I love the hotel was very close to the beaches, eateries, and had local activities to do.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. Advised my husband and I excellent restaurant and lounges to go see. The food was delicious and very close to fish fry, definitely got my steps in.
I had one major issue, which was bedbugs. I itched each and every night.
At first, I thought it was probably mosquito bites. But
Then I realized it was just around my legs and the lower body. I slept over the sheets the last night! Our room was dripping water and amenities were great.

Tv outage for the last 3 days of our trip that was never resolved despite me calling about it twice and being told someone would come to look at it. That person never showed up.

The checkin process went smoothly. The lady was very friendly and attentive. I loved that the room was clean and spacious. The room came with a mini kitchen that was good for us. I loved the waterfront views and that we woke up each morning to watch the ship maneuver in port. The amenities were great. They have a few restaurants on site, Waterpark and gift shops. Close to downtown shopping area.
The young lady that greets guests when entering the building needs ALOT more customer service training. I reported the incident and felt that the front desk staff was very passive in handling it..

L’établissement est très bien situé et les appartements sont spacieux et équipés ( machine à laver, micro onde, grand frigo…).
La plage privée est magnifique et les nombreuses piscines pour tous les âges sont un grand avantage. Situé à proximité de la plage de Junkatoo.
Beaucoup de restaurants et de services comme la nourriture au bord de la piscine sont des atouts.
Le personnel est incompétent et ne font pas leur travail correctement. Beaucoup d’erreurs de communications et il se trompe sur les jours de départ. Des facturations injustifiées ont eu lieu et ils n’ont pas daigné me rembourser. Attention au départ tardif automatiquement facturé à 50 dollars ce qui excessif. Le manager ne fait pas de geste commercial alors que les erreurs sont liés à leur personnel.
Certains ne font pas leur travail et son plus occupés par leur téléphone que par l’accueil des clients ce qui n’est pas justifié étant donné le prix à payer pour une nuit dans cet hôtel.

The hotel requires a COVID test done within 3 days prior to arrival. this is not stated anywhere and as we were travelling internally within the Bahamas at the end of our stay we had not done this and it is not mandated by the Bahamas travel guidance. they did let us stay thankfully.

No limpiaban bien la habitación , la atención el la playa y piscina mala , para pedir algo de tomar demoraba una hora en prepararlo , la comida mala , nunca eh visto que en una playa no sirva camarones. Prácticamente no te resuelven nada . No me entregaron el apartamento que yo reservé me dieron otro que no tenía las cosa que ofrece en el booking simplemente se hicieron el tonto , y con este hotel que ofrece todo no podía creer que no tenía un médico , mi hijo se me puso mal y simplemente me mandaron al hospital, un hospital donde tenía que pagar primero para que te lo atendieran a tu hijo 3.000$ , increíble!

There is lots to like here, but for every good thing, a couple of not-so-good things really tainted the experience for us.
The location is great—right on the beach and a close walk to downtown. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships come in and out of port. BUT, that also meant lots of noise and a non-authentic Bahamian experience as the entire downtown and resort felt like one big tourist trap. I have to take credit for not liking the kitschy vibe of Margaritaville. I mean…I should have known by the name that this is basically Disneyland meets a Caribbean water park. But all the photos made it look so lovely. It’s definitely a THEME resort, so it may be great for families with kids, but not for a romantic getaway for two.
Views = beautiful.
Rooms = nicely appointed, mostly clean, and we enjoyed having the mini kitchen and washing machine in our One Particular Harbor room—especially considering the prices for food. We ended up walking to a grocery store and cooking many of our meals.
Food at the resort = tasty, but excessively overpriced. We enjoyed pizza and salad from the to-go pizza place, pastries from the bakeries and delicious salads from Vacation Cafe.
The adults-only pool was comfortable and had a relaxing hot tub.
All-inclusive prices with nothing included. Not to mention they charge automatic 15% gratuity on EVERYTHING, even a cup of coffee to go. You can’t get even a simple breakfast of yogurt and a pastry for less than $45 for two people. It made the entire experience feel far more stressful than serene. Double-digit prices for an ice cream. People say “oh that’s just resort prices” or “it’s in-line with local costs because it’s an island” but it was EXTRA here. And requiring you to pay gratuity even when your service was terrible is such a bummer. I would rather give larger tips to excellent employees than have to budget my money to pay every single cashier 15% of anything I buy.
Want a late check out, just an hour when the hotel is maybe 40% full? $50 charge.
Is your wristband too tight and you need a new one? Prepare to be charged.
Need a taxi? Prepare to be pressured to tip the bellhop AND be told to wait for one of their personal contacts’ taxis that will overcharge you $10-20 for your ride.
The staff was hit or miss. Some were friendly and helpful, others not so much.
Our room was cleaned once in our 4-night stay. We would leave the housekeeping light on and be gone from morning until afternoon and come back to an untouched room.
The phone in the room doesn’t work to call the desk for requests. We called housekeeping several times and always got a “the mailbox is full” message and had to walk down and make the request in person. This happened 5 or so times, several of which the items never came.
It’s supposed to be a non-smoking hotel, but our next door neighbors were smoking cigarettes on the patio and filled our room with smoke. We tried to call down, but couldn’t get though to alert the front desk.
We had an ocean view room that overlooked the back pools and hot tub. There was loud music blasting in the area that totally ruined the beautiful view. We had to keep our door closed often, and could still hear it.

