We had a great time. The house is a great size for a family with 10 people. More than enough space. Tons of wildlife and great views. We enjoyed every minute. Communication was easy and fast. They provided everything we needed to know.

Nice property. It was a bit musty smelling and there was no community pool within distance.

Property was as displayed. Clean. Well stocked with basics. We enjoyed our time. Good view. The ticks were horrible outside so be prepared for that. They were on our dogs and us. Storms came 2 of the 3 nights we were there. We lost electricity both nights. We didn't find any candles, lighter or flashlights. It was late in the night so we didn't bother the property manager. I'm sure they would have quickly brought some if we would have notified them.

Three of us spent a weekend and enjoyed it very much . Property clean and well stocked. All that we needed to be comfy. Would love to have some cute deck lighting and new cushions needed for outdoors. Overall very comfy and would recommend

This was a great central location for those wanting to visit Eurecka Springs, Bentonville, and Rogers. The house has a nice layout with plenty of room for my grown kids and their families. The lower level bunk house was a nice space too. Clean and well stocked. Really enjoyed mornings on the back deck.

The home is set perfectly in the mountains with a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed our stay here & were pleasantly surprised of the amount of basic things available there for us to use: plenty of sheets, towels, kitchen utensils, pans etc.. The property manager also responded to all questions quickly. The only drawback is the home does need quite a few updates & there was a musty smell in the basement BUT those were relatively small items to deal with. Good home.

Spacious comfortable property with a well equipped kitchen reasonably close to the Lost bridge marina (for swimming) and only 40 minutes from Crystal bridges museum and Bentonville. Some great hiking less than and hour from the property in one of the free state national parks. My husband and children were puzzled that someone was charging their Tesla at the property when they arrived through a front bedroom window which meant the lead had damaged the mosquito netting to that room. We were very pleased however that we had been able to extend our stay by 1 night however as we were meeting friends a day early in Bentonville and the manager was very accommodating. We had a very pleasant trip and would recommend for a large group.

We loved the space and the incredible views of this property. It was on a quiet street within walking distance to the shoreline. Only a few minutes drive to a beach with spots to fish, kayak, and swim. Pet friendly option was perfect for us too! House was fully loaded with everything we needed. We loved our trip!

Would easily accommodate 3 couples and 6 kids. The basement/bunk room is great for the kiddos. The view is great (although my husband who is a Landscape Architect would have some trees trimmed to expand the view ;-) Kitchen was well stocked with the essentials.

The house fit our group needs well! The beds were comfortable and the amenities for the kids were nice. The place was a little dated for the price but the kids had a blast and the view was amazing.

Great view
We had a great time at this house and the property managers are very accommodating. The view did not disappoint. Overall the house was fine for the 9 of us and the view was wonderful from the large windows and deck. Our children enjoyed the bunk room and having their own space.
As someone previously reviewed, I would caution you about renting this house if you have children under the age of 4. The balusters on the stairs inside the house and on the deck are quite wide. We have a one year old new walker and it would have been nice to not have to worry about a big fall down the side of the mountain or stairs. We took a baby gate for the interior stairs, but unfortunately the way the stairs are configured a baby gate doesn’t work. We blocked the stairs with turned over chairs so he couldn’t get up. It would be nice for the owners to provide a barrier gate for the stairs.
Upon entering the house there was a strong smell of old musty cigarette smoke. We did call the manager and she immediately brought over a fancy air purifier machine which did seem to help in combination my going crazy with Air Wicks.
Be prepared to live out of your suitcase during your stay. There is a lack of drawers in most rooms to put clothes away.
The house needs a deep clean and a minimal amount of upgrades (bathroom on main floor isn’t great) along with more storage for pantry items. The bathroom to bedroom configuration is odd with two king bedrooms sharing a non-upgraded bathroom. There is a half bath on the 3rd floor and a full bath and shower in the basement.
The kitchen was well stocked with whatever was needed.
I feel like we would rent this house again in a few years if we needed to get away for some quiet time. It is quite far away (other side of lake) from most kid-friendly activities so we felt like we spent a lot of time in the car.
The neighbors and their cat across the street are quite nice. The cats name is Molly.
Overall our stay was fine. This house would be wonderful with some upgraded interior and less old cobwebs.

We enjoyed our stay and the cabin fit all our needs. It could use some minor repairs. A couple base boards are loose and the sliding door is difficult to open. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable and it had all of the kitchen tools we needed. The area is very quiet and peaceful. I loved the view!

My family and I just got back from a long weekend staying at this home. Pros: amazing view with a great deck and windows to enjoy it from, plenty of bedrooms, great internet connection and each room and TVs with great set up with options, great communication with house manager and easy check in, very clean, fun basement and cozy chairs and a hammock outside and well stocked kitchen as far as pots and pans, location is great close to a marina that was easy to work with when renting a boat for half the day. Cons: Not all of the beds were comfortable, not ideal for small children 4 and under due to stairs and deck with open spaces, main bathroom has a small toilet and tight shower. Overall great stay and beautiful view.
