Good value for money 💰

Smart apartments as I had 3 because of working away with a large team.

Not a TV in the rooms and the pressure of the showers on the second floor.....(downstairs perfect!)

8/10 TV let down but stay overall amazing

The location was perfect, I've stayed in that area before and it was very noisy but this apartment was very quiet and the rooms where very spacious, also customer service was brilliant and solved almost all of my problems

The TV was terrible, it was very hard to get a decent picture from the normal channels (bbc1, itv, channel 4 and 5). Then there was Netflix, the control was unusable for it, there was no way to select anything or play anything, when it comes to technology I am very savvy and I tried for an hour to get it to work and had no look, my suggestion to the owner is to use the control that came with the TV, this control looked like a universal one, but if it is the control for the TV perhaps buy a new one and try the tv out before advertising that you do Netflix. I Also tried Prime and YouTube, also not usable, the problem was the control, tried connecting phone to the TV but because there wasn't a make on the TV I couldn't connect, I tried other ways like casting and screen mirror, In the end I got it sorted but the internet connection was terrible, I understand you was trying out a new connection but there was no way of connecting the TV to that connection. So my only problem was the TV and my only suggestion is to check the TV out yourself before advertising that you have Netflix and other apps. I did have a problem with my room also but the owner sorted out my problem straight away so I will not mention about that.

Great Stay- thank you!

Architecture of the property is interesting as this is a church converted in to apartments. Location of the property is very close to the Warrington town centre which is very convenient. Host is very quick in responding to your queries and requirements.

Cleanliness of Toilets can be improved. Correct number of plates/ cups etc to match occupancy would be great.

As it says on the tin

Location to train station and facilities. Rooms decent size. En-suite and a family bathroom which made it easier for our stay.

Wi-fi crashed and TV did not work, so no evening entertainment as the town shuts shop at 5pm. Kitchen also smelt funky and you couldn't open a window..as we were Apt 8 we heard the front doors from other visitors slamming constantly. Front door was not the easiest to open, was very stiff.

I will be back soon

I love it, we loved it, my children's faces lightened up when they saw it sadly it was a sad time why we came and stayed sadly my father passed away and need to been close for the funeral but 100% I will be back to see the family and you will be my 1st choice thank you once again

The front church door took me about 15 minutes to get in each time was a laugh doe Couple times we come home and the main door was left open but I insured I closed it properly

Will not return

The WiFi didn't work and we had no signal either. The TV didn't work. This was for the 2 nights! I had 2 children with me and we had planned to watch a film at night together but we couldn't. We couldn't use our phones, ipads or any devices. The downstairs bedroom was freezing and bedding all damp despite having heating on for a while to try and warm it up. I found a telephone number on my booking but no one ever answered. I then found another number to WhatsApp someone, I explained about the WiFi and the TV they said they would get back to me but they never did. Having 2 children with me and no TV or WiFi became very boring for them very quickly and especially when we were staying for 2 nights! We couldn't even put any background noise on. The staff were not helpful at all when I whatsapped them.

Our friend booked this and after reading the reviews we had quite low expectations. We were relieved rather than pleasantly surprised. WiFi still does not work and I don't think based on our experience and previous reviews the owner has any plans of correcting it. Place could definitelybe cleaner. Was fine for what we needed it for , basicallya place to sleep. The beds are comfy and the area is central yet quiet. If you want a place to actually spend time in, this might not be for you. It's quite claustrophobic.

The location of the property was great & the property had quite a few unique points to it.

The was a broken window that didn’t close, tv & internet didn’t work & no mirrors in the bedrooms. Contacted the property via Watsapp, through Booking.com & tried to phone with number provided & no response/reply to messages or calls. Not great customer service at all.

Nice, clean, good value apartment but beware if anything goes wrong you might not be able to get it fixed.

The apartment was very clean and bright, nice modern furniture etc

The television didn’t work, which is disappointing as the property is listed as having a tv. But what was frustrating is that despite trying to contact the owners several different ways they never responded or acknowledged our messages.

As a whole, my stay was good. I had a sense of home outside home.

the property is quite new and nice. cleanliness was also okay. i like the concept of providing kitchen and living room to cook, eat and sit together.

1. Check-in process is a bit of struggle. Self-service is not a bad thing, however, codes and locks make you confuse. 2. Heating was not working at all in the whole apartment. 3. No mirror in the apartment except bathroom. 4. At least keep salt and pepper in the kitchen.

Location is very good. Price fair. It's church building before.

Wifi broken during the 2 days I stayed. No hair dryer in the flat. Might need to request before go.

Clean , tidy , basic but a nice little place to stay

The location was ok from where i needed to be . Parking is an absolute nightmare

I thought staying in a church would be amazing and a great opportunity however i was disappointed that all bar a couple church features were taken away . It didnt feel like a church wihich is a shame , however it is a lovely, clean plave to stay

Centrally located, cramped, tired apartments.

Central location. Wifi. Bedrooms comfortable for one person but not two. Good storage space in bedrooms for clothes. Lashings of hot water. Warm, once the heating is mastered. Instructions poor and inaccurate. Had to contact support, which was in the Philippines! Previous occupants had left wireless thermostat and controller on top of wardrobe in bedroom.

Cramped. Photos on Booking.com not a true representation of the apartment we had. Downstairs is just a kitchen (with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster and iron, but only just enough plates and cutlery for four to use once), a circular dining table for four and a small L shaped sofa that wouldn't seat four. Nothing to clean the floors with, not even a brush. Stale cooking odours - rectified with air fresheners we bought. Two of our party of four found accommodation elsewhere. Tired and in need of decoration downstairs. Lots of marks on walls and ceiling downstairs. Mouldy shower. TV didn’t have a signal. Free parking non-existent during working hours as taken by adjoining offices. Limited daylight downstairs. Seem popular with construction workers, who occasionally left a trail of muddy bootprints (which were cleaned the following morning).

The location was very good and the apartment was fairly clean, if a little dusty, but generally has plenty of space and well equipped.

We were told that the property had free parking but in reality all the spaces were reserved for a nearby office and we did park on our first evening only to discover we were blocked in the following morning! After our first couple of nights we noticed a smell of gas coming from the boiler which was located in a cupboard in the bedroom we were using which was a concern. I did report this but received no response!

Decent accommodation but if something went wrong would be a disaster staying there.

Great location. I sent several enquiries via email, phone calls and text to try get an early check in. Not only did I never receive a response I haven’t seen or spoken to one human from this facility. I got automated emails after I checked in but not a single response to my queries. extremely poor customer service
