets and down comforter. I honestly had lower expectations going into this and was blown away, the room choice helped. I did not do all inclusive as the area has tons of local VERY good restaurants all walkable. The staff was always helpful, even while overwhelmed on Christmas day breakfast with a packed restaurants on rooftop and downstairs they all were professional, polite, accommodating and very friendly. Im typically anti-all inclusives due to employees not seeming to be well treated, and sub-par food, this was not that at all. No surprise upcharges or hidden fees either. We are excited to have this as our family tradition as we meet up with relatives who own condos a couple buildings over.

Beach front menu is a little limited for options/sandwiches, but what is there is very good. Worst case, there are small beach clubs within a 5 minute walk or less to the right.

Relaxing place but get food elsewhere

Beautiful and clean rooms, Comfortable beds, Great beach (it’s also kept clean from possible seaweed), Great massages and spa experience.

The AC was difficult to figure out and you cannot move where it hits which is right on the bed. So if you have it on, you’ll have “wind” on you all night. Staff at front desk were kind but felt overwhelmed most times. Getting hold of them by phone can be difficult. Breakfast and restaurant food & cocktails are not worth it at all but there nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast food and coffee were always cold upon arrival.

Relaxing right on the beach

Great location right on the beach, beautiful views from our room, quiet, relaxing and friendly and helpful staff.

Would have preferred a buffet style breakfast. We stayed 12 nights and the menu got very repetitive

Hôtel moderne sympathique

- Hôtel récent, neuf avec un style très moderne ! - La chambre est très spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Les matériaux sont de belle qualité. - La chambre dispose d’une kitchenette mais sans aucun ustensiles. L’amabilité du personnel

- La plage est juste horrible, avec une couleur marron qui ne donne pas envie d’y rentrer. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos retouchées… - Au niveau du hall d’entrée (et sur notre balcon) il y a constamment une odeur d’œufs pourris qui embaume très certainement en provenance de la plage… - Les prix des restaurants de l’hôtel sont excessivement élevés par rapport aux restaurants de l’extérieur à moins de 5 minutes.

Outstanding value for money and quality! The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing helpful assistance. The cuisine is tasty and also offers a variety of options. It's an ideal destination to unwind for a couple of nights. If you prefer a tranquil atmosphere by the pool without the hustle of crowds of tourists, especially with an all-inclusive package, you might consider extending your stay. The beach is well-maintained, though the sea does have seaweed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and had a relaxing experience before heading back home. Thank you for providing such a pleasant retreat!

Please provide a space or opportunity to dry a swimsuit. Swimsuits and towels hung on all balconies and furniture on the balconies look a little curious.

amazing helpful and friendly staff. great bars (particularly the rooftop with a great breeze and pool) pools and beach. nice safe 15 min walk to the town proper.

everything was great, the balcony facing the main road was a little noisy (we were above the entrance) and with no breeze so very very hot.
