*Private home offers the convenience of staying next to Whyte Ave shops and dining while living in close proximity to beautiful River Valley trails.
*Located in a mature neighborhood with treed boulevards that lead westward into the River Valley trail system; perfect for biking and hiking.

-This is a no-smoking/no-vaping home & yard.
-Not everything in the home is new. Decor is traditional and reflects the outdoors in Alberta.
-This is a semidetached home with quiet hours. Please see description below for details.
-Inside the house it is very quiet. Although this home is not located on Whyte, please note that when windows are open there is audible traffic from Whyte Avenue, which is a popular hub in the city. Accordingly, foot traffic can also bring some noise through the neighbourhood. The excellent convenience of this home, being situated in a central urban environment, is appreciated by many guests. If you are seeking a stay with no noise outside, this home would not be a good fit for you.
This home has quiet hours in accordance with city noise observance from 2200-0700hrs / 10pm-7am. Sound must be kept within a reasonable and respectful level so as not to disturb neighbors.

Any person breaking house rules will have their stay immediately terminated. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Families with children are most welcome and a range of books, toys and art supplies are provided for their (almost exclusive) use. A crib, highchair & baby bath are available upon request.

The guest home features multiple staircases and has a narrow outdoor walkway. There are no cupboard locks, baby gates, etc. installed.
There are some uneven, paved areas on the walkway.

King Edward Park has several green spaces to enjoy, and borders Edmonton's River Valley Trail system. All are within walking/biking distance.

This semidetached home is situated on 2 levels above grade, which includes a main floor above ground level with stairs to an upper bedroom level. All windows have unobstructed views of the outside. Guests have the place to themselves.
*Bedrooms: This private, 2 bedroom, guest home features 1 room with a King bed and 1 room with a Queen bed. Both have room darkening curtains.
*Kitchen: There is a full kitchen, stocked with basics such as tea, coffee, cereal, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, pots, pans, baking sheet, cutlery, dishes, cups, glasses and more. Appliances include a stove, microwave, fridge. A Keurig brewer and beverages are provided for guest use. There is also a pod store located 1 block away, with a wide selection to choose from.
*Bathrooms: There is a full bathroom as well as a powder room.
*Separate Office space: A table and chair are provided in a separate office work space, along with basic stationary supplies for guest use.

What a charming spot in central Edmonton. This was a great little find. We were in town for the Heritage Classic and found this spot. Super clean, well appointed and the host was so helpful. Will stay here again for either work or fun.

Great location to Commonwealth
We were very happy with our stay here! It was perfect for the four of us attending a concert at commonwealth. Clean, roomy, private and quiet located in a lovely neighborhood close to the venue.

Concerts and Coffee
This was a lovely stay for our trip to the garth brooks concert. Quick access to the park and ride station for stadium events. Lovely cafe reine and not far from mill creek ravine and little duchess bakeshop.
Communication with Char was exceptional (she allowed us an early check in) and the remote entry with the app was awesome (once I figured it out you need to press the red button on the app to unlock).
The home was exceptionally clean and the beds comfortable. The home also has air conditioning, probably not needed, but the home was a perfect temperature. We appreciated the extra touches of sparkling water, and juice in the fridge. Would stay again!
