Magical Three Bedroom, Three Balcony Townhome overlooking the Chatahoochie River in Beautiful Alpine Helen, GA. Views of the river and the Helen Waterpark from each of the balconies. Relax in your own private oasis in the first floor master suite with private bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub not to mention the kitchenette, Fireplace and private balcony. On the main floor you'll find the Family Room with Fireplace, Dining area and Full Kitchen, Upstairs are two bedrooms with private baths.

Welcome to this beautiful Bavarian town with views of the river throughout. The neighborhood is situated in a quiet and private area. Take in all the sights with all the German architecture throughout.

You can walk into town or drive your car to enjoy all the shops, restaurants and entertainment Helen has to offer. The pictures don’t do this property justice! Very cute and cozy. Love the layout and balconies. The kitchen has an updated coffee pot thats traditional and a Keurig, I know that’s helpful info for coffee drinkers like me :-) Thank you for the fun stay, we will be back!

We had an amazing time in Helen, Ga. We stayed with some friends from our jeep club. We rode some trails and enjoyed some restaurants on our stay. The owners we great to communicate with. Location is great and enjoyed the lovely views of the river. The condo was very clean and nice. We will definitely stay here again and tell our family and friends about the condo. Thank you again for such a lovely experience.

The townhouse was beautiful! So much room for us and and 3 children, they loved it. A quick walk to downtown Helen. The host welcomes you like family.

Incredibly clean. Nicely decorated for present season….Christmas. Home itself decor was so welcoming making the experience a “wanna come back”; a cozy warm atmosphere. Extremely roomy for our family of 9. Adequate accommodations. It was as magical.

This is a three story, very roomy and super nice place! We were very impressed! Location was very close to town! It has everything that you need! We were so comfortable! Will definitely look it up on our next trip! It’s a 10!!

The rental was very clean and beautiful. It was close to downtown Helen. The host left a book with recommendations for eateries and activities. I would highly recommend staying at this rental.

Great place and hosts. Loved the coffee bar set up. More stairs than we thought so be aware of that. Instructions were great on how to access and use stuff. Will use them again in future.

We have visited Helen for my years. This was our first time at this property after our previous place was sold to a non-renting owner. It’s well stocked with every amenity and the three levels (each with a balcony or patio) provided plenty of room for our family. The hot tub was an added bonus. It’s right across from the pink tubes/water park so the location is excellent! 5 Stars!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. They provided so many things that most VRBO's don't offer...coffee, bottled water, & popcorn. They even had mini shampoo and conditioner bottles in each of the bathrooms. The layout of the condo was great and all of the furniture was comfy too. It was an easy walk into town, so the location was perfect. We were able to try many of the restaurant recommendations they had suggested, along with the different hikes in the area. All in all, a fantastic vacation.

The property has three floors of space which was great for my family of six to spread out and not be on top of each other. The location is perfect for quick trips into town. Overall I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Helen, Georgia.

Perfect for our situation. We had the king bedroom on the first floor & our daughter & son in law had the other king bedroom. Their 3 kids had beds in the kids room. All rooms had TVs and the condo was very clean & well equipped. Loved being on the river & having a hot tub.

Such a perfect place to stay last weekend! Able to walk to town (1 mile) - each couple had own room and bathroom (one couple did sleep in bunk room, but nice queen on bottom bunk!) - loved all the nice touches like coffee set up station and shampoos. Will stay again!

Super Clean townhouse and convenient to downtown Helen and all the nearby hiking trails. Great little post Christmas trip exploring North Georgia. Really enjoyed the hot tub after being out on the trails. We loved staying here and would recommend it.

The condo was very spacious and clean. The creek that runs behind it is very relaxing. It was close to all things downtown and only a short drive to some pretty fantastic vineyards! I would definitely stay here again!

Place was located in a really good spot. Walkable to town, yet away from a lot of the crowd. Nice spot right on the river. Would definitely stay here again. And the owners were very nice and easy to work with.
