We loved calling 201 Lakeview our home for the week in Colorado! Perfectly curated and well-appointed for all of your holiday needs! The location is excellent- close enough to all your adventures and town but tucked away in a small community for privacy- views and sunsets are fabulous! Tara is an excellent host! One of my favorite vacation rentals to date!

The view of the lake and mountains is what we were looking for, and the chairs on the deck allowed for peaceful coffee sipping each morning. This home is in brand new condition and immaculately clean. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed and generously stocked -- I even found coffee creamer, which I had forgotten to bring. The owner has supplied items that many rental places don't -- paper towels, K-cups (the kids loved the hot cocoa ones), tea, and an array of cooking essentials like olive oil and seasonings. Tara communicated everything we needed to know via email and text, and she was just a text away when we had questions. Throughout our stay, we utilized the grill, the hammock, and the fire pit for s'mores -- loads of firewood and even marshmallow roasting sticks provided. Thank you, Tara, for your hospitality, and for sharing this beautiful house with us! Girl Scout troop 1291 had an amazing Colorado adventure with 201 Lakeview as our beautiful basecamp!

Beautiful, updated mountain home
My husband, adult children and son-in-law were visiting the Grand Lake area for the first time. This "cabin" was in the perfect location, close to the western entrance of RMNP and the adorable town of Grand Lake. The home was the best appointed place that we've ever rented, with all details well thought out. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking a meal or enhancing take-out. The home gave us plenty of room to spread out and we loved sitting on the deck in the evening with the beautiful view of the lake. Tara, the owner, was so helpful and made check in and check out extremely easy. I highly recommend this wonderful rental!

Great views
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! We have been to Grand Lake before but enjoyed this new location for this stay! Tara was incredibly helpful and gave us tips on where to watch the fireworks over Grand Lake! They were incredible!

Our family of 4 stayed here for a post Christmas trip. The home is impeccably clean, comfortable, cozy and beautifully decorated. The scenery is gorgeous! We had absolutely everything we needed and Tara was super responsive and helpful. We arrived in the middle of a big storm and it continued snowing the majority of our stay. We made the mistake of not renting our kids' ski gear before heading up. Don't make that same mistake because there were no skis available anywhere! Nonetheless, we spent the time playing games, watching movies, eating, laughing, playing in the snow, enjoying each other and relaxing. It was amazing! Highly recommend this home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin! Tara was an excellent host - very responsive and helpful. The cabin was immaculate and had everything we needed to help make our stay comfortable. The beds and bedding were awesome! The kitchen had ample supplies and a few extras (condiments, paper products, etc.) that were really appreciated. We took Tara's advice on a few recommended hikes and they were superb! Also rented a boat on Lake Granby which was less expensive and less populated - the marina was so close to the cabin. We will definitely recommend this property to friends and family and hope to visit again soon!

Beautiful and so clean!
We loved staying at the cabin! It was fully updated and so clean! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Location was great, close enough to downtown Grand Lake and RMNP but still felt private and quiet. We saw several moose nearby!

Best Place for a Group
What can I say but fantastic all around property. Huge open room, brand new finishes everywhere, tons of sleeping space and all little extras included. There was ample room from the huge dining room table, open concept kitchen/living room and many different bed options (easily sleeps 5 adults without sharing a bed). We used this during the 3 Lakes Ice fishing tournament but location puts you in heart of the Grand Lake/Granby Lake area easily accessible to all amenities. Fridge was big and had all the basic condiments needed. Big bonus was a Keurig machine with ample K-Cups for Coffe, Hot Coco and Tea. We cooked the whole time there and were never lacking for utensils, glasses, bowls, etc. While there we saw a family of 3 moose in the field which is always exciting. I can't wait to get back up there for the tournament next year and we fully expect/hope this property is available. Don't hesitate to book because it is an amazing property.

Perfect cabin with great view!
Absolutely loved this cabin, great view of the lake. Short drive to downtown Grand Lake and near lots of trails. Loved that they actually had a stocked kitchen, meaning condiments, etc all there not just kitchen utensils. Will definitely be back.
