The place was absolutely amazing! The kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was only a 2 min drive to Butler beach. My older kids chose to walk to the beach a few days. I went with my 7 kids and mother and we were not crowded at all! The place is great for big families!

This is was our first time at this property. The listing was accurate and the home was comfortable. There were some little things that did not detract from our vacation, but were noticed, like the outdoor area was not as clean as expected (green slimy area on the pool deck, a broken chair, seat cushions dirty) and the glass master shower door was tight opening/closing and we were afraid it would break. Again, these items did not affect our stay. Thanks!

The house was in mediocre condition when we arrived. Pots and pans were not usable, with a thick layer of burnt grease. We had to go out and buy new pots and pans. The oven was filthy, so we would not use it to cook. The refrigerator was missing shelves on the door, the water dispenser was rusty, so we purchased bottled water. The kitchen stool pads were so filthy and stained that we couldn't sit on them. The pool screen was torn in a few places, so we were always joined by mosquitos when in the pool area. The "fire pit" was a few bricks in a circle on the grass. That does not constitute a fire pit.
The sofa in the living room was broken in the center.
We had left numerous messages for the owner, with questions about the house, but did not receive a call back until shortly before we arrived. The beach was not close at all. It was a very long walk from the house, across a busy street, which had no traffic light, and we had a 2 year old and 4 year old with us.
The advertisement was very misleading and we were very disappointed.

Every year my besties and I get together for a friendcation. We've been doing this for about a decade and every year we pick a new destination to explore. I lived in St. Augustine for awhile, but no one else in the group had been, so I was excited to share it with them. This house was perfect for our friendcation! We loved the enclosed pool and hot tub (although sadly the weather did not warm the pool up enough for us to use it often). The bedrooms were great, the living room was perfect for hanging out in the evening and watching videos/talking. One of my friends really wanted to cook a few meals for us and she said the kitchen was perfectly supplied.
It is a bit of a walk from the beach (easier to drive since the highway is a bit dangerous to cross), but there are great restaurants in the area and it's only about a 15 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine.
The house is very close to an AMAZING Cuban bakery/cafe (Paladar Cuban Eatery and Bakery) that I cannot recommend enough. Also close to Kookaburra Coffee, which has great food and drinks.
Management was very communicative and quick to respond to our questions.
I would absolutely stay here again! We all had a blast!

Everything was perfect. Beautiful house, pool, and dock. Close to all attractions and restaurants. Great layout for socializing, landscaping is beautiful (even had a small pineapple growing), the smell of jasmine off of the pool, and we caught fish right off of the dock. Beach is moments away. It is the number one choice for staying in St. Augistine!

Amazing Stay
My friends and I had a great time at the house and loved being walking distance from the beach

Location worked well
The property is located in quiet neighborhood and was well suited to relaxing. The four beds/three baths made it easy for visitors to spend the night. The one downside is that with loose Florida zoning there are a lot of nearby trailers, some of which are pretty run down spoiling some of the view. Not a big deal for me since I know Florida but could bother someone just going off the pictures.

Great Getaway Spot
The house was super clean and well stocked with towels, pots/pans, silverware, some spices, TP, and linens. We made management aware of a few small items which needed attention by the maintenance folks upon our departure but otherwise no complaints. One of those items was the baby gate situation for the top of the stairs, so double check with management before packing and consider bringing a baby gate of your own. Also, the pool was pretty cold as it isn’t heated and to be fair we missed the part in the description where it said the pool wasn’t heated. The hot tub is right there on the patio though so no worries at all about hearing up rather quickly after a dip in the pool. The beach access is literally around the corner. You can park in the lot at entrance to the beach or drive on. Some great fishing spots near the bridge around the corner and a short drive to St Augustine area for touristy stuff or more serious fishing. All in all, great location and would recommend it.

