Office locked in A.M. Need an outdoor keycard drop.

The staff are wonderful and friendly, me and my kids would definitely come again.

I love the location ! The pool is welcoming and clean, never too busy, which I love !

Very comfortable and nice

I loved the rooms! Especially the shower, beds, and the mini fridge. Everything was working, clean, and fully stocked. The pool looked amazing as well, and the parking lot was easy to park in.

The only thing was that the front desk person said I had a reservation for the next day even though I had proof of reservation. But either way he fixed it regardless and there were rooms available!

It was definitely interesting

The breakfast at the location was excellent. The actual location of the Inn is great.

The furniture in our room the was very worn and the chairs at the table were heavily stained. The chair at the desk the material was peeling off. It appeared to be in or being remodeled. Needed a good dusting.

Very nice staff even calling to check in and getting my ETA.

Small, quiet, older, in the heart of Santa Rosa. I have been staying for years.

Only opinion is to upgrade from bedspread to European cover…two white flat sheets with comforter in between. Otherwise wonderful, very clean.

Only get a redone room.

Location is very desirable, adjoining restaurant is top notch.

The current rooms, mine was, are very run down. Renovation was very loud until at least 6 pm Fri. Carpet stained, vinyl deteriorated, wallpaper peeling, bathroom fan louder than a jet takeoff,dresser drawer broken, wall and door patches were awful or unfinished, Kleenex holder falling off the wall. I have pictures of all of this in room 104.

I like the location & price; I hope they improve their housekeeping.

The location is this property's greatest strength as it is walking distance to CVS/Safeway and is tucked into a quiet 'hillside.'

I would've appreciated knowing ahead of time that they are undergoing remodeling as my suite was very dated and there were lots of construction trucks & materials in the back parking lot. I also needed to add an extra night and had some difficulty doing so. The area around the bathroom was esp. soiled and the door frame/toilet seat didn't look terrifically clean.

Superb

The size of the room and the way it is laid out is great. It even had a full kitchen and dining table.

The grounds are dated and tired and need some repair, but it looks like they are working on it.

"Straight out of a scene from Vacancy"

We didn't see any roaches

The a/c wasn't working properly. We were advised no maintenance person was available, and no other rooms were available. Staff recommended they cancel our reservation, and we look for other accommodations. So that's what we did. Later staff lied to Booking.com about it, and we nearly didn't get our refund. But I had video. We eventually received a full refund.

This place is a disaster and needs a total refurbishing and cleaning. I will NEVER spend any money to stay here again.

The beds were co for table and it was a good location.

The hot water in the shower never got hot and the tv didnt work despite having it on the right input mode. Way too expensive for the quality.

would not stay again

The entire hotel is run down with broken curtains, sliding glass doors and the refrigerator broken held shut by a garbage can. In the time of covid this didn't not unsure trust in the facility as far as cleaning etc. We were shocked that at that rate it was such a subpar place!
