Can’t wait to come back and stay again

The food was amazing, the place was beautiful and the staff were like family.

That I didn’t get to stay longer. My friend stayed in the other little room, and it would’ve been nice to have a little table beside the daybed, and it would’ve been nice to have curtains that she could’ve poured over the door at night when she slept.

Quaint B&B with picturesque grounds, friendly hosts, and a scrumptious breakfast!

What a quaint little B&B! Easy to get to off the major highways around Richmond. The grounds were just lovely and breakfast was delightful. We would definitely return!

The entire staff was accommodating and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

The breakfast was excellent. A different variety of options on the table each morning and prepared a gluten free option for my wife.

About 15 min from downtown; easy trip. Would stay here again.

Breakfast was served on time and it was very good; mix of fresh fruit and crepes. Setting is beautiful, big white pillared house with a swan pond and grounds. Easy parking, flexible arrival.

Exceptional

It's a dream stay. Better than anywhere we have stayed in this trip to the south. The building itself is a treasure of history. Room is spacious and ambient clean and a warm feeling. And Pat, the Inn keeper is the pearl on the crown. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast she cooked for us.

great staff and food

Rooms were comfortable and clean. the staff was very accommodating. when we had an issue and needed to stay another night they were able to help us out. The breakfast was great

if you are a light sleeper you may here trains throughout the night

I believe the house was built prior to indoor plumbing, so the showers were a bit small since they had to be added in later.

Everything about Virginia Cliffe Inn B&B was exceptional. The breakfast was great. the property is also a wedding venue. The grounds are gorgeous including a large pond with two majestic swans.

Great stay, great folks, great food, great personal touch!

We enjoyed a speedy check-in and a tour of the property along with the history of the property and the people. The swans were beautiful, and we enjoyed the numerous swan images throughout the property. They turned the lights on so we could enjoy the night view. In the morning, the breakfast was great! We got to meet another couple also staying there and enjoyed a long conversation and even a prayer together. Overall, the personal touch is fantastic! We hope to come again sometime, hopefully with a group.
