About this house rental
Beautifully decorated, with a modern chic style this is a spacious townhouse with stunning sunset views and overlooking the turquoise, crystalline waters that have made the Bahamas a famous vacation spot. The townhouse is located in a very safe gated community and it is within waking distance to several restaurants. The community have two pools and there is a sandy beach less than 5 min away by walk. The house has a full kitchen well equipped with stainless steel appliances, utensils and granite countertops. There are two markets about two miles away accessible through the local bus service or by taxi. The BahaMar hotel complex with a casino and multiple variety restaurants is also about 1 1/2 miles away. The three bedrooms will confortably accommodate a family of 6. The first bedroom is a master with a queen bed an ample closet and a balcony. The second bedroom has two tween beds and a closet and the last bedroom has a queen bed with a closet and a window to the ocean. All bedrooms have a bathroom attached. For convenience the townhouse is also equipped with a washer and dryer. We have three beach chairs and towels that you can bring to the beach and the pools, just please remember to bring them back to the house with you.

This is our second time staying at this property and we had a great stay again. The location is perfect and we the property manager Barbara is super responsive. Highly recommend and would stay again.

The property grounds were clean, well manicured, and totally private. The location is fairly quiet with light foot traffic. The gate guards were friendly every single time we came across them. The unit was exactly as advertised with amazing ocean views and was nice and spacious. The property manager was friendly, hospitable, responsive, helpful...I could go on and on. She was quite simply a GREAT hostess. Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay. We will definitely be returing to this location in the future!

This property is a real gem. Ideally located for travel around Nassau, super safe, and the location can't be beat. I loved the ocean sounds as the waves crashed over the rocks. The location is a quick trip to downtown or to some beautiful, almost private beaches. Great food within walking distance and everything you need is minutes away. Car rental highly recommended!!

We love Delaporte Point. It is our third visit but first in this townhouse. Il was as advertised, lots of space, very clean , quiet and safe.
Barbara, the manager was very responsible.

Rebecca's home was lovely and perfect for our vacation. Great location with an amazing view! I had the master suite and the bed was so comfy. The condo has security and everyone we encountered was incredibly pleasant. Barbara was especially fabulous as she was my St. Anthony, twice finding lost things for me. One time involved a return trip to the airport! The condo had anything and everything you would need. Check in was easy and again Barbara was there for any questions you may have. We walked to several great restaurants and the Jittney was all you need to get around. We rented a car but could have done without. I would love to visit again and highly recommend Rebecca's wonderful home.

We primarily wanted a snorkel location so we didn’t need to take tour boat. This gated community’s built on top of a reef. We had a great time seeing lots of fish very close up. Clear water until a couple days after hurricane brought higher waves. This brought mats of seaweed the day we left. Pools, beach and seagrass areas available too.
Went to another beach one day. I would skip that next time. You are legally allowed to walk any beach, but guard asked if we were guest at the resort. We said no, so he just said we had to stay nearer the water. Idiots trying to “sell” watercraft rides were blasting them back and forth inches from the swimming bouys and your head a day. We suggest you take out a high color float anywhere you snorkle at Delaporte Point because PWC go right between reef rock since no bouys.
Also views of sunset from patio and sunrise at pool on this peninsula.
Everything you need is at the condo, but some things could be upgraded,/fixed/replaced like the patio furniture is frayed, can opener, master mattress a bit past prime This is not a luxury accommodation but it is clean, has washer/dryer, good hot water, soft linens and water views/reef made it worth a lot.
Walk next door to very good restaurants.

A perfect week at this beautiful home with stunning water views and plenty of space. Close to everything we needed including great restaurants and ice cream. The on-site property manager, Barbara, was fantastic. Super responsive and just all around lovely. We can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation here with 2 babies under 1. Barbara was really responsive in the lead up to and during our stay. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing location and view
We had a great time staying at Rebeca's property. She was very responsive and Barbara the caretaker was always prompt with responses and help.
The location is fantastic and what a view! There is a beautiful beach about a 2 min walk as well as restaurants and stores nearby. We will definitely be booking here again.

This home was like a home away from home for my family. We had such a great time we decided to stay.
The process renting this home was easy. We had A LOT of questions because we were traveling with a toddler and teenagers and the owner and local home manager was great at addressing all of our questions. Once there we had such a great time we decided to stay. This was my 3rd trip to the Bahamas and I would stay here again anytime. Our stay was delightful.

