We were really thankful to have such good and quick communication with the owners after booking last minute. The caravan had everything we needed as a family of 4. The staff at the site were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the critters night in the entertainment and swimming.
The only things I would suggest, which would increase the rating from good to excellent would be changing the mattresses so they were more comfortable and updating the pillows and duvets.

Great for the kids and loads going on even in the bad weather
Exactly what it said on the description
3.2
Pleasant stay, all we needed for a good weekend.
Double bed not very comfortable.
3.2
The caravan was worn out and dirty, concrete beds, blood on the bedding and used thongs in the beds, vinyl flooring is bumpy and ripped, doors have holes smashed in them, remotes don’t even have batteries in them. Would not recommend especially as this property is very expensive compared to others

Booked at short notice , & in evening. Owner phoned me quickly, explaining how he'd pre warned security, so they were expecting me.
Nothing

It will if have bed cover and Dover cover. Pillow need wash.
Except that it pleasant to stay. Asda in walking distance, fish and chips walk able.
Lots of children fun things around
Need to pay indoor swimming
Bed cover not available and pillows was dirty
3.2
Only good thing was the location as it isn't far from the entertainment facilities.
Everything! Where shall I start? Caravan 98 is worse than pontins and that's saying something. If you like staying in a pig sty then save your cash and pay for pontins Prestatyn instead.
Extensive list of what we DIDN'T LIKE:
GLASS TABLE UNSAFE AND SLIDES RIGHT OFF THE BASE
DIRTY, OLD BEDS. I DREAD TO THINK WHATS BEEN IN THEM
FLOORING RIPPED AND COMING AWAY ALL THROUGHOUT
DIRTY FLOORS
DIRTY WORKTOPS
DIRTY CROCKERY AND CUTLERY
BAKING TRAYS STILL HAD STINKY GREASE ON THEM IN COOKER
FRIDGE DIDN'T HOLD A COLD TEMP
TV SIGNAL INTERMITTENT THE ARIEL IS FACING WRONG DIRECTION
BATHROOM DOORS HAVE MASSIVE HOLES ON BOTH SIDES
VENEER COMING OFF CUPBOARD DOORS
RUBBISH FOUND ON WARDROBES, UNDER SINGLE BEDS AND IN BETWEEN SOFA CUSHIONS (INCLUDING A LIGHTER AND DIRTY TOOTHBRUSH)
WINDOWS GRUBBY
GAPS IN WINDOW FRAMES WHEN CLOSED
BARE WIRES UNINSULATED ON RADIATOR WHICH IS JUST LYING ON THE FLOOR IN MAIN BEDROOM
WHEN ALL ELECTRICAL HEATERS ARE ON (IT WAS COOL LAST NIGHT) IT TRIPPED FUSE BOX, WHICH IS OUTSIDE
PUBIC HAIRS ON SHOWER BASE
STAINS ON CUSHION COVERS ON SOFA
It's now cleaner that when we arrived

Caravan was basic but perfect for a base and in a great location. Small shop and chippy on site and short walk to beach, fun fair and pubs and restaurants.
Caravans are very close together so not much privacy. Matreses on single beds could do with replacing as could feel all the springs and the duvets were plastic so very noisy and sweaty so kids didn't sleep very well. Double bed was good though.
3.2
The caravan was disgusting the curtains were hanging of it was filthy the bathroom stunk of damp the mattress on the bed springs was coming through the mattress protector on double bed full of stains i paid over £400 for 3 nights ive stayed in better for cheaper no hoover in the van the single quilts were plastic the lino was coming up gaps in the windows which was dirty the glass table not safe
3.2
The staff on complex was nice and where the caravan was. The people who owned the caravan had put extras in to make homely .
Wasnt happy that no bedding and had to pay extra was told by owner i would be reimbursed . When making beds the double bed needs mattress and topper need replacing plus quilt . Pull out bed dirty underneath and had to put quilt on to make thicker.i turned heater on in living room it had to turn of smelt .the caravan just needs a deep clean and attention spend abiut 600.00 on it .