Excellent Vacation Rental
The hosts really thought about their guests when stocking this rental. There were several days worth of paper goods, cleaning supplies, and spices and oils. The house is very spacious and everyone felt as though they had their own space to chill. The location is great, a quick drive to the beach, close to downtown, and of course having the pool and hot tub is a wonderful bonus! The hosts were great about checking in every couple of days and they were attentive when we had questions. The house was great and with just a few upgrades it would be amazing. The master bedroom did not have a TV, but two of the other bedrooms did. It would be nice to be able to watch the news in the morning or to watch a movie in bed at night. Also, the couch is nice and large (it's a sectional) but it's not very comfortable. Lastly, it's great being right on the canal, but there are no railings on the upper dock and with younger children, it doesn't feel safe for fishing. The neighbors had a nice railing and a place to sit on their upper dock, so we wished that this rental had that as well.

great house and convenient location
The house was very clean and well stocked for our group of 5. Kitchen is updated and well appointed for those that want to cook, but also there are nearby restaurants for dining in or ordering to go (Safe Harbour). The beach location is an easy walk, but we also enjoyed the short drive (about 5 minutes south) to a beautiful and unpopulated stretch of Crescent Beach with easy parking beachside. The pool and hot tub were a definite plus. Dani and her team have the house well set up for guests. Things are easy to find and operate with instructions available where needed. They are just a phone call or email away to answer any questions or provide a tip about the area. Really appreciated the extra level of customer service from the team which made this a stress-free and enjoyable place for our family.

Perfect Family Vacation
From the home to the private pool, hot tub, and dock, this is the perfect vacation spot. Our family loved spending a week here. The home was very clean and well stocked. The property manager answers promptly and couldn’t be nicer. Very close to the beach - 3 minute drive. Beach chairs and other items are in the garage for your use! We will definitely stay here again when we visit St Augustine!

A great stay!
We absolutely loved this house. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The kids absolutely loved the pool and spent most days in and out of it. It isn't heated, which is fine for the kids, but makes it pretty tough for the adults. :-) Property manager was great and communicated throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home!
We absolutely loved the home. The hot tub and fire pit were great on the cold days and nights! The only thing that would have been better is if there was any sun in the back during the day; very shaded everywhere. Otherwise, extremely clean and comfortable! Would love to stay again!

Lovely getaway
This was a lovely getaway - the property is located near the beach so it's a nice walk to get quickly in and out of the beach whenever you want without worrying about driving. The beach closely is the kind with the soft sand, not the hard shell kind, which are located in other areas of St. Augustine, so I liked that too. There is a local restaurant that has great food if you just want to avoid driving altogether. And it's in a quiet residential neighborhood with friendly neighbors. There were so many amenities in the house - all the silverware, plates, cups, glasses, etc you might need and oh, the number of appliances you could use! Mixers, griddles, microwave, toaster - if you wanted to just cook for your group the whole time, there was plenty at your disposal. It's situated about 30 minutes (drive) from St. Augustine's downtown area so if you wanted to be somewhere close enough but not too close, this would be good for you. Finally, the property manager is incredibly responsive - she sent good instructions and reminders, and checked in often about any questions.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The host makes everything to make your stay pleasant and provides all you possibly need from supply list. The pool is Seasonal and is NOT heated, although it may look on pictures as indoor one. The location is 5 min drive from the beach. The place was clean and looked newly renovated. Our family had a great time. Thank you.

Everything was perfect.
Everything was clean, well decorated, well stocked. It was too cold to use the pool but the hot tub was amazing! The location was great! We had a nice, relaxing girls trip. For food we recommend Red Frog, Keke's and Winn-Dixie - go to seafood and ask for the seasoned, steamed shrimp by the pound. It was fantastic. Fiesta Falls Mini Golf was great. The shops in historic St. Augusta were amazing. We will definitely be back.

Great Birthday Weekend
This house had everything we needed - a pool, wonderful guest rooms and bathrooms, ample seating in the family room, multiple kitchen items and beach goodies. We had a great time and didn't leave the house much except for a boat ride and to get some exercise outside.
