Receptionist was very accommodating and friendly. We requested a non-smoking room. The room given to us clearly said non-smoking, but inside definitely had quite a bit of secondhand smoke, that lingered from the last resident. The receptionist immediately, and without hesitation, changed our room. We only needed a place to sleep, and had a surprisingly had good quiet night.

I left. It was not safe or clean.

It was disgusting. I didn’t even stay. I took one look at the room and left. It was filthy covered with dirt and the blankets had stains. It is by far the worst hotel I had ever been in

The Staff Is The Best I Have Stayed Their Plenty Of Times An Never Ever Complain But This Time Was Not Good At All U Know They Remodeling An I Understand That It's Gone B A Lil Messed U Alot More Trash All Around The Even In The Lil Hallways Under The Step Old Drink Machine That Don't Work Just Sitting For Wat Drawing Dust My Last Day I Was In One Of The New Rooms Which Still Could Been Better But This Time I Stayed In One Of The Old Rooms Which I Never Will Again They Need All New Beds In EveryRoom Mattress Lump An Wore Out Then Something Was Bitting Me Which I Believe Was Bed Bugs An I Know It Suppose 2B Pet Friendly I Seen 3 Different Dogs An They Room Was Close Bye Mind They Barked To Much An Like I Said Don't Know Wat Was Bitting Me In But It Also Could B Fleas Are Ticks Coming From Having Dogs In Room So Wat They Need To Do Is Pick (7) Rooms That They Can Have For People With Animals Cause Every Dog Is Not Clean An With Laying All On The Bed An Watever Else Bugs Jump Off An Gets On Everything With Bites I Have On My Back Side An Legs I'm Sure It Fleas Are BedBugs That Wat The Guy At My Pharmacy Said Thats Exactly Where I Went Wen Left The Hotel An I Did Let The Clerk Know Wen She Called My Cell Phone To See Was I Staying Are Leaving An Told Her I Already Had Left But I Let Her Knew Everything Then I Love The Hotel An Staff They Just Need Pick A Couple Rooms For People With Dog To Stay Y Would Let People With Stay All Over The Hotel Thats Not Good Especially With Barking Every Now An Then ...

Disappointing

The staff was friendly.

My bathroom was dirty and the bathtub had a slight clog that needs to be addressed. The hot breakfast provided is pretty bare bones. Bed was not comfortable. I had a single king size bed.

IT WAS DISGUSTING and the worse hotel experience we ever had. BED BUG HOTEL!

close to I 75

The rooms were filthy. The drapes did not cover the window and we had to pin them together. The AC was so loud. The bed spread and comforter were filthy. I itched all night . WE BROUGHT HOME BED BUGS. We left at 4 AM because it was so bad.

Nothing...the place was not as advertised! We did not stay and got no refund!!

The location was not the issue, just the condition of the place...would never let my family stay in a place like that...very bad smell in the room plus the stench of marijuana smoke as we got out of the car...! JUst bad!!!!

Horrible.

The hotel cost was cheap, and the lady who checked us in was pleasant. I guess you get what you pay for.😞

The light above the vanity blinked on and off. How does a woman get ready with no light above the sink and vanity. The walls were dirty in the room. The walls were dirty behind the door and the bathroom didn't look like it was cleaned at all. The tub and floor were dirty. The light between the two beds only one bulb barely lit when turned on.

After 10 hours on the road this stop was just what we needed

Breakfast bar was very clean. We watched 1 customer greedily dumped all the oranges in her purse and walk out. When we mentioned oranges were gone, the attendant sought us out and made the effort to ensure we got some. That's above and beyond service.

Nothing. If we ever need to stop overnight while traveling I75, we'll come back :)

The only thing I can really say is the lady at the front desk when we checked was very pleasant.

I could write a boom. The quality inn from the street looks like a quality inn should be. Our rooms were totally opposite. We had two rooms. Our room had curd on the walls behind the light on the bedside table. The comforters the chairs the bed skirts looked to like they’d had NEVER been washed. The floors were sticky. Our rooms were suppose to be. Non-smoking…our friend stayed had to have the room sprayed because it retakes of cigarette smoke The shower looked disgusting. I would NEVER recommend this property. I was sooooo disappointed.

the first room was under construction - had to move - there was a lot of noise in the night - there are 2 charges pending for 1 room 1 night and they say" its okay it will fall off"

Staff was great. They were very friendly.

Lumpy bed, dirty walls. Went to dinner and came back to find cops all around the front of the building. Was told it was for gun shots.

Very little choice and attendant checked the supply of food several times and never brought out any scrambled eggs which I wanted.

The bathroom door was broke and could not shut. The room smelled of cigs and there was a burn hole in the blanket.
