This is our second stay at this property, it has worked out perfectly for my family. It has been clean and well prepared for us each time. The direct access to the skywalk is a big plus. Lots of restaurants nearby, easy access to the convention center, the mall, and Lucas Oil stadium.

Many issues: 1. The owner claims to utilize a "security team" to see who is coming and going from the property but the only way they would have access to this information would be through CAMERAS!! We never passed an actual employee in the office. Left us feeling extremely violated. 2. The owner then attempted to charge me $20 per guest per night extra and would not communicate appropriately, I had to call and get VRBO involved. 3. This property falsely advertises skywalk access to the mall and convention center.

Great place, just as advertised. Pros: The beds are comfortable with lots of pillows. Temperature was easy to control and always comfortable (in November). We were able to cook some basic things in the kitchen, using only what was already there. TVs were set up with Netflix, which is all we wanted. Wifi was fast. There's a 24/7 gym on the 6th floor which was better than the average hotel gym. Trash was easy to take out. All good! Service was great. They always responded to the chat right away. We had an issue with not having sheets for the roll-away cot, and someone came by same day to drop some off for us. Cons: The showers had great pressure, but not a lot of hot water, so the whole family can't shower all in a row (two showers in a row, max). Furniture is good for sitting around and chatting, but not comfortable for lying in front of the TV all day. The building is old and retro-fit to be residential. There are no stairs between floors, and the elevators can be finicky. I got trapped on the 6th floor and had to take the emergency escape down to the sidewalk outside, and walk back around to the front door. Frustrating to not have stairs available.

This apartment could not be better situated for exploring downtown Indianapolis. It's clean and spacious with a full kitchen and wifi, couldn't ask for more.

We had a great experience with this property. Communication with the property manager was excellent, with easy to follow instructions on parking and finding the unit, and prompt responses to emailed questions. The unit was in good shape and had everything we needed for our stay. Direct access to the neighboring parking garage and the skywalk was great. We were within minutes of the mall and conference center, and had no problem finding places to eat, both at street level and food courts at the mall and nearby hotels. We will 100% use this property again.

Great location with connection to the convention center. Clean, nice kitchen, and comfortable beds. Only issue was the address provided did not line up with any of the map apps so Uber, door dash, and Instacart could not find the building.

We came to Indy for a convention and had an incredible stay. The apartment is perfectly centrally located. We either walked or scootered everywhere. The apartment was clean and comfy, even the pullout couch was comfortable. We loved every part of our stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. It was VERY convenient and near the convention center, restaurants, hotels, and the mall (all via the Skywalk). Plus parking in the garage made it easy to access our vehicle. Would stay here again!

Perfect, cozy location

We came in town for a convention and we’ve always stayed in hotels. This condo was in the PERFECT location where you can walk inside through sky bridges to the convention center. We were able to cook a healthy breakfast each day and then come back to the room after the conference to rest and change for dinner. Lewis met us at the door upon arrival and was extremely helpful! This place is a hidden gem!

Great Location & Fantastic Hosts!

Being a new visitor to Indy, this location came in so handy by being so close to the center of the city! We also appreciated the constant check in and communication from our hosts! The only minor hiccup about this location was due to the noise level, but we understand there were a lot of events around us due to the NFL opening weekend, so all in all we very much enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend it to anyone and if we ever revisit Indy, this is the spot we will stay again!

This unit was soo cozy! Nice clean secure building! Right in the heart of downtown! Everything you need is a really short walk! I never pulled my car out of the parking garage. Owner was very nice and very quick to respond! I’ll be back soon! 5 stars!
