I liked the property overall, the only downside of the it was the A/C that was too high and I couldn’t regulate it properly and it wasn’t extra blankets.

Excellent location. The unit is nicely updated with a new kitchenette. Some things to tweek, some minor, some significant.
The key is kept in a KeyCafe in a 7-11 a good walk away from the apartment. We asked for early access and were told it was coming. We were only told of the location and distance at the exact checkin time, after asking, and had to walk a bit to get it before gaining access. That said, the KeyCafe concept works great. Put in a code, a little door opens, voila. Earlier & clear communication would have managed expectations.
The sofa seems to be missing back cushions, so when you sit on it, you have to either sit way at the front edge or you're left leaning way back. Also the stools at the bar are narrow, hard, and have a notable front edge, so they are not comfortable for any length of time. Between these two things, there's nowhere to comfortably sit.
There was a message that we'd get a WIFI code. There was no response when asked twice. Had to make do from Friday to Monday hot spotting it.
Wine glasses & coffee mugs, but no regular cups/glasses. One coffee cup still had coffee stains in it, one wine glass had finger & sipping prints.
Some things to add, a clock somewhere easy to see, a box of tissues, and a silverware drawer organizer.
Overall a good stay, but some tweeks would make this a 5/5.

We booked this property last minute due to an emergency, I booked wit Expedia but then got emails from VRBO and Staynue confirming the booking which confused me. We tried contacting the host by email to ask about entry and got no reply and then again because we may get in late and no reply and then our flight was cancelled so another message so say we would be a day late and no reply. I checked in online and it states to pick the keys from a key cafe, the link would not work. We arrived at the property and the link stil would not work none of the help features on the contact me part of the app would work so we had to give up and seek alternative accommodation at 7.00pm. We have since been in contact with Expedia,VRBO, staynue and the host and no one is will to help, so if booking this place please make sure you’ve heard from the host because you get no help from anyone and the checkin and entry system is shocking.

This unit was perfect for my solo visit to Boston. The location was perfect for all the sites that were on my to do list for my trip and I was able to walk everywhere. The only hiccup was that I was told my keys would be available after 1;00, but when I went to the kiosk to get the keys, I couldn’t get them until 3:00. The unit was clean, the perfect size, and very comfortable. Definitely recommend for a solo traveler or group of two!

Great location. As advertised.
The best part about this property is the location. The unit itself is serviceable, with the kitchen being a bit under stocked with glassware. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the sofa a bit disheveled with a bedspread thrown over it. Our late check in was handled very well; however, the checkout via key kiosk which was not working, not so much. I ended up leaving the key in the unit as we had to leave in a time-sensitive manner! Overall a reasonable unit and a reasonable value.

Boston first timers
Great location! Walking distance to everything and convenient to the T for further trips. Check-in/check-out process was challenging as we had to rely on the key cafe to be open when it said it would be. Sheets didn’t fit the bed great and would come off in the middle of the night. No centralized HVAC system.

highly recommended
this was one of those rare places where the real thing is better than the photos. Place is roomier than appears in the photo, is very quiet, is on the 6th floor but good elevator access. Great kitchen and bathroom with everything you need. TV is in a good out of the way place, but there if you need it. Location is right across from state capital building, Beacon Hill is the oldest part of Boston, so very cool area. Parking sucks of course if you have a car (no fault of the landlord, it's just a Boston issue!) and needs to be factored into your expenses. Likely most people won't have this issue though, I was dropping my kid off at BU and needed an SUV for her stuff. Communication with landlord was good and prompt, no issues there. Price is very reasonable considering the location, I would definitely stay there again under similar circumstances.

Amazing Weekend Stay - Best Location!
Incredible experience and very centrally located in Boston to have access to all of the great neighborhoods the city has to offer. Eddie was remarkable helping us get into the unit after hours upon our arrival due to a delayed flight (so helpful)! Thank Key Kiosk where you pick up/drop off your keys is around 5-10 minutes away. It's not an issue for pick up, but to have to walk back for drop off may be inconvenient (depending on your departure schedule), so it was great that we were able to communicate with the host about a way to leave the keys in the unit so we could make our return flight. Overall, some of the best communication I've ever had with a host that made our stay extremely pleasant with no issues at all. Highly recommend you stay at this unit!

Awesome Location in Boston
This unit is in a great location. It is so close to Boston Commons and the Freedom Trail with great local restaurants within steps of the property and very close to public transportation. Great place to stay for a couple. The unit is well equipped if you would like to cook a simple meal too. The bed is a double so you might want to consider that if you like a bigger bed.
