About this apartment rental

Enjoy commanding panoramic island views from all windows and decks of this top, 3rd floor condo! (only accessible by stairs) The front deck overlooks the North view of the sound and Ocean Isle bridge and the community pool. The back deck takes in views of the ocean and the South views of the sound. There are breathtaking sunsets to behold from the back deck and breathtaking sunrises on the beach. Amenities include central air plus ceiling fans in every room. Bamboo flooring in living room, tiled kitchen and bathroom, new carpeted bedrooms, and all new furnishings throughout. Living room has 55" smart HDTV and DVD player, 32" smart HDTV in both bedrooms. Condo includes wireless internet access, dishwasher, washer/dryer, stove, oven and microwave, Keurig single serve or full pot options, Instantpot, countertop oven, and well equipped kitchen. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Master Bedroom has king-sized memory foam mattress, 32" smart TV with private bathroom. Second Bedroom has 2 double (full) sized beds, 32" smart TV, vanity with operating faucet and sink. Bed linens are included. Graco Pack and Play Playard/Bassinet in guest closet. Dockside Landing has 2 community docks (great for fishing, crabbing or enjoying the sunset with friends), a small boat ramp, community pool and a short 2 minute walk to direct beach access, that is handicap accessible (in season). Each stay inludes complete bed linens, bath towel, beach towel, dish towels, toilet paper, laundry pods, dish washing pods, a roll of paper towels and sponge. Bathroom closet is locked and not for public use. This condo is a kayaker’s paradise and perfect for a family or romantic getaway. Please, no smoking inside. No pets allowed, HOA rules. Golf carts are not to be charged on any outlet connected to Dockside building 1, 2 or 3.

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable. The view is gorgeous, and there is comfortable seating on the porch. We spent every evening out there. The beach is a 2 minute walk. The storage closet has a wagon, chairs, boogie boards, and toys for the beach. We loved the pool, too. The neighbors were friendly. The kitchen is well stocked. It was so nice to not have to bring linens and towels. There is not a long check-out to-do list like many VRBOs. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was just two nights, but we would have loved to have had more time to enjoy this property. Our hosts were responsive and extremely prompt with all communications. The property is very clean and well kept/ equipped. The views from the deck were my favorite! You can see the ocean and the stunning views from the inlet are well worth the extremely reasonable cost. We discussed booking in the future for our next visit! 10/10 recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Super clean place! Beautiful view of the marsh. Very short walk to the beach. Very quiet. Very well stocked kitchen. All the beach equipment you need provided. Pretty much a perfect place to stay for a each vacation!

This is a wonderful property. It was very very clean and well stocked with pretty much everything you need. There was even packaged snacks on the kitchen table. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. And the sunsets and views were awesome. We will for sure be back!

Condo was clean, comfortable, quiet and an easy walk to the beach! The views from the deck were fantastic, the beach chairs and wagon were much appreciated, and we will be back the first chance we have. And as an extra bonus, you get a nice workout for the beach bod with taking every up the stairs to the condo! If you are heading to OIB, this should be the first place you look to book your stay.

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo! Location is terrific - in a quiet neighborhood, across the street from beach access and on the beautiful sound! We loved relaxing on the back porch with views of the ocean, the sound, and the intracoastal waterway. Beautifully decorated with everything you need to eat in. Loved that the owner provided towels, chairs, umbrella, etc. Would love to return!!

We had a wonderful stay at the beach in this condo. You can tell every detail was paid attention to and there are a lot of extra little things the owner has put together to help guests have a great stay! The walk to the beach is short but there is beach access parking if you want to drive a little closer instead of walk. The condo is on the 3rd floor so make sure you are able to walk the stairs. Thanks for a great extended weekend!

Really amazing view of the marsh from the deck of this condo! Great place to have coffee in the morning and watch the wildlife on the marsh. Place is super-well stocked (both the kitchen and the storage closet full of all the beach accessories you could ask for!) It is a very short walk to the beach. Very comfortable beds, well-appointed unit. Could not ask for a better vacation getaway!

The pictures don't do this beautiful property justice! No old hand me down furniture here. Everything is new and clean. Fully stocked and ready to hit the beach. The host was a dream to work with. Very quiet. Easy parking. Beautiful views.

We have been vacationing in Ocean Isle Beach for many years and this was the most beautiful condo we have every stayed in! Lorena has thought of everything from good quality linens, beach towels, paper products, and beach chairs. She even supplied dish soap, laundry soap, spices and aluminum foil! We travel from Canada so the less we have to pack the better and this condo was so well stocked, it was like being at home! The unit is stunning and exceptionally clean. It's a short walk to the beach and the pool is so nice! My husband and son enjoyed fishing on the inlet and we saw the most beautiful sunsets!! A lot of the owners live there and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Parking can be a bit tight and the stairs are a work out however this wouldn't stop us from booking again. If you have a chance to enjoy this lovely condo take it!!

The condo itself is even better than the photos provided, it's quiet, incredibly clean, Lorena has thought of everything, and it was a joy to stay at her property. The other owners at the property were welcoming and so fun to chat with, we are definitely looking forward to a return trip.

We have stayed at a lot of Vrbo properties and Ms. Lee’s has to be one of the best. I will tell you why. She has thought of everything from soap for clothes and dishes, pots and pans and utensils are in great shape. She even has spices and oils for cooking. Beach chairs and corn hole boards. She even gives you a basket of snacks and candy. Ms. Lee thinks of the little things that make it a great experience.

This was an incredible place to stay. With the sound sunsets on one side, and the beach only a 2 min walk away, it was great. VERY clean, had everything we needed. And Lorane is our kind of person. She received our family with such kindness and even gave me ideas of what we could do while staying in Ocean Isle. Our family feels very blessed to have stayed at her place.

This condo was phenomenal. It was clean, very bright, and it had a lot of updates. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in, and we really enjoyed our stay. The beach access is a short 2 to 3 minute walk. The morning and Sunset views from the balconies were the best. The host is very thoughtful and communicative, and they definitely provide more supplies than the average VRBO owner. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Ocean Isle.

Lorena’s condo was the perfect spot for my fall beach trip with my 3 grandkids. Perfect location, safe, clean, GREAT views and amenities. The place basically had everything we needed and was SPOTLESS inside and out. Older complex, but nicely updated. Pool area was also clean and well kept. Steps to the beach. Great host and communication the whole trip! Can’t wait to stay again, wouldn’t change a thing Thanks Lorena!
