The Good the Bad and the Ugly

We liked the location which was very central and met our needs. We liked that Parking was offered. The Lobby was clean.

So, the first night we arrived at 11.30pm and we got Issued room 421. this room was the room from hell. It had stains on the carpet, the carpets and floors were not vacuumed, the counter tops had sticky stuff all over it. the cabinet had used gum and wrappers in it. there were no cutlery at all. it was dusty and extremely uncomfortable to stay in. we immediately wrote a letter and complained to the host. as one of our guests suffers from extreme allergies and the other had his immunity compromised due to being a cancer patient. we were thankful that there was a convivence store across the road and we had to get Lysol and wipe down all surfaces, Kitchen, the countertop, the toilets, the bathroom sinks etc. The following morning at around 11am when we woke up, the water was turned off so we couldn't brush or have a warm shower. We then say we were issued a new room at 3001. We then proceeded to go to that room and we were greeted by Columbia, she is a cleaner who was very kind and helped clean our room. While this room was alot cleaner there were still things missing, like a kettle, coffee maker, no wine glasses which Columbia promptly brought up for us. we did see a few other cups which were cracked and we just moved them aside. we also noticed later that evening that we only had kid sized forks and the dining room lights were not functioning. 1 Bed was okay but the other bed was so bad that the 2 of us would roll in the centre. As you can imagine we were just tired and just wanted to visit family like we were planning to. This room was alot cleaner and nicer, no carpets and the floors were moped down nicely. The Lifts were a different story. We had to wait 20minutes some days just to go down the lifts then another 5-10 minutes to get to the ground floor as there were so many stops etc. There were about 32 floors but 2 operational lifts and they were just slow. We will not be staying in this location again and cannot recommend anyone to stay here.

Convienient and comfortable

Excellent location and comfortable penthouse.

Some facilities in the building (eg pool, sauna, gym) were not accessible to us and we were not aware of this until we tried to use the facilities. The knob for one of the kitchen cupboards was not attached properly leaving a sharp screw exposed which could have been dangerous for our child.

Exceptional

Great location, the host is highly professional, easy access parking garage, the suit is comfortable and has everything you need for a long stay, Would stay again! Highly recommend to anyone!
