7/10. Clean, comfortable, but probably wouldn't stay again.

Beds were very comfortable. Space was clean. Plenty of towels and linen. Large bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash were nice as my 2 daughters and I have long thick hair. Good continental breakfast. The reservation was pretty expensive for the 2 bedroom king suite, I just expected it to have a better kitchen type set up or at least a larger refrigerator for the price we paid.

My husband was really concerned there were no safety features on the multiple windows in our corner unit. We were traveling with our children (ages 2 to 10), and we were placed on the 4th floor. We had our girls in one bedroom and we were in the other room. The windows just had standard screens and opened all the way, which was a little concerning being in a different room. The fridge was tiny.....like 15 inches by 9 inches wide small. The room also had a microwave. But it was hard to do any budget friendly meals with that being the only kitchen items in the room. The parking lot was very compact....difficult to park in narrow spaces with thin passways between the aisles.

Ownership seems to care about making it a wonderful place to stay.

Clean, comfy bed/pillows, friendly staff, updated bathroom fixtures, solid hot breakfast, nice little outdoor area with small playground. Noon checkout is great! Also, it's just a couple blocks from both the beach and Broadway/ Promenade. Lots of beach toys (buckets, shovels et al) provided for guests to utilize.

Pool itself is clean, but water is cold and pool area isn't the greatest. Not much of a pool deck, it's really just a small border around the pool, and it's a bit dingey.

Great stay, friendly staff. Beds were so comfortable. 12:00 checkout was a bonus gift for us. We had to cancel a night the day before and they did that for us. I would stay there again. Breakfast was good.

Perfect for a getaway

The most basic room was very large and the staff were very friendly. The location is great, and pets were very welcome.

Staff was amazing and loved how clean the rooms were.

Staff was beyond friendly and always their for any questions or anything we needed. Enjoyed they interacted with our kids and made them feel welcome. Truly made the stay so enjoyable.

The hotel is very close to the beach, 3 minute walk max. The room was great! Good size, comfortable and clean. It was my daughter’s 16th birthday and they made it very special for her. The staff is very kind and friendly. Have stayed before, will stay again.

Can’t think of anything we disliked about the property or our stay.

Great location and rooms!

I had a conference at the Seaside Convention Center and loved how close it was to walk there.

My next door neighbor was too loud. I could hear his TV. Staff need to do a walk through at "quiet" time. I knocked on his door and he did not answer but I did hear the TV volume go down.

The location is great. It is clean and quiet. The children loved the pool. The breakfasts were good.

I pre registered via a message to do just that. Yet when we arrived, I was asked for my photo ID. When I mentioned pre registration, and the obvious futility of that , which made me another uppity, my own words, tourist, then the issue was dropped. So where is the disconnect? I also had requested, pre arrival, one of the up sell s’mores package. Another clueless response. For the price point, I expect a little more attention to the details.

Nice stay for one night

We stayed here only one night during a pitstop on our summer roadtrip. Good location that was walkable to some restaurants. Appreciate the new, modern facilities with nice decor and comfy bed. Plenty of free parking in their big lot which was really convenient. Love that they are pet-friendly but there is a fee of $25 and you don't get a dog bed or bowls that other hotels would provide. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the pool or hot tub.

We got the room right above the pool and it got really loud as people down there were screaming and singing.

The hotel staff was amazing and went above and beyond.

At first I thought it was a little expensive but it is so close to the beach, there is a real breakfast provided in the lobby, their pool and hot tub stayed open until 10pm, and check-out is not until noon. My 5 year old granddaughter gave it a 900 out of 10! :)

The only thing that was not perfect was that I have a full size SUV and there are limited spots unless you drive a compact car. There is absolutely nothing else.

Pissibly a new Seaside favorite!

The location and facilities are great! A decent hot breakfast (waffles, eggs, bacon, out meal, etc) is available in pleasant surroundings.

We were in a room that could be joined with the room next door - a door is between the rooms which makes them accessible to each other without having to go out into the hall. Our neighbors conversed relatively loudly until midnight, and the noise from opening and closing doors echoes into the rooms.
