Allen was AMAZING! Room was GROSS

Allen at the front desk was AMAZING! He was EXTREMELY friendly, WONDERFULLY Professional, and Fun and also VERY helpful! After a long day on the road it was Very Appreciated! Thank YOU Allen!

Room was GROSS! Hair in bathroom sink and tub Torrent seat was up and toilet paper was not on the roller easy to see the room was not cleaned Counter, table and nightstands had cup stains as well as fingerprints and dirty on them Floors had stuff on them Fuzzy Mold in bath tub Just not clean I was exhausted or I would have left

Noisy adjacent room, they wouldn't change rooms for us and repeatedly lied to me about why.

The room was Ok

Noise and breakfast was spartan. Our neighbors were noisy and I asked the hotel to change rooms because the neighbor's were having fun and I didn't want to cause trouble for them. He said they couldn't because they were fully booked. I checked Booking.com and they still had 5 different room types. The parking lot had about 20 cars at 9pm. He said again that they were fully booked (still don't believe that) but I asked him since they were not here to just change rooms but he said they were all pre-assigned. I reminded him that they didn't pre-assign my room as he gave me a choice of floors when I got there. He said he would talk to the noisy people and if they didn't quiet down, he would call the cops on them! Come on, why have two unhappy customers when he could have just changed rooms? I know they just didn't want the staff to have to tidy up the room although we had only been there an hour. I guess the lying upset me the most though.

Convenient and affordable!

We especially like the location. This hotel is close enough to Atlanta for day trips and out far enough to avoid some of the traffic. Staff are friendly and the breakfast is good too.

Good accommodations but we should have received substantial discount on the room because of "no" TV!

Breakfast was just okay

After driving for 12 hours, my wife and I were looking forward to a relaxing evening watching some television. We are only able to access four channels on the TV the other 25 or 30 were not available. We were told that this problem existed for over a week . That situation astounding is unconscionable at this problem should exist and I asked the front desk manager both evening and in the morning to have the manager call me but I have received no calls.

Deposit only on a card?! 100$

Pretty clean and good location.

The water was very hot. No cold. And there is a 100$ deposit that HAS to be on card. No cash, so I have to wait weeks for my 100$ back after paying nearly 200$ on a room?! Also the doors were disabled on the sides of the building for no apparent reason other then to cause a major inconvenience when going to my vehicle for my bags!

Our stay at the hotel was not good. I wouldn’t here ever again.

The location was the only redeeming quality of this hotel.

The front desk staff both during the day and evening were not helpful. I think they were extremely busy and needed assistance which was not available. Our room was not clean. The pullout bed was covered in stains and food and blood. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain making it difficult to use. The toilet did not flush. In order to get it to flush we had to empty the bathroom trash can, fill it with water from the bathtub and fill the tank of the toilet. We told both the front desk attendant, as well as room service and they both relied with “we will make a note of it”. We should have been offered another room but believe we were not because the hotel was full. It was terrible.

Beautiful.

Breakfast was amazing, fresh, hot and delicious, beds slept really good. We had a party and the space we used was big enough for all the guest that attended.
