Pleasant stay, had higher expectations of the views

The kitchen was well equipped and the cabin was spotless.

The photos showed nice views from the balcony but our cabin was facing the bush.

The cutest tree house cabins 💓

I booked this accommodation last minute for our anniversary the staff were very friendly and helpful and made it easy to check in using the lock box. the location is stunning. we stayed in cabin 5, which was nestled amongst the native Bush with a view of the coastline. The room was very modern, fresh, and clean. I loved the decor and the bed was very comfortable. I booked two massage therapists from 'get in touch massage mangawhai' (highly recommended) to come to our cabin, which was perfect, there was plenty of space we had a beautiful view and it was warm and cozy. we had everything we needed to make a yummy breakfast the next morning as the weather was bad, and we didn't want to leave our cute little tree house. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can't fault this accommodation. It was lovely.

Very high standard from the linen to the crockery. Everything you needed was anticipated and covered.

We could hear the family walking in the rooms above us during the evening but wasn’t a problem at night

Our stay was so much better than expected and connected around the fire pit toasting marshmallows.

Really lovely location in the bush very private Loved the candle burning when we arrived lovely touch and the complimentary Bennett’s chocolate

Perfect escape from hustle and bustle

Quick trip from Auckland to stunning Mangawhai. Tui & Nikau has lovely cabins, and best of all, it is secluded, quiet, and comfortable. Under 5 min drive to restaurants and shops. Great views and experience of NZ birds. Perfect winter trip as there are heaters. We've been back again in less than 2 months. WE LOVED IT!

Can’t wait to return!

We stayed at Tūī and Nikau for our anniversary. We arrived to find the heater on, a beautiful candle lit and a card and chocolates for our anniversary. The place was so private, cosy, yet stylish. I would thoroughly recommend it! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
