Awful experience.

Clean is all I can say was good.

Walls are paper thin, neighbors were extremely noisy. Elevator was broken when I arrived and I had to carry everything to 4th floor. Power outage started around 2:00 in the morning and lasted through the rest of the night. Left without being able to shower and actually get ready for the rest of my road trip.

Exceptional

Angel was so kind to us. She went above and beyond to make sure my family was comfortable during our stay. She honored all of our requests for extra blankets and pillows with a smile.

TOO MUCH NOISE FROM I75

Staff was nice. They were very helpful.

Rooms were small. They are also very close to I75. The noise from the Interstate (trucks mainly) kept me up a lot. Also the parking lot it's ALWAYS FULL. There's always people outside sitting in their cars. I felt unsafe outside at night.

ROOM WAS EVERYTHING! SPACIOUS, CLEAN AND ACCOMODATING. LOVED IT.

I DID NOT EAT THE BREAKFAST. I DO NOT GET UP EARLY.

SO MANY PETS. BUT THE OWNERS HAD THEM ON LEASHES AND THEY WERE WELL MAINTANINED.

other than being restless from lack of rest, it was pleasant

it was clean , the location was good, the room had nice accommodations.

the noise level was out of control, you couldn’t rest day or night. The walls are very thin, you heard peoples tv, arguing, their conversations. Kids running in the rooms like they are on a field.

What breakfast?

No accommodations for parking our vehicle pulling a unhaul trailer. Food in sink when we got there, stains on bedspread, floor was sticky.

everything, I was booked for 3 nights and checked out the next morning. a lot of undesirable people around and the smell of weed was everywhere, kids running up and down the hall at all hrs. still haven’t gotten refund for 2 nights not spent there

Was doable and clean for sure. Minus the substance smells would stay again. Not family friendly

Location was great. Clean rooms. Front desk did a great job of maintaining privacy/security.

Parking was a hassle. Very full, over crowded. Also during my 3 day stay police showed up at least 3 times. Throughout the night random smells of smoke (not tobacco) would enter my room through vents. Also hallways reeked of same substance. Made for a horrible stay.
