Decent stay

Drink machine drinks in machine where not cold . Tv in room had no volume unless turned up all the way .

Pleasant stay for our 1 night there.

Beautiful location and alot of options for shopping and dinning.

The manager was very respectful and professional. The young lady who checked us in was not too pleasant. She made me feel like she didn't want to be there. My room was not so clean and my brother's room did not have a sleep sofa per my booking. I contacted the manager about our issue and he rectified my issue with my room with an exception that no one still came to clean the sleep sofa that had food on it and a bit of trash in the floor. I stayed there about 2 yrs ago when I was traveling back and forth when my mom was in the hospital and thought of this being a very nice hotel. Very clean, Great Customer Service and Very Accomodating. My brother was a bit upset that he couldn't use his military discount towards his stay though.

A great hotel to stay at.

The staff was great- so helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, you can walk to all kinds of restaurants. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room was super clean and a great size.

Great place and convenient to the highway

Hotel is clean and front desk staff were very friendly. Bar was convenient and snacks were good. Breakfast was offered too at a cost. Would definitely stay here again

Average hotel and expensive for the services offered..

The reception and breakfast area is great. Bistro restaurant serves great food.

Once you enter in the room it is heritage room feeling with old carpet and smell.. the room was not outstanding but so so.. the TV and it’s remote work with very slow response.

Had bugs in the bed on the curtain and on the table. I left and didn't stay. I left the front desk know as well of the problem.

Would stay again.

Room was really nice, clean, in bed as comfortable as you could expect for a hotel bed.

I don’t know if it was just the facility, the staff, or a guest, but the second floor reeked of marijuana the whole time we were there.

it was clean and nice and average but attention to the room be clean was very disappointing

close to many stores new reception area nice

they never came to clean our room the whole stay for 4 days had to ask for towels and even reminded them that are room wasn’t cleaned. unfortunately we came back to the room late so housekeeping was not available.
