It was a great stay. Comfortable and a fairly good location.

The apartment was spacious.

Canadian Summer Trip

We like the location that it was centrally located at the downtown Toronto. A few minutes walk you can find lots of restaurants and shops. It was a big 1 bedroom apartment type unit. Equipped with all the amenities we needed to have a comfortable stay. We loved that we can cook and prepare our own food. It was an easy & fast check-in experienced.

The unit was a little bit dark and sofa needs some refurbishing. But overall, it was a good and comfortable stay. The balcony was closed for some safety reasons so it was okay. We just tried the breakfast on our first day. It was a very basic breakfast on a small space area. But to be fair, just good enough to start your day.

Grand confort dans un quartier excellent.

L’emplacement : entre gay village et quartier chic. La taille de la suite et sa belle vue extérieure. La disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel.

Un balcon fermé non accessible. Un service de chambre organisé qu’un jour sur deux. Un petit déjeuner uniquement sucré et à emporter en chambre car salle à manger très petite.

Nuit à Toronto avant le départ

Les chambres sont spacieuses. Nous étions dans une chambre pour 6 avec cuisine. Probablement pratique si on reste plusieurs jours, mais nous restions qu'une nuit. Très bien situé, on va dans le centre à pied en 15-30 minutes selon la destination, sinon en métro .

La salle de bain était comparativement petite et vieillotte. Le petit déjeuner est décevant avec seulement quelques muffins, un peu de fruits, café et lait froid. La salle est minuscule donc tout le monde remonte en chambre, les ascenseurs (3 pour 26 étages) sont du coup saturés.

L’emplacement etait parfais

Climatisation et ventilation très bruillantes, Dejeuner de base muffin yaourt et longue attente à la seul cafetiere de l’hotel. Salle de déjeuner trop petite pour le nombre de personne

It’s good but doesn’t worth the value we paid.

The fact that the staff are so friendly and helpful. Whatever you need they provide it to you.

-It’s shame that they removed the swimming pool. -The breakfast was awful and disappointed. As it’s pastry only they should keep it for longer not just till 9:00. -The area is not safe at all and also is not family friendly. -The parking should be for free for the tenants not with extra charges.

Really handy base to explore Toronto …

The location is great , the size of the suite was fantastic , the staff were very helpful, longs on the main road did excellent pizzas and salads

The accommodation felt a little tired The shower wasn’t very hot, if you’d wanted to cook the kitchen was quite basically equipped .

O quarto que na verdade era um grande loft , amplo e cômodo.

Funcionários muito secos , frios , falta de interesse pelo hóspede. Recepção sem banheiro Falta de salão para um café da manhã , muitos hóspedes fazendo pratos pra levar pro quarto . O ambiente era uma sala pequena com uma mesa , 3 pequenas mesinhas em Assentos , para uma hotel com mais de 20 andares Café da manhã muito muito fraco , ficamos hospedados 4 noites ( todos os dias às mesmas cosias ), não tem um ovo , queijo , salame ou algo do tipo . Café da manhã se resume a uma cafeteira , suco de laranja , croissant 🥐, um muffin , duas frutas . Com crianças complicado ( não tem um achocolatado ) , leite congelado . Estacionamento caríssimo ( um assalto ). Esse hotel foi o mais caro $$$ de toda nossa viagem e o que me as comodidades tivemos . Vantagem só mesmo o mega loft .

Great place for staying in Toronto

Even the location and the overall room meets our expectations. I believe it is a great place to spend several nights in Toronto, for work or pleasure. I did not take train or bus, I went walking to every place in downtown.

I got good deal, and based on it -the price vs quality it’s totally worth it.

It was perfect for family reunion place. The living room was spacious, had full kitchen and dining table

It seems to be recently renovated but the quality of the materials and the quality of work is low.

Good as usual

This time the hotel provide me with a two bedroom apartment. It is HUGE with a nice kitchen .

Breakfast ends at 9:00 am and I arrived at 9:05 on a weekend. Please be more relaxed with that . The coffee maker in the room needs to be cleaned often .

駅から近く、高層階の部屋で眺望が良かった。部屋はリビングダイニングキッチンと寝室が分かれており、部屋のスペースは１〜2名には十分である。部屋に、洗濯・乾燥機、冷蔵後、キッチンがあり、数日間の宿泊には大変良い。

ドライヤーが古すぎる。

Habitación cómoda y espaciosa

La ubicación es buena, la habitación súper cómoda y amplia, la cocina bien equipada y la limpieza en general estuvo bien. Nos permitieron dejar nuestras cosas después de realizar el check out.

