Come enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean and the gorgeous sunsets at the beautiful Pacific Breeze. This bright open floor plan home is a great place to relax and unwind. Enjoy an afternoon glass of wine on the front deck, or your morning coffee on the back deck while watching the sun rise over the trees.
This home offers 3 bedroom, and two full baths. The primary bedroom, with a king bed, and one bathroom are upstairs on the main floor along with the open concept living space and kitchen. A large deck off this level looks out over the yard, the front deck looks towards the ocean. Downstairs is the entry and two queen bedrooms with a shared full bath. A large fenced yard with several seating areas extends your living space into the beautiful outdoors. A perfect place to enjoy sunset with your furry friend.
Located only two blocks from the ocean and two blocks from Lampton Cliffs Park. You are also only a short walk to Fiscalini Ranch which offers many hiking trails including a beautiful bluff boardwalk. In addition, downtown is only a few minutes' drive away, where you will find many fine boutiques and fabulous restaurants.

We had a wonderful time at Pacific Breeze. There was ample room for my family group of 5. Loved that it was a VERY short walk to the beach and tidepools that we love. The place is very private being on the corner and an empty lot on both sides.
The empty lots also invited deer to watch. We were able to sit and watch multiple families every evening.
Items of drawers were labeled to find easily .
We took our own wood and enjoyed the firepit a few nights. The BBQ is situated in an area that allows quests to keep the "cook " company on a separate balcony.
The pictures of the yard do not do it justice , as it is absolutely beautiful with fully grown vegetation that creates even more privacy.
The only a few drawbacks. The front balcony is small. There is a nice view to enjoy but only enough room for a couple of individuals to enjoy. the dining room table is beautiful and modern but is not designed to eat on it since it does not have a flat surface. There is only one medium size sofa couch, so we missed the ability to "veg " as a group and watch movies comfortably. The positives far outweigh the negatives so would stay again.
Breen vacations responded quickly and started off the visit with a complimentary bottle of wine of our choice. Would rent again from them.

Pacific Breeze was perfect to get away over the 4th of July holiday. My dog is very sensitive to fireworks and it was perfectly quite, cool, and enjoyable. House was nice and clean and had a great backyard.

The yard of this home was stunning. Our puppy love it, and it would’ve been wonderful to sit outside and eat dinner and play games. The house is a little smaller than I thought it would be, but it is furnished to maximize the space. No real complaints. The only one very very minor issue was that sound does really carry throughout the house and so you could hear a lot of what was going on throughout the house. We were able to walk down to the beach, and up to the walking paths through Fiscalini reserve. There were deer absolutely everywhere and they even walked up to us in the backyard. We ended up spending our entire stay indoors because it happened to rain during our whole trip, but we had a good time.
A few minor issues were there wasn’t a lot of surface space to do things on, the dining table has a wobbly surface and so we couldn’t really play dominoes on it and some things would slide off of it. Also, we were able to find the property management location no problem (and they were very nice) to get the key, but we had to cut our time up in Pismo Beach short to get back to pick up the key before the office closed. So many rentals now just give you a code to get in and out of the location, which I find much more convenient.
Overall, it was a really awesome house to stay in

We had a great family vacation at this home. The location was beautiful- we saw deer every day and could quickly walk to the beach where we saw otters and sea lions. Quick walk to a beautiful jogging trail and an easy drive into town. The house worked out perfectly for us with nice decks and a beautiful yard where we could enjoy the surroundings. We had a very enjoyable stay at Pacific Breeze. The neighborhood is our favorite in Cambria, just blocks from Fiscalini Preserve and the ocean. The house has a lovely primary bedroom upstairs where there is also the living room, dining and the kitchen. Downstairs are two simple bedrooms and the garage with a bunk bed. The house is well maintained and has an informal feel. The best part for us is that it is dog friendly with a large fenced yard. We enjoyed our dog walks into the preserve or simply sitting by the ocean. We would stay again.

First, after booking, I was asked to mail a check to pay the balance due rather than paying through VRBO which was odd, plus I don’t have checks and then I had to pick up the key and drop it off! So crazy in this technological-driven era and there was a keyless entry deadbolt on the front door! The property manager did give us a nice bottle of wine when I picked up the key. They also gave us a Netflix login that failed to work. Why not just leave the device connected to their tv logged in for guests?
As far as amenities, don’t expect much like coffee or shower gel etc as that won’t be there and the grocery store options are very minimal so maybe plan to shop before arriving.
The neighborhood is quiet and the ocean lookout point is a very close walk. However, the drive to downtown was more than we anticipated.
Overall, it was an okay experience but I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to friends and family.

This house was in a great location, near Fiscalini Ranch and in a very peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed the layout of the house and everything was comfy and in good shape. There was a nice little fenced side yard for my dog (one of the main reasons I chose this property). The reclining sofa in the living room is great but I'd really suggest replacing one of the little red chairs with a more comfy chair or a recliner as it wasn't very conducive to more than 2 people gathering around the tv to watch a movie or something at the end of the day. One negative was that the owner is having an extended patio built on the adjoining lot (which will be great in the future) but we were not informed in advance that this construction would be taking place for the bulk of our stay. There is a lot of construction in Cambria, so some noise is understandable, but not knowing it would be done on the property you are staying on was not the best. As mentioned, the main reason for renting this property was the fenced side yard for my dog. I was informed by the property manager on Thursday after noon (Sat-Sat stay) that the fence would be taken down the following day and no accommodations or compensation for the inconvenience was offered on the phone. I went into the office and explained that I expected some reduction in my rental fee due to the inconvenience and the property not being as advertised for the entirety of my stay. They contacted the owner and they were willing to delay the fence removal until the day of my departure.

This home was perfect. It was spotless, all of the linens seemed very new, and it was well equipped. The location was perfect, a short walk to the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. Had a wonderful stay in Pacific Breeze with two other couples. The house is lovely, very clean, updated, and fully equipped kitchen. Beds are comfortable and ample linens supplied. Great back deck and BBQ. Very nice location with good access to beach, tidal pools and walking park. Only very minor suggestion is 2 bedside lamps for reading at night. I highly recommend this property.

We have stayed in Cambria multiple times. Our stay in this home was our best experience. Its location near the ocean and the Fiscallini Preserve were ideal for us. The home was completely clean and felt like it when we came. We had 2 dogs and it was the best spot for dogs we have ever stayed in. The flooring was resistant to the dogs feet. The furniture was comfortable but not inviting to the dogs in terms of chewing, scratching etc. There was minimal clutter that the dogs could bump into. Best of all there was an exit easy to access that led to a fenced in outside area where they could do their business (and we could clean it up easily. The house has everything you need in terms of cooking, TV, washer/dryer and other amenities. The section of Cambria it is in is more remote from the highway and downtown so it is quieter. The coast walk on the Fiscallini Preserve is about the prettiest mile of coast we have ever seen. There were huge bushes of lupin blooming (we were there in mid May). We would recommend this house to anyone though we think it is an incredible place for pets. We thank the owners for their consideration when it comes to pets. They must be dog lovers.

Perfect Getaway
Just a very, very nice home. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated with just enough accent pieces to make it feel like home. Well equipped with everything needed from kitchen to family entertainment. Easy access to ocean front and great walking trail options. Quiet neighborhood with very minimal traffic yet short easy drive into town for shopping and eateries. I would highly recommend to others and would plan for future visits without hesitation.
