Location is good. Staff were amazing. The key was left outside so easy check in

The upholstery was gross, lots of stains. Broken shower you had to hold it up. Very expensive considering we could have hired the best caravan (which we looked in) for £50 more. Beds uncomfortable.

Had a lovely stay at this property! We arrived to some welcome drinks (wine & beers!) which went down a treat. Perfect location to explore Newquay with easy access to public transport or parking. Thanks so much for our stay Matt!

We had a wonderful holiday, beaches were beautiful, Newquay town only a short drive away.

Location was great for getting to Porth beach without a car. The property had all you needed for a great stay. It was in a quiet spot and near to both indoor and outdoor pool. Matt was available to answer all questions when needed. Would definitely stay there again for the location.

The site itself needs some TLC, the outdoor pool looks scruffy with broken tiles, needs a good cleaning/ jet washing, weeds growing up between the flag stones. Manager of the club house was rude when we complained about the food as it was under cooked. There was no umbrella’s available around the pool area.

it was definitely a good break away from work and other responsibilities but it was a shame the resort had no entertainm

property was good we enjoyed staying there the tv didn’t have much channels even though it had a sky dish on outside

i didn’t realise it had 2 bedrooms as I had 3 children and myself and the sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep on so they had to share 2 single beds between them

Fab location, lovely hosts, good value

Fab location, and the van was nice and warm with everything you need. Matt was super helpful, and really attentive. All in all it was a faultless experience, and we had a super long-weekend.

Not a lot really - it met our expectations. A few little personal touches would have been nice, like bedside lamps etc.- but that's being a bit picky. It did us just lovely and we've no complaints.

Dirty old caravan

The caravan was dated not clean light shades were filthy thick with dust the fridge freezer compartment was not thawed out door would not close.caravan door has gap in when closed the furniture cushion's are all stained .I wouldn't go there again

Family holiday needed a few more family activities on site.

place was peaceful and the nice weather helped. Clean and tidy.

No food on site before 5pm. The one restaurant was limited in choices. There was no real entertainment choices. Not much around and a uphill walk to the nearest beach. Just eat and Uber eats also had limited food options due to remote location.

Short but sweet stay

Perfectly located site tucked away but minutes drive from Newquay if that is what you want. Caravan was in a quiet part of site but still close to shop and 5 mins max walk to clubhouse and pool, which was exactly what we wanted.

Barrier up all the time to get in so anyone can come onto site, anyone can use facilities.

Location good for walks,peaceful scenic valley location.Newquay not far for food shopping/restaurants.

Getting my car tyre slashed by some permanent holiday park resident!! I was'nt parked in the normal parking area due to charging my car via the holiday home and extension cable,this obviously pissed off someone who initially put a piece of kitchen tissue with a msg on it on my windscreen ...had been raining so couldn't make out what it said? The following morning at 07:30 I was going with my Son to do a 10k section of the coastal path as we did every morning only to find my car tyre had been slashed (3 weeks old!). I later told receptionist about the incident who said she could not do much about it but confirmed I did have consent to charge my car from the holiday home even though I wasn't parked in allotted parking spots. I declined the offer as I didn't want to pay another £100 for another slashed tyre! So I didn't bother with electric but used diesel throughout our stay. Just a warning to other holiday makers who might fall into the same trap!!!
