About this house rental
A beautiful newly constructed home with all new furnishings. Walk to the beach, swim in the lake, have a BBQ on the deck, walk to the ice cream shop, and enjoy s'mores on the campfire in the backyard! On Saturday mornings walk to the farmer's market during the summer. Street music in town on the weekends. Boyne Mountain is 5 miles away. Book your family vacation with hiking, biking, skiing, ice skating, swimming, kayaking, fishing, boating, sailing, golfing, and the list goes on!

High-speed wifi is provided for working remotely or distance learning. There is a fire pit in the backyard that makes the perfect spot for roasting marshmallows.
Year-round activities are out the back door! Perfect location to walk to the beach, downtown restaurants and shops, playgrounds for the kids, and Avalanche Park for hiking/biking. A short 5 mile drive to Boyne Mountain for excellent downhill and cross country skiing, snow tubing and ice skating; in addition to nearby Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands ski resorts. Walk from the house to Avalanche Park trailhead for a hike to see the spectacular fall colors and overlook Lake Charlevoix. In addition, Avalanche Park has an ice rink in the winter.

This was our first trip to Michigan. We wanted to stay somewhere that allowed us to explore many different areas including Charlevoix, Traverse, etc. We are so glad we stayed in this home. It was so very clean and simply adorable. Boyne City was wonderful offering plenty of restaurants, beaches, shops, boat rentals, and activities. There are parks all around and we felt safe day and night. The home is located within walking distance to the beach and downtown. The SkyBridge at Boyne Mountain is 10 minutes away, Charlevoix is a 25 minute drive away. Boyne Mountain has lots of activities including pickleball courts and a very nice indoor water park and is just 10 minutes from the home. We drove an hour to Mackinac for one day and also made it to Sleeping Bear Dunes. We hope to visit this same home in the fall/winter. The hosts were so kind, easy to communicate with. I tend to have high expectations and this property exceeding them all! Travelled with 4 kids( ages 14-7). They loved the accommodations as well.

My friend and I stayed here for a long weekend with our sons. House is very clean and comes with everything you need. Close to town but in a quiet area. Really enjoyed the fire pit each night.

This house is an absolute gem…I thought it looked amazing in the pictures and was even better in-person. It was beautiful, clean, close to everything in Boyne City, and perfectly accommodated my family of 4 (kids 7 and 13) and my two in laws. Laura was easy to get ahold of and made sure we got in for early check in when we asked ahead of time. Will definitely be booking again next time we stay in the area!

Beautiful new home with the comforts of your own home. Great layout inside with fun space outside. Perfect for two couples, or a family with kids. Only a few blocks from town, but far enough to give you privacy. Highly recommend!! The host has thought of all your needs and is readily available if needed.

Boyne city gem! Beautiful new home, great backyard, comfortable beds and pillows. We enjoyed walking to town, playing giant connect 4 and Jenga on the back deck and reading on the front porch. Queen size bunk beds were a bonus too. Lovely house and owners were quick to respond to my couple questions. Also, my kids counted and it’s is about 1000 steps to the ice cream shops- a definite must!

My husband, daughter, and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was a wonderful experience! The place was very clean, spacious, and beautiful! The location to downtown, the lake, and avalanche preserve, was only a few short blocks! Definitely would recommend this place, and we hope to stay here again in the future! Cheers!

We loved the house! It was perfect for us. It was tastefully decorated and had all the facilities a family needs when away from home. It is in a small pretty neighborhood a few minutes from town and only 10 minutes easy drive to Boyne Mountain for skiing. Everything was super clean which is something I always look for. My only recommendation would be for some new towels and probably a few more. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for all the helpful communication as well.

Myself, my husband, and our 8 month old daughter could not have asked for a better stay! Laura’s house is cozy, inviting, and CLEAN (a big “must” for us with rentals). The beds were all huge, even the bunk beds, and very comfortable. There were puzzles, books, and so much information regarding the surrounding area. Even the backyard was great - fenced it, well taken care of, and plenty of places to hang out between the deck, yard, and fire pit. Laura was a fabulous host; she was very quick to respond, she provided us with a pdf of good restaurants, parks, and more, and she even reached out to make sure everything was too our liking. We liked it so much we plan to book again next September, and might even bring some friends 😊 we are very, very happy with our experience and definitely recommend it for a couple or family.

Town of Boyne City was darling as was the house. We stayed the second week of September and weather was so-so which out a small damper on our visit. Loved that you could walk into town. House was very clean and up to date! Would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the BC property. The house had and open living space that was perfect for meals and game time with the family. The kitchen was fully stocked with all needed things to cook out meals. The bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. There is a large pantry and laundry room space that is great when you are traveling with kids and things you want to tuck away. There is also a lovely backyard with a fire pit. This house really is perfect to come as a family. We greatly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon!

Wonderful stay in Northern Michigan
My family enjoyed a relaxing and comfortable stay in this delightful abode! The home is conveniently located and we took in the sights in Boyne City as well as neighboring Petoskey and Walloon Lake. The home is beautifully decorated with thoughtful amenities throughout. The owners are very responsive and check-in was easy peasy. I would highly recommend this property for your next "up-north" get away. We hope to return soon!

I stayed here with my wife and two toddlers for 4 nights. Everything was clean and updated and the property was a perfect distance to walk downtown, or as a home base to drive to all our up-north activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend get away
This is our 2nd time renting this home. The place is awesome & exactly as pictured. Very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The location is great only a few blocks from the park near the water and the town. Although, we have never had any issues both times we have stayed the owners are always quick to answer any questions. We will most definitely be coming back

The best mom getaway!!
My girlfriends and I came up for a weekend of relaxation and skiing. This house is adorable! The decorations are so trendy & everything has the perfect touch!! The beds are all so comfortable. I volunteered to sleep on the top bunk bed (was trying to be nice because I figured who would want to sleep up there) but let me tell you— I slept so darn good up there! The mattress is so comfortable and the bedding is soft. I want to go back just to sleep up there!! The house is sparkling clean and the location is wonderful. Just a short drive to Boyne. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for a getaway
We stayed for a long weekend in the winter and had nothing but good things with this house. Plenty of activities around and good food at local restaurants for takeout. Easy walking distance to down town. The home owner was pro-active and responsive to questions. Would stay again!