Consideramos que el desayuno no es tan basto y el comedor es muy pequeño.

Horrible ! Je me suis jamais senti aussi inconfortable! Et c’était le 1er trip avec mon chéri

On nous a attribué préalablement une chambre sans rideaux et aucune intimité puis nous avions apprécié que le personnel est changé la chambre à la demande de mon chéri même si nous avions rencontré des issues avec ce dernier également

Nous avions passé le plus horrible temps de notre séjour dans cet hôtel ! Et pour finir nous n’avions pas pu dormir la dernière nuit à cause du sang ou du moins des taches qu’on a observé sur notre drap ! Vraiment horrible et très déçu que le propriétaire ou le personnel ne soit pas venu nous voir après qu’on se soit plaint pour voir si c’était la réalité. Nous avions pris des photos en pièces jointes comme preuves ! De plus avant de quitter l’hôtel nous avions également pris une vidéo pour montrer que nous sommes des clients respectueux et que tout était propre à notre départ au cas où ils vont inventer des choses pour nous discréditer! Et de nombreuses autres personnes dans cet hôtel se plaignaient en longueur de journée ! Sachant que 1/3 des ascenseurs marchait! Nous serions ravis de vous envoyer également les vidéos si vous nous fournissez un e-mail.

We enjoyed our short stay here (3 nights) and our time in Toronto....

The suite was clean, very spacious, comfortable bed etc. and well equipped , and cleaned every day. Even though the hotel was full(200+ rooms) it was extremely quiet . There were also 3 lifts...so no long waits for them.

The breakfast was adequate, but not a great selection on offer, but plenty of what there was. The breakfast room was very small, probably seating for about 24, so it became a bit of a squash at times. There was an outside dining area, but that was closed for winter.

Beliggenheden var sådan set fint. Venligt personale. Stor lejlighed med sofa arrangement, spisebord og køkken med eget soveværelse.

Der var møgbeskidt. Vi bad om at få vasket gulve af to omgange. Vores datters strømper og vores sutsko blev kulsorte. Men det blev ikke bedre. Køkkenet var heller ikke rent under ovenskabene. Det står at der er er fuldt udstyret køkken. Det er der ikke. Kaffemaskinen virkede ikke. Sengene var ikke så store som de viser på billederne. Generelt er det gammelt og slidt. Morgenmaden består af croissant, kager, frugt og youghurt. Morgenmadslokalet er meget småt.

A nice stay

The view from the 26th floor. Very large suite, well equipped kitchen area. Very friendly front desk staff.

Worn and tired overall condition of the suite. Poor bathroom compared to the suite. Very bad organized breakfast, not enough room to sit down and to access to the table. It's allowed to bring your breakfast to the room but you have to queue with your plate in hands to access the elevator.

Exceptional

Hotel offers spacious suits with comfortable beds and working area. Even though I booked a different room, staff member told me that my room was severely damaged so they offered me two different options: suit with two beds, without kitchen and suit with queen bed and kitchen. Staff members were very polite and helpful.

All of the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make everything perfect. Our suite was spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing.

Looking for a place to relocate to in this area during a hospital stay of 1-3 months, so checking in here for a night gi

The suite was better suited to our needs than just a room. Having a kitchen/living room with a separate bedroom was great.

The bed was too firm compared to what we use at home. Not wheelchair friendly from the parking garage. Continental breakfast was great, but the room couldn’t accommodate the number of people trying to use it.

A bad experience for the room but the staff supports good.

Bed bugs so my family couldn’t sleep well,I got another room that night with a dirty and dusty one. We just stayed all night then next day we had a new room.

great location, spacious, and clean

the apartment was spacious and clean, location was great near cafes, restaurants and bars and our 23rd floor apartment was quiet, had all the basic facilities. check in and out were easy.

breakfast hall was tiny, as indicated by other guests, so take things up to the room, you are not allowed on the balcony, gym was not for hotel guests and the swimming pool seems permanently closed

Superb

Stayed in the hotel while on a business/pleasure trip to Toronto. The hotel facilities were well maintained and hygienic. The hotel’s location was excellent. Rajvee at the reception was extremely helpful & polite , going out of her way to guide us. The only shortcoming was the minimalist breakfast spread. The upside to that was the pantry’s cleanliness. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