Fabulous Place for a Family Vacation
This property was exactly as presented on the website! Actually, it was better than the photos! A great size for a family of five adults, it was stocked with everything we needed and extremely comfortable. Views are gorgeous, especially at sunset! The beach within walking distance was as nice as any we drove to. The grocery store is nearby and we walked to the Twisted Lime several times for happy hour. Chicken wings from there were enjoyed during the Super Bowl. Barbara was a gracious and attentive host. I highly recommend the property!

Wonderful place!!!
We want to thank Rebeca and Barbara for their hospitality. Rebeca was great to work with and answered a lot of questions from us when trying to book the place. Barbara was so helpful once we got there. She always checked and made sure that we had everything we need and so concerned about our comfort. The home is as described and shown in the pictures. All amenities you would expect and living quarters are spacious enough for 5 adults. The kitchen was fully-equipped including all the spices you could think of. We had breakfast everyday before heading out. We also used the BBQ on the patio one day for lunch when I had to stay home to do some work. There are a lot of great restaurants nearby (some are walk-able and some like 5-10 minutes drive from the condo). We patronized the nearest one named Poop Deck
as our default hang out during the day on the beach. There are 2 pools that you can use in the complex, however, the beach was almost always empty with people and the
water temperature always warm that we've never even tried the pools. We also enrolled at Club One gym for a week and walked over there every early morning for the whole week.
We visited the Baha Del Mar and Paradise Island but, still, we were glad that we stayed in this condo than those places. We would definitely stay on this home again and would highly recommend it for your home away from home.

Fantastic townhome on the ocean - Blue Reef
Our family of 3 adults, just spent a week at Rebeca's property in Delaporte Point. A great rental townhome with a huge patio and balcony overlooking the ocean. The views were stunning and the home was clean and extremely well equipped.
The Patio (ahhhhhh):
Has a tall table for 4 and a great outdoor couch, chairs and table. There is also an awning that we used for some afternoon shade on the patio. It gets sun almost all day and the sunsets from the patio are beautiful. New BBQ worked perfectly. Balcony off the master bedroom had 2 chairs and a table and an even more gorgeous view of the turquoise sea. Colours of the sea were unreal.
Kitchen: Had absolutely everything we needed and more. Lots of filtered water was provided. We cooked all of our breakfasts and a few dinners there and also brought take out back from the nearby restaurants. Washer and dryer worked fine.
Living room was comfortable with a great TV and amazing view of the ocean through the patio doors. Wifi was good.
Bedrooms: were all comfortable with good storage spaces for clothes and luggage. Each had it's own bathroom, individual A/C controls and a ceiling fan. The 3rd floor A/C wasn't working the 1st night. But a quick call to Barbara the property manager and she had a service person there and it was fixed, with many apologies for the inconvenience.
The townhouse is at the end of the complex, closer to the security gate. It faces west and you see nothing but ocean and it was extremely private. and quiet.Complex landscaping is lovely and the pools were cleaned often. We had the pools to ourselves several times.
Beach and Pool stuff: There were lots of towels for the pool and beach and a beach umbrella and 3 beach chairs. While we were there it was quite stormy and there was a lot of seaweed washed up on the beach. We just walked and found some conch shells while wading in a bit.
The location: Delaporte Point is a good spot if you want to be away from the crowds with privacy and pool time.There are 4 good restaurants within a 10 min walk. We loved Blue Sail for good food, staff and live music on the water.Took the Jitney bus to get to Love Beach, Baha Mar & Nassau.
Barbara the property mgr for the unit was incredible. She picked us up/ took us to the store and to the airport & was on call for any question we had.We talked to other renters who had issues with their unit and an unresponsive prop mgr.Completely opposite experience than we had with Barbara. Thanks for a great stay!

Well worth staying at.
We stayed at this townhouse for 3 weeks and it worked out really well for us. The location is just superb. It is right on the water, with beaches and pools nearby. There are restaurants within easy walking distance as is a grocery store, which is accessible by sidewalk in an easy 10-15 minute stroll. The unit itself was clean and quiet, fully equipped and all the appliances were easy to operate. Barbara, the property manager settled us in and was very helpful whenever we needed her. There were 6 of us including grandparents, parents and children and it was well suited for all of our needs.

Amazing views! Great location. Very spacious townhouse
Where do I begin? Amazing ocean view from living spaces as well as the master bedroom. Great location, very close to a bus stop. Gated community, very safe and well lit. Kitchen is well stock with quality appliances and utensils. Plenty of games and also Netflix is available in case it rains. Barbara, the property manager is amazing. She is courteous and a wealth of knowledge. She helped us get to a reasonably priced grocery store as well as helping us with learning about the local culture. I HIGHLY recommend this place.