Location and amenities around site
Lino lifted, stains on carpet, all beds were just full of springs, mould in the windows, no scissors in the kitchen, curtains didn't full close, bed room curtains very light. Staff didn't give any info aboyt swimming, the bar, games, shops was closed majority of break
3.2
Perfect location to explore. Good swimming pool but could be cleaner. Nice pub on site. Entertainment interesting- good magician but check if suitable for children.
Television didn’t work. swimming pool wasn’t very clean.
3.2
Caravan had everything we needed. The park was clean and easy to navigate around. Someone had left some rubbish outside their caravan and a caravan owner must have rang reception and someone came out at once to remove it. They take pride in their park.
I didn't use any of the facilities on site however we did go to the pub next door called the Magpie and Stump this was cheap and cheerful.
All round a nice weekend.
The bedding duvet set and pillows being covered in plastic. Very uncomfortable and struggled to sleep.
Extra charge for our dog (£20) when all the mirrors in the caravan were filthy and not cleaned properly between stays.
The gas bottle had run out so we had to switch the gas supply over to the full bottle, although that is no one's fault. Just one of those things
3.2
Location and price
Could of done with a good clean especially the kitchen ware which we had to clean.
Very poor flooring in living area not well fitted very loose.
3.2
Campsite is in a good location. The on-site shop is cheap. My kids loved having other kids to play with on-site too
3.2
The caravan was clean and comfortable but there was a problem with the drainage on the draining board... hence a bit of a smell.
Also the shower was temperamental... it was either cold tepid or scalding... it took a time to adjust it to get and maintain the temperature.. but the owner responded well to messages and the problem.
As above
3.2
Very clean good location very well equipped inside, good size.
Lack of outside chairs
3.2
Spacious clean well located caravan
Nothing
3.2
Great caravan park and facilities. Lively location with plenty of atmosphere and things to do.
3.2
We were close to all facility's and people were friendly and welcoming...close to most of the local attractions
The duvets were like paper and very noisy to sleep in...and the tv didn't work properly we had to swap with the one in the bedroom
3.2
Nothing.
The unit was cleaner when I left it. We stayed 2 nights instead of 3 as the bed was so hard and just nasty.
3.2
Nothing !
It was dirty , freezing, because the fire didn’t work . The caravan was a disgrace and I checked out early . I will be seeking legal advice !
3.2
The bar staff were very friendly and polite
The location was quiet after 10pm
One honest review from one couple with a 10months baby.
Caravan nr 98 - There was no cleaning in the caravan after previous tenant left (they checked out at 12am in the same day even if on the leaflet say that the caravan will not be used for 3 days after checkout for covid safety)
**The sofa in the lounge was full o dog hair, so we had to spend a few good hours cleaning as we had an infant with us)
** The bed in both bedroom were atrocious, uncomfortable, old, you could feel every single spring in your back. I think we could've slept better in a barn on a pile of hay
** You may want to take your own cutlery as the one they provide seems overused.
For the money we paid for 4 nights we had no comfort at all.. other than that, the location seems all right with lots things to do on the mains street.
The pub was alright with average prices for food and alcohol (Kitchen staff didn't seem very clean, so we avoided eating in there but other people said food was average)
Ps: I usually don't bother with leaving reviews but I think everyone should know what to expect.
3.2
Was clean
Sofas were very damp , also bedroom carpets were wet.
No carbon dioxide alarm and fire was gas and covered in carbon
Steps from can we’re not fixed
3.2
Excellent location, close to beautiful beaches (by car 5-10min) and next to fun fair and park. Specious caravan, pet friendly.
Not very clean. Cleaned and disinfected all touch points myself on arrival. Dated mattress protectors.
3.2
Location was excellent, pet friendly and we just enjoyed our short stay
Didn't like that the club wasnt open, meaning there were more people inside the Magpie and Stump, which defeats the object of not having the club open.... But i understand that this was probably down to government restrictions. So no hard feelings 😄
3.2
The space in the caravan especially the living area was Fab , the main bedroom was lovely , lots of cupboard space and the bet was so comfortable !
The park the caravan was on was well littered , the facilities were all closed even the chippy ! The shop was open 2 days a week until 1pm, great base if your out of park for most of the day but if your staying on park there isn't much to do especially if you have children ! The caravan itself was ok, comfortable beds , plenty of space , no central heating but fire and heater was there ! Lack of untensils in kitchen , no plug for kitchen sink ,plenty of toilet roll , the duvets were summer tog 4.5 (a bit chilly)
