L'albergo si trova in una posizione privilegiata, facile da raggiungere. La tramvia si ferma proprio davanti.
Il maggior problema è la zona perché si trovano gli usuari di droghe.

Logement insalubre remplie de cafards !
1.0
It was close to the city centre but the location was absolutely unsafe as there was a drug using facility across the street.
The staff were very nice but would avoid ever staying here.
The area was extremely rough. Lots of drug addicts and homeless people. We didn’t leave the room after about 7pm.
In the room, there was an obvious smell of cigarette smoke where they tried to cover it up by a disgusting air freshener, which did absolutely nothing but made it worse.
There were burn marks all around the side table; either from cigarettes or other drug paraphernalia.
Booked in for 3 nights and left after the 2nd. Couldn’t take another night of it.
2.0
Easy reach of downtown. Staff willing to allow us to leave our luggage for a few hours after checkout.
The lack of breakfast despite all their advertising refers to complimentary breakfast: no bath mat, towel rail was broken: no remote and no TV besides YouTube; dangerous at night due to significant homeless population in the same street.

Friendly add helpfull staff. Great prices and located close to city center
Not the safest location, it's a little rough in that area. Lots of noise from outside. Not the cleanest bathroom either. Great place to stay for one night but wouldn't want to stay there for a week.

It was clean and well priced
The neighborhood was a hit rough

El personal muy amable.
Las instrucciones no me gustaron.

The location and a friendly receptionist
Almost everything. It’s extremely dirty everywhere, carpets were never cleaned, lots of hair everywhere, dust on the surfaces, no air exchange, shower wasn’t working, everything was just gross. They don’t even keep their milk properly - it sits in a pitcher all day and it stinks like sour milk, it’s all spoiled and I don’t think then even wash the pitcher ever. Will never go back there for any money.

Absolutely Nothing.
This is by far the dirtiest most run down hotel in Toronto. It’s a dive, needs badly to be torn down and NO renovation could possibly fix this. There is no room temp control, and nothing in there has ever been cleaned . Railings are disgusting the bathrooms smells like something died in there.Horrible stay, no sleep, no shower , moved rooms 3 times and left early as possible.
Shame on the owners!

If you're just needing a place to sleep overnight, this is the place. The inn is kind of divey and the area that it's in is kind of sketchy, but we had no problems during our stay.
3.0
The location
Old, need work and renovations, the hallways have a bad smell, the beds not comfortable
2.0
A passable place to sleep and nice staff. Public transportation (streetcar) drops off right in front of the building, so that's very convenient. The front door had key card access only, but the scanner isn't very noticable.
You could hear the trains until midnight when they stopped running and first thing at 6am when they began. I could hear conversations in the lobby. My door had a 1 inch gap under it that let in light and sound. The room wasn't very clean (dirty floors, didn't pick up garbage in the shower so showers weren't cleaned) and lacked amenities (no washcloths, couldn't figure out the dirty ac). The mattresses and pillows could be better too.

Nothing. It was horrible and not worth for the money i paid.
Room was not even 10x10 in size. The A/C unit was above head making so much noise! The room was on the ground floor and the window was next to side walk where people can knock the window and just outside the door CT train track.
I wanted to have just a good sleep before my AM meeting. However i ended up awake the whole night because of the noise and uncomfortable room.

There is nothing that I like.
Everything I don't like

Localization, friendly staff, cleanliness
Room is really small and the bathroom small and old
3.0
Nothing
Th room was not sound-proof and a bit dirty: we found a pill 💊 under the bathroom door. As the neighborhood was not extremely friendly we didn't feel safe and we asked to change move from ground to first floor. Unfortunately, they said we had to stay in that room as everything was full (I doubt that). The guy who welcomed us for the check-out was very friendly and kind though

The staff were friendly and it was close to a tram station. The bed was cosy too!
The cleaning could have been more thorough and the room right at the front was a little disconcerting. Heavier curtains would help alleviate this.

is not the best location within the city centre, but acceptable
no wifi working in the room, not to clean enough to feel safe. some bugs flying around in-out the room

property location is in poor area, the property was under renovation,
the room didn’t have a hanger in the room, the room didn’t clean every day , no room service.

Nothing
The property is run down, dirty and in serious need of renovations and repair.
The photos advertising the hotel are totally misleading and are no way a true reflection of the hotel. We were booked in for 3 nights and stayed 1 night. After viewing the property We did not want to stay but we arrived late and had no other accommodation booked.
I am still waiting on the refund from the hotel, despite several calls to the hotel and emails to booking.com

staff, reception and workers
Run down place. The internet did not work properly. The doors walls look dirty. The toilet did not flush. It was temporarily fixed. Was told the commode needs to be changed. When I asked for a change if room I was told, every room was booked. So i booked another hotel and decided to checkout. When I went to the reception I was told I could move to another room. This after i had booked another hotel. The manager/ owner never apologized . They even charged for the night even though i checked out at 5 and it was entirely the hotels fault.
