Our home has 5 bedrooms with 2 master suits total of 3 king beds 1 queen bed and 1 single beds and 4 bunk beds for the kids. The master suite is just spectacular. The sitting room over looks the Gulf of Mexico this area turns into one of the more popular gathering places for a relaxing adult getaway. The bedroom itself boast a very comfortable King bed a large closet to put all your clothes away. The master bathroom is huge It has a his and hers vanity with plenty of counter space and drawers. The large bath is jetted for you to relax in and unwind from all of the shopping and great restaurants you visited that day. We also have a walk in shower and the lavatory also has a bidet.
The second master suite also has a large walk-in closet, jetted tub, King size bed and a fantastic Gulf view. Our 3rd bedroom also has a King bed and private entrance to the 3rd bathroom with walk in shower Bedroom number 4 has 2 single beds and bedroom 5 has 2 full size bedrooms

Next to it is a separate refrigerator for all of your bottle water sodas and drinks in general.

We really enjoyed our family vacation in Panama City Beach! Appreciated the complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas. Condo location was great—amazing view from the balcony and layout of the condo was spacious for our family of 7 adults and 3 kids, ages 5,6 and 7. The kids loved the bunk room! Big disappointment was uncomfortable pillows in all bedrooms and dirty rug in living room. We did have some parking issues, someone parking in our assigned space and would have appreciated knowing that the Marisol lot across the street was first come first serve and not guaranteed.

My family and I loved this condo. It was amazingly clean. When we checked in at 4pm, after a family had just checked out at 10am, there was not a single grain of sand anywhere and it was spotless. The space is exactly what my family needed. The huge balcony was perfect for everyone to spread out and not feel crowded while trying to enjoy the views. The complementary beach chairs were very appreciated and made this condo that much better! We will definitely be making this condo our yearly vacation spot!

Highly recommend. It was very clean and well decorated. We loved it because it was a smaller high rise. The only thing we didn’t like was the parking. Parking very tight and only one space at building. We had to park second car across street and third car down the street at public parking. But we would not let that discourage us from staying here again. We will be back. Great family vacation

Our family holiday gathering, was lots of fun staying in this spacious condo with beautiful beach front views. Unfortunately, some basic kitchen supplies could have improved the experience; like a complete set of silverware, a nonstick pan, and the refrigerator was set so cold that our salad dressing, milk and cucumbers were frozen. Also, the window in third king room was leaking so it was noisy and cold. Parking was insufficient as well because the handicapped space 'required' the red tag and the pay lot required the green tag, the second free space was not legal to park in w/o a tag so yet another couple had to pay $12/day to park despite hardly, anyone in the entire building. Otherwise, it was wonderful and we would certainly recommend this lovely condo.

This property was just as amazing in person as it was online. The view was to die for and the property is well kept. It was safe for my 1 and 2 yr old to run around and overall, we had a great time as a family. Definitely on the list to stay again! Highly recommend!

We absolutely love this place! Lots of room for 3 families. Gorgeous view on a massive wrap-around balcony with cute newer Adirondack chairs. Would love to see the tile/grout on the floors get a super-deep cleaning. Loved the upgrade appliances and new fridge, but the dishwasher should be the next focus, it just doesn't clean that well anymore. We still hear what can only be described as a power cycle when the A/C kicks on, it's been happening a few years. Typically only notice in the evenings when everyone is quiet.

Family vacation
We took our first whole family vacation here with our kids and grands (6 adults, 4 littles). The space was great in that it was large enough for us not to feel on top of each other but still very much together. Great view, great (not overly crowded) beach, easy beach chair reservation, easy building and condo access and parking, good amount of luggage carts. Good and kind communication with Peter from Four Stars beforehand. We had a few minor frustrations (several burned out bulbs and a tub handle that fell off) that were addressed and the space (mainly floors) did not feel overly clean. Terrible bath towels (think they were new and I’ve never ever seen towels with that much lint) and I was not a fan of the bedding. Overall wonderful and a truly magical week for our family.

This unit suits my family, with good layout of rooms to have privacy and also places to get together. Other than parking and maybe one more bathroom since the kids are older, this is an ideal place. Thank you, we enjoyed very much!

