Ii made my reservation a few weeks ago and wanted a king accessible room. When I went to check in I was told there were no rooms for me. I finally got a room that was king but not accessible so I couldn't take a shower because I couldn't get in the tub
Front desk man was not friendly at all I was tired and had been on the road for some time.

The location was not far from the area we spent time. Easy access. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Room size was comfortable.
The first room we were given was not cleaned (underwear on the floor, paraphernalia scattered about, unclean). No elevator. Pillows were cheap, uncomfortable. Air conditioner did not cool the room.

It was close by where we needed to be.
It was not clean, the blankets were burned by cigarette and it smell like smoke. Booked for a two beds and they didn’t had a room with two beds.

I had ants in my room. I complained they changed it to another one. Same problem...had to share with the ants. Lighting was inadequate. Coffee at breakfast was not hot enough. Our second night we heard a couple yelling in the hallway right outside of our door. They eventually moved it to the parking lot.

the place is clean.
They have reduced the quality of breakfast over the years. No juice, no eggs, no bacon, no sausage, breads not fresh.

Breakfast consisted of self-serve cold cereal, coffee, self-made waffles, a pitcher of milk for cereal, bagels(but no cream cheese), toast, apples and small oranges.
The toilet seat kept sliding (installed wrong), the bed "crunched" when you sat on it plus had a hard wire mattress frame so when you sat on it, it hurt. Very uncomfortable bed. Plus only had sheets on it and some type of thin throw on top so it was cold in the morning. We asked for a blanket (we are seniors) and were given a set of sheets!
The window had no screen and there were homeless going through the trash cans outside at night. No security.
No seating in room except the bed and one office chair that was peeling. The furniture was missing knobs, or was just very old. Not an inviting room or location. Very misleading when checking online...Spoke of all of this to the current manager, Albert. He seemed very polite in listening to us and another guest. He said he was going to go get some cream cheese for the bagels but didn't happen. We even asked him for a blanket and understood he would take care of it; but did not.

Room only had sheet and top sheet, no blankets. When we asked for blanket, they “didn’t have any”. Unfortunately, my 4yr old daughter was sick to her stomach near midnight and it got on the sheets so we really needed extra blankets and linens and we were again told they didn’t have any. We were given bath towels and what appeared to be twin size fitted sheets for the queen bed. I had to ask that they go to a vacant room and get the sheets off one of the beds. Front staff was friendly, but this should have been a no brainer. Our linen was soiled and we were given bath towels for blankets.

It's very iffy.
It looks like at any time it could go bad.
Female was very nice
All male staff wanted to be somewhere else. Horrible

Attended a wedding and needed a place to stay with family .. good enough for short visit.. a little outdated but it was clean and neat and safe. Convenient location and they facilitated my request for early check in. Staff were kind and super helpful. Will definately visit again.

When I arrived the front desk person informed me that I could have got the same rooms for only $120 instead of $180 through booking.com if I had contacted the hotel directly and not gone through booking.com. He also told me that if I paid cash he would have given me the same rooms for only $110 per night.
When we were in the room we noticed that the curtains had several tiny holes in them as if an insect had eaten through them or they were just very old and warn thin with holes.
The door to the bathroom would not stay open.
The hairdryer was making a strange noise and then just stopped working.
One of the bedspreads had a hole in it.
It just wasn't worth the $180/night.
Will never go back there.

location was good and staff was friendly liked the setup, queen bed with pull out sofa sleeper
was told they don’t actually book that room for 3 people so no bedding on sofa sleeper. he did get me some. also worst breakfast we’ve had so far. 13th night in a row in assorted properties

The first day was only cereal and coffee. The second day was better.
Not enough towels in the room. Only enough for one person. . I would recommend people bring their own soap. We had to go buy a bar of soap.

Not much
Where shall I start. The entire hotel smelled like Curry. The lady in the morning was rude. This was in a very scary neighborhood and it was very dirty and run down.

Easy location to find and travel to-and-from when visiting the area. Parking was not an issue. Room was clean, anything we needed was attended to by staff.
Some shower hardware was broken/unsafe, was temporarily remedied when pointed out to staff.

There was no breakfast. They said it was due to Covid, which is now just an excuse
It needed to be updated. It felt dirty and a little scary.

are you asking me about breakfast they don't have and didn't bother to update their site?
location is extremely sketchy. Drug dealers on the parking lot

Nothing.
Advertised breakfast, but no breakfast. They knew that they don’t intend on serving breakfast, but keeps on advertising that they serve breakfast. The building has no elevator, towels had hair, toilet leaks, water faucet sprays user and everything around the sink. Chair has stains, everything just looks worn and dirty.
