• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.

The property was wonderful and an easy walk to all the spots downtown and in the french quarter. We had a wonderful time.

Accommodations were perfect for our group. Location was VERY convenient, and secure but neighborhood questionable. We used the back exit which was 1/2 block off of St. Charles streetcar stop. Obviously, there is great effort being put into upgrading the neighborhood. Weather did not allow for pool use (rainy) however, we would not have used it due to the nasty water. That definitely needs more regular attention. Pool area was lovely but that water.....😳 we would have been extremely disappointed had the weather cooperated.
We were short some towels, which did not get delivered for 24 hours. Communication with Hosteeva was good, they just said after I inquired when towels didn't show up that night, that they could only report it to the service. That's dealing with a management company, not private owners, so not too big of a problem.
Overall, this accommodation was great for our group. Spacious, and clean and truly the location to the streetcar was a huge advantage. We parked on the street all week without any problems.

Heads up
The online check in was great, the parking is not good. If street parking is taken you have to pay to park and walk about half a block. The location is not ideal, locals live across the street so street parking is difficult. But having cameras and gated made it feel more secure. Unfortunately on the last night my sisters car was vandalized when she parked on the street. Her windshield was hit in 2 places and her hood was dented/scratched. The management was very helpful to review cameras to see if the culprit(s) could be caught. The floor was very dirty and had to be swept immediately due to food crumbs and dirt. The entire place could use a good dusting also. The freezer was leaking so the door to the freezer would barely open to put food, but would collect freezer burn easily. The pool was extremely cloud on our first day and green on day 2-3 in JULY. Other than dusting and dirty floor the place was clean and I did enjoy having a washer and dryer in the condo. It is very spacious and our 7 member family had plenty of room and bathrooms.

All places interesting were less than a 10 minute drive. I'd love to rent this property again and again and again in the near future and this was my second time here. You won't be disappointed worth every penny

VRBO Treasure
Two of us saved this property when we were searching on VRBO. There were 6 of us and the 4BR, 3BA worked perfectly. The living room couches would’ve worked for at least 2 more friends! The kitchen was well stocked (dishes, glasses, pot & pans, even coffee and filters)! Our friends who stayed in the queen bedroom with the attached bathroom were not happy with the cleanliness of their bathroom, but the rest of us were good with the accommodations. It was an easy walk to the bus or streetcar, and to more than one “fast food” place for a quick bite. The pool was lovely, but we didn’t use (in February)! We would definitely stay here again!!

My family and I came to NoLA for a Mardi Gras ball. This Property was close to the venue, secure, well maintained, spacious for the 8 of us and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. We had no trouble finding street parking and management was quick to respond to our maintenance call. It’s a pricey stay but a very nice property.

Did feel the floors were very dirty. Would never want to walk barefoot. No Kleenex available. Simple things in the kitchen.

Family Trip to NOLA
Excellent property & location. Tons of space and very clean. Exactly how it was described. Convenient location to WW2 museum (approx 5-10 min walk) and felt very safe at all times. We also walked to French Quarter for dinner. Great trip!!
