The bed room has a king size bed and closet. The living room has 2 sofa beds. One with queen and one with twin. Beautiful updated condo perfect for a week at Seabrook! Updated kitchen ready to be used, or enjoy one of the great local restaurants close by! Large, walk in shower with rainfall shower head. Perfect after a day outside on Seabrook.
Beach chairs, sand toys, and more provided in outside storage closet. TV in the living room and bedroom with YouTubeTV for your convenience. We had a great 10 day stay at this villa. The central local is very close to Freshfields and Cassique. We enjoyed the beautiful marsh views and the king bed is very comfortable! Check in was seamless and the owners are very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

This is in a very quiet community. Condo was very comfortable. The community beaches were very clean and not very crowded but lacked public facilities. It’s a good drive away from touristy activities or public beaches. We really enjoyed the peacefulness.

We loved everything about Seabrook! Cannot say enough about the hosts and how responsive they were. The condo was clean and well stocked. It was comfortable even for our college age son who slept on the pull-out couch! We would recommend and will return again!

Stayed at many, many VRBO’s, this one fell short on the clean factor. House was in a fine location, VRBO was definitely not a 10/10 on cleanliness. Mirrors had hand prints, bed had literal sand in it, bathroom sink and mirror had absolutely not been wiped down. (Toothpaste splatter all over the mirror) Also, upon arrival the building address where you go to get your pass for the island is incorrect & closed. Overall wouldn't book here again, but we did still enjoy seabrook!

Everything was simply perfect! Comfortable, quiet, exactly as advertised right down to the thoughtful welcome gift from the super hosts! The coffee and creamers were also appreciated! Bring all your stressors and spend Ten minutes on the patio overlooking the salt marsh…..Instant relief! If you’re a bird nerd like me, you’ll be in heaven!

We loved this property! Seabrook Island is our “happy place” and we have stayed all over the island over the last 10 years. This was definitely one of our favorites. Peaceful, beautiful, and exactly as described in listing. We will be back!

This place was cute, very clean, and really was right on the marsh! I bird-watched while drinking my morning coffee. The hosts, Clint and Cherie, were the fastest responders I think I've ever communicated with. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the comfort of this rental as we came and went to a variety of large family activities on the island. The ease of communication in preparation for our trip and in checking in was excellent!

We LOVED Clint and Cherie’s place! We have come 3 times to Seabrook and this was our favorite place. It is pretty much in walking distance to Freshfields and right across from the equestrian center, so we were able to walk and look at the beautiful horses. The place itself is perfect for 2 people, we had our 2 kids who are 12 and it was perfect for a short weekend. The pull out couches were great for them, I don’t think I would stay longer than a week with the kids but I would definitely stay for a long time with 2 people. The screened in porch is great with a great view of the marsh. Everything seems to have been updated so the condo is beautiful and comfortable. They had everything you need in kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms, board games, cards etc. We had to drive to the beach but to be honest, even with that I didn’t care. Seabrook is so gorgeous that driving through the whole island is pretty much a highlight. I really liked being close to the food and store and having to drive to the beach. We have stayed in high hammock and pelican watch, both close to the beach and more expensive, neither of them compared to this condo. I would 10 out 10 choose to stay at this condo over any of the others we have stayed in. If we were there for a week we would probably get a golf cart or rent bikes and make it that much more enjoyable. Communication with Clint and Cheri is amazing, they are quick to respond and even helped us rebook after we couldn’t come the first time.

The condo is well appointed and was true to the listing. We had small hiccups; accessing the key (wrong code sent), we did touch up some cleaning because we had access to cleaning supplies and were unsuccessful in accessing the beach chairs in the closet w the oblong knob but overall we were very pleased with the condo and it’s location. We figured out the area pretty quickly and accessed the beach at beach access #1 and #2 several times and took in a sunrise there. We also took in a sunset on the dock right by the condo. We also figured out freshfields village was super convenient and close by. This place was comfortable and peaceful, just what we were looking for. We would stay again.

Cute one bedroom just outside gates of Seabrook Island. Comes with access pass to enter the island gates, in its own little gated community. We visited for the tennis tournament and it was convenient to tennis center and freshfields. Owners are quick to respond to any issues you may have. No toiletry kit or starter is provided so be sure and bring your own. Owners did leave us a cute coffee pack and cookies which were appreciated! Unit had both keurig and regular coffee maker.

This unit in Bay Pointe Villas is a beautiful spot on Seabrook Island, just before entering the main gate. It’s close to a great French cafe, the Lake House, Bohicket Marina, Freshfields Village, etc. Plus, there’s a cool dock going out to Horseshoe Creek, which connects to the Bohicket. It’s great for sunset views and kayaking with the dolphins!

Nice updates to condo, great shower & super comfortable bed. We love this location. The property owner texted me back immediately & volunteered to drive there for a minor problem. She was very nice The property owners are not members of the beach club so you can not go there even for the customary rental fee. The owners need a new cleaning service bc I did do a few hours of cleaning when I got there. I do believe they are probably not aware & everyone can get a bad cleaning service. The rugs in the bathroom were very dirty, the shower was not scrubbed out, toilet was very dirty, kitchen cabinets need swept out & the mirrored wall had a pretty thick build up on it. After a good cleaning this would be a fabulous retreat for anyone who doesn’t mind using the public beaches.

Clint and Cherie were absolutely wonderful! My sister and I came back to visit Seabrook, where our parents had lived about 20 years. Unfortunately, I got very sick and we had to cut our trip short. They were so understanding. The Villa is perfect. I loved the location right outside the guard gate. Quicker to pop over to Freshfields. The Villa was clean, well equipped - had everything we needed. Thank you again!

The host was very helpful and super quick to respond to questions. The condo was inviting and had nice welcoming touches including a fresh bag of southern coffee and a couple local treats. We spent a week in John's Island/Seabrook Island. The condominium was perfect for the two of us, it was extremely clean and spacious, great view and location to shops, beach and other destinations. Clint and Cherie were wonderful hosts and answered all questions we had right away. This is a beautiful property and location and would highly recommend it. We will definitely be back! My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was quiet and with a great view of the marsh. We were there on a beautiful day in december - really nice. The condo is in a great location. The bathroom is re-done and really nice. The master bedroom was great with a great view. Overall really happy with our stay.

Spent 4 nights and had a very relaxing time. Condo is near entrance to Seabrook Island, so you do have to drive a bit to the beach, but it is convenient getting out to Freshfields for shopping or to do things off the island. The screened porch is a great place to sit and watch the egrets and other wildlife in the marsh. The weather was perfect the time we were there…saw the most amazing sunset from the dock, highly recommended! We brought bikes and really enjoyed riding around a couple of mornings….not too much traffic this time of year. Beach was really nice, especially at low tide. Condo had everything we needed. Very clean, with minor exception of living room floor where the vacuum missed some spots. Appreciated access to the beach chairs, thank you!

Condo was super quiet and a very nice getaway. Sunsets were amazing! Only complaint is its time for a new mattress! Would have been perfect if we weren't both rolling into the middle of the bed all night. Every thing else was just as it listed. Great place to stay.

Wonderful condo with all of the essentials needed to enjoy your vacation. Well stocked kitchen for all cooking needs. We enjoyed the dock for fishing/crabbing and the pool. It was also great having the beach chairs & wagon available for use. We would definitely love to stay here again! Awesome trip!