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht - an der Rezeption wurde uns von einem Zimmer Upgrade erzählt - das war allerdings eher ein downgrade !! Wir hatten gar keinen Ausblick - lediglich die Palmen sind beinahe bis auf unsere Terrasse gewachsen
Das Personal ist in der ganzen Anlage eher unfreundlich
In den Zimmern hört man alles durch - sogar wenn die Leute ein Nachbarzimmer sich unterhalten

La posizione è ottima, vicino allo Straw Market e altri negozi. La spiaggia grande e bella . La struttura è molto bella con parco acquatico incluso e vista spettacolare.
Lo staff della reception è molto scortese . Nonostante sia una ottima struttura il prezzo non è adeguato perchè è veramente troppo caro. Dopo aver soggiornato 5 notti abbiamo prolungato di altre 4 e ci hanno chiesto la differenza prezzo per avere 2 letti singoli invece che 1 grande .

There was an excellent view from the balcony, the location was perfect for everything, the beach and pool were both perfect. The room also had a kitchenette which included a stovetop which allowed us to cook breakfast.
The food from the resort restaurants was not a highlight. It was not bad but not great either. However, the hotel is walking distance from many great restaurants at the fish fry.

Staff on the beach were amazing , they should not have to put up with the cruise ship passages all days trying to keep them off the lounge chairs . Hotel should manage this issue properly as it make the beach experience very unpleasant
Beach area is too small, location of the hotel is terrible because of the cruise ships , not enough restaurant variety and the fact that the hotel was cashless. You should not have to charge everything to your room

I booked and paid for a delux oceanfront king room with a bath and I was given a small room on the side of the hotel with no bath !! It definantly wasn’t a delux oceanfront room as this is a very nice hotel which I would imagine will have some very nice rooms. Be very careful what you book !!

We liked the location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of Dining options and all were good (low cost to high end)
As an avid visitor to the Bahamas what we didn’t like was the lack of shade (umbrellas) for the exception of building shade on 1 side of the pool. There was wind but no reason to not allow the guests to deploy umbrellas by pool or beach. The bars next to the hotel had flimsy umbrellas up and no issues were as the hotel had heavy base umbrellas. Also the concrete is very slippery with a bit of moisture (unlike I have ever seen at a hotel) and is a liability as my wife, son and many others fell with no running.

The view, the facilities and the staff!
They wanted to change us 50 usd for one more hour of checkout when the hotel was clearly not full. Prices in the markets inside the hotel are insanely expensive.

Rooms, location, beach, facilities all amazing.
Tito on reception helped me arrange a meal and location to propose to my girlfriend outside the hotel as per my request. I was struggling with my phone so he booked and arranged everything for me and even added me on whatsapp to keep me updated, he went above and beyond in every aspect and was the best staff service I had ever received. Also the hotels location is great, we went outside the resort frequently with the downtown and fishfry both very close and safe and friendly.
The had a takeaway pizza from the hotel restaurant which was below average, a bit undercooked and fell apart - thats my ONLY negative and it did still taste nice. Hard to say anything else as it was so amazing.
