Exceptional Stay!

I recently stayed at Paradise Bungalow, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and they were happy to answer all my questions about the local area. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. I loved the attention to detail, from the comfortable bed to the thoughtful amenities provided. The view from my window was breathtaking, adding an extra touch of relaxation to my stay. Breakfast was a highlight—delicious and with plenty of options to choose from. I also appreciated the quiet and serene ambiance of the hotel, making it a perfect escape from the busy city life. The location was ideal, with easy access to Main surf points like lazy Left and lazy Right. The team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable, and I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you, Paradise Bungalow, for making my visit unforgettable. I will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family.

Fully booked - even for a genius 3.

They sorted another accomondation for us.

Booked this 23feb at noon and wanted to stay a night from 24-25. Unlucky as we arrived the booking didnt count. They did their best and sorted a nearby place. Booking genius level 3 - still nothing but booking would have a solution if they didnt sort it out. Out of this the rating will be 2/5. Very unlucky situation and i hope others will not be in the same position as us. I also know that they tried their best. Found it weird that i got a "review us and about your stay" the same day we arrived for check in. Unfortunately I found it places thorugh booking sometimes the resort dont check.

Bungalow com mau isolamento sonoro

O Bungalow é feito em madeira e por isso a acústica do quarto é muito má. Ouve-se tudo, como se fosse dentro do quarto. Ouvem-se se os outros hospedes, o comboio que passa ao lado é como estivesse no próprio quarto e festas que acontecem nas redodendas. Tentei cancelar a segunda noite que estava reservada e não em devolveram o dinheiro nem ajudaram a resolver a situação através do booking. Funcionários muito jovens e pouco experientes. Não foram simpáticos.

Очень приятные бунгало, отличный персонал. Вкусные завтраки. Прямо здесь можно взять скутер в аренду.

Рядом какой-то клуб, где проводят вечеринки. Каждую ночь минимум до 3 утра очень громко играет музыка. Спать очень сложно.

Lovely location and a peaceful spot - beach and trees!

The guys were really sweet and helpful. The location was really great, too - a stone's throw from the beach. I also loved that the resort is tucked away in the trees, so when you wake up in the morning, you're surrounded by incredible nature.

The wifi wasn't good in my room, but I was located on the top floor, so once I moved out closer to the router I was able to work. I'd recommend the guys to get an additional router as I was working online and this was a bit annoying to move outside to work.

Stay at Paradise Bungalow (Surfers Paradise)

Hands down great value for money, we paid 81$ (30k LKR) for 2 nights, 3 days including breakfast for a group of 5. Breakfast consisted of 4 options of English style breakfast and another 4 Sri Lankan options but the latter requiring 1 day prior informing. Dinner is also available on site for reasonable prices but some items also require prior informing. Overall 7/10 exceptional stay, would definitely reccomend on a budget as food was good and prices were very much relatively cheaper.

Rooms were clean and staff were friendly however beware since the Balcony room we booked was adjoined next to another we had to keep noise levels down but completely reasonable.

We loved our stay

Breakfast was delicious, something different every morning. Comfortable room with view from the balcony over the beautiful garden. Perfect location if you want to walk to the beach and surfspots.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset.

Very quite place but close to the beach also somehow no mosquitoes which just made it perfect

When we arrived and check-in, it was evening. The staff were drunk and loudly listening to music. When I asked to turn down the music, guy told me that I can go to the room and it will be quieter. What audacity! The bathroom was full of sand on the floor. The only chair in the room wobbled and was almost broken. For breakfast, there was a terrible non-natural juice (mixed with powder). Staff after 20:00 does not answer questions. The refrigerator they were allowed to use was so dirty that some toilets are cleaner! Terrible place! Train is very audible. You should warn people about this kind of noise. Dark, unlit road. This place is not worth the money!