Photos not accurate - know issues not fixed
We just returned from our family trip to Florida. Before I post any review I think it is fair to seek your response. I see from previous reviews that you do respond to issues raised by guests.
I will begin with the positive items: we thought the linens were great, beds/mattress were quality and there was sufficient glassware, dishes and cooking items for any meal preparations. We loved that there was a second refrigerator for beverages – that was a very nice touch. The double sinks in the bathrooms was also great for the number of guests. The beach service was good – once we learned how to use it (more on that later) and having 2 parking spaces was great as we had two vans with 12 guests. Great beach area that was organized and cleaned daily and good security.
However, we think that there are any number of things that could have and should have been in order when we arrived. I read thru previous reviews and find that the broken hair dryer, lack of parking permits, lack of arm bands, problem furniture, lack of towel bars has been reported a number of times over the past year or more. While you list in your contract – just let us know and it will be corrected – it doesn’t seem to be the case. These items were reported several times and remain a problem.
I am attaching pictures from the VRBO advertised and the reality of what is in the unit. The AMENITIES section lists a hot tub – not a whirlpool bathtub – they are not the same thing. No hot tube to be found. Pool is not heated but it also is shaded most of the day so the water is never swimming temp in these months and with no hot tub hardly as advertised.
The living area shows the yellow chairs at the dining table, the white bar stools numbering 6, (there are only 4 green bar stools now) the recliner and a second table by the window with chairs. These are obviously very old photos on the VRBO site. The yellow dining chairs are in the unit but they are grubby and dirty with food stains and some the cushions are so poor you sink to the bottom. One of the replacement dining chairs is so rickety we removed it so someone didn’t get hurt. The green leather couch is thread bear at the ends and the recliner was not replaced but it remains in the photos.
In the kitchen the coffee maker does not work. The Keurig was fine. Both the Keurig and the coffee maker were half full of water from some previous use - YUCK. Lord knows how long that had been sitting there. It is obvious that the

Very nice condo. Lots of room and a very nice master suite for the grandparents to enjoy!
The renting and paper work went very smooth. The only problem we had was the description said heated pool and it wasn’t. They don’t heat the pool in March is what we were told. The grandkids were not able to enjoy and this was one item that was important for our booking.

The masters are great spaces. We had a lot of issues with FourStar condo services. I had paid the $100 early check in fee, but we were going to be arriving by 10, so I called the condo service, she spoke with the owner, and it was agreed that I could pay another $100 to check in by 10. When we arrived, there were no parking vouchers and there was refurbishing happening one the beach. The beach was roped offand there was construction equipment and construction noise. We could hear it thru the shut doors. When I called to ask about the parking vouchers, I asked why no one told me the beach was closed. We got a beachfront condo for a reason and we couldn’t enjoy it, let alone hear it. The person I spoke with was very rude and stated he didn’t know how we got such an early check in, that shouldn’t have happened, and then proceeded to tell me the beach was not closed. I asked to receive a call back from the manager who wasn’t there that day. We waited over an hour on parking vouchers, no one ever called . So my husband called back and asked to speak to the manager and he was put thru. After a lengthy conversation on why we should receive a discount on a beachfront property when the beach is not accessible, he stated he would discuss it with the owner and call us back. We received a call back within the hour stating they had the person who dropped off the vouchers look at the beach and take pictures, and he agreed that it was closed and to give us a 25% discount on the condo per day the beach was closed. We never received the paperwork for this. They reopened the beach 2 days later and we called to notify them and tell them we had not received paperwork yet for the discount. They then sent us en email offering us a $100 discount on our next stay. We don’t recomm

Our family completed our yearly fall break trip, staying at the Marisol 1001. The balcony is one of my favorite parts, with wrap-around views of the ocean and lots of space. The spacious bedrooms keep all 10 guests feeling like they have their own space to rest. There are four bedrooms and 4 children bunk beds in a room. The view from the balcony is outstanding (continuos wall of windows). The condo is perfect for our family. Everyone has an amazing time! Gorgeous Views / Luxurious Accomodations
This Luxury Condo was spacious, and had tons of room for all three families to spread out and enjoy. The Pool, Ocean, & Beach were seconds away, and the view was breathtaking. We would highly recommend this listing, and are sad our stay is over.
As the mother of two toddlers, my only recommendation would for a lock to be added to the main door, higher up then their reach. My 2 & 3 yr old were unable to unlock and open the door many times.

Wonderful family vacation
This condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for everyone. Beautiful and large. Had all the amenities we needed. Beautiful view. Right on the beach.
