This glampsite and the shepherd’s huts are gorgeous. We have stayed in both a few years apart and they are so cosy and lovely. The plots for fire pits and barbecuing are also so nicely arranged and the communal area is beautifully designed.
Nothing! Though it might be nice to have a cafetière available :)

Stayed 2 nights to see Robbie Williams at Sandringham. Hut is very comfortable, and it has a good shower . Lovely owner , quite beautiful place. It's definitely far better than I was expecting ... perfect for the weekend.
Can't fault perfection.

We liked the wild, natural feel to the whole grounds, which supports the wildlife, then the perfectly mown areas for each hut and camping pitch, which gave us a sense of privacy in our own area. The location is quiet and therefore relaxing with no light pollution on site. The king size bed and good sized shower gave a feeling of luxury. We would stay again and the host was very helpful and welcoming.
Nothing in particular.

Cute Shepherds Hut in a lovely setting

The hut was so cosy nestled amongst the meadow. So good having your own ensuite and a little kitchen area. The bed was so comfy! The hosts were great - you are left to yourself in the perfect way, knowing you can ask questions if you need to but everyone keeping themselves to themselves otherwise.

We loved our stay in the glamping hut, we’ve stayed in a few with our little rescue dog and this one was really roomy! The hosts are really welcoming and helpful and the site itself is situated in a perfect location. Access to beautiful beaches, forest walks and the grand houses of the area.

An AMAZING experience which everyone is sure to enjoy! Emma & Dave are just as wonderful as their beautiful, rural and peaceful space that they have created for the perfect getaway at any time of the year.🙂 The facilities are topnotch with nothing being too much trouble for Emma & Dave to provide you with, if it's not already within your immaculately clean and cosy warm shepherd's hut.
2 out of the 4 huts have a roomy en-suite shower and toilet and the king size bed in "Rubies" shepherd hut, actually IS king size and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in.💕 Making use of the space under the bed, there's plenty of storage space for your bags, provisions etc and it's been reported that guest's dogs enjoy sleeping under here, too. 🐶🐕
The huts are actually bigger inside than you might think, offering somewhere to hang your clothes, a tidy kitchenette with kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery, etc.
Each hut has its own BBQ, outdoor seating area and fire pit, perfect for stargazing away a lazy evening after perhaps a day at some of the best beaches in the country, only a 25 minute drive away.
There's a fabulous communal separate indoor space,The Potting Shed, with its doors opening right up, so the indoors can incorporate the outdoors, perfect for passing the time chatting, or having fun on the piano, bango or guitar while meeting and getting to know the other guests. There's also a t.v., kettle, fridge and just an all round homely feel to the place, complementing the surrounding grounds and gardens. 💜
I must add, as this was extremely important to me when I booked, I can guarantee that Emma & Dave go the extra mile with regard to covid-safety and as a clinically extremely vulnerable person to covid, I felt 100% safe with the covid measures that are in place at The Oaks Glamping.🌈
We enjoyed it so much on our first visit, we rebooked for the spring and summer before we had even completed our 2-night...
Nothing...everything was exemplary.

Loved the comfy bed and the friendly host. Great location and accommodation. The dog loved it too x
Would have liked a small table and chair to eat breakfast at within the accommodation, as we visited in November. Not really outside eating weather

Returned after a great visit in the summer. Same welcoming feeling as though we never left. Great location to hit the N Norfolk area and the cabin was clean, warm, homely and very comfortable. We will return!

Lovely hut, very spacious and comfortable, with perfect hosts. The weather wasn’t on our side but we were so warm and had a great evening by the fire pit with a BBQ dinner. All in all a really lovely break from reality.

The Shepherd's Hut gave us the feel of camping, yet with a few extra luxuries. The internal layout was very clever, given the limited footprint. I was especially impressed by the separation and feeling of privacy provided clever grass track mowing.
The communal cooking area was a bonus, as it allowed for a BBQ even if the weather wasn't forecasted to be fantastic. We also cooked on the provided coal BBQ by the Hut and on a camping stove for breakfast.
The location is ideal. We went for days out in Wells-Next-The-Sea, Holt to Sheringham (on the Steam Railway) and Sandringham. We also visited Castle Acre on the way back.
Nothing to complain about. I prefer a firmer bed, but that is a personal choice.

Emma and Dave were lovely, friendly hosts and couldn't do enough for us. The site and hut were beautiful and we had a lovely, relaxing, restful time.
We had to ask for a few basics like hand soap and a saucepan but Emma always happily supplied them!

The area was really lovely and so relaxing. Inside the Shepard’s hut was really well planned leaving enough space while still having a bed and everything you need! If you would like a relaxing peaceful stay not far from a small town & the seaside this is just perfect. They are very welcoming of dogs too! Emma and Dave were really lovely hosts and we will hopefully be staying again! :)

The owners are fab friendly people who have done a great job at building this lovely place. The shepherds huts are more spacious and comfortable than expected so go above and beyond the novelty. We loved the private BBQ and fire pit outside our hut and the shed area for chilling out and watching the football amongst the pretty garden. There is also a farmer's pub walking distance. Would definitely return

A wonderful tranquil escape away from our busy lives in a location that proved an excellent base to visit all the best places in Norfolk. Looking out over the meadow, the shepherd's hut was warm and cosy as promised and with a plumbed flushing toilet and shower with an abundance of hot water. Back to nature, sitting outside in comfy loungers with a coal bbq and firepit was a joy (gas bbq and microwave in the well tended gravel garden for communal use when time was short). Made all the more special by Emma and Dave (and the alpacas). The perfect break - thank you.

David and Emma were perfect, really welcoming hosts and the site is beautiful. We especially loved walking the gorgeous alpacas in the morning! Our shepherds hut was clean, cosy and heated with a comfy bed and a good shower.
