A gorgeous riverfront home with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a pool AND hot tub, an outdoor bar with a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, a BBQ pit, and much more, it's a place where friends and loved ones will make memories to last a lifetime. With large common areas both inside and outside, guests can gather comfortably and then retreat to spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms to rest after full days on the river. We guarantee you'll decide to make Ryder's Ridge the setting for your annual river trip while sitting in the cedar swing that hangs from a massive oak tree in the backyard and overlooks our majestic Frio River.
Management provides: pillows, comforters, mattress pads, and all other bed linens (see below), starter kit of 2 trash bags, one roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, 3 pods for dishwasher, liquid dish soap, and shrink-wrapped hand soap for each bathroom
***Effective 1/1/24, Frio Premier/Frio Select Rental Homes will not be providing towels to guests, including bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels for the kitchen and restroom, and bath mats. Guests will be responsible for bringing these items. FPRH/FSRH is proud to be able to continue to provide bed sheets, including flat sheets, fitted sheets, and pillowcases for all beds. Linen fees have been adjusted accordingly to only reflect sheet rental and prices have been set based on house size and number of beds in the home.
***A booking deposit and a refundable security deposit (damage deposit) are charged upon creating a reservation. If you reserve via phone or the Frio Premier Rental Homes website, please note that your credit card will automatically be charged the first night's rent for the booking deposit and $350 for the refundable security deposit at 12:00 p.m. central time on the day of booking (if booking after 12:00 p.m. central time it will be charged the day after). If you reserve via VRBO/HomeAway or another channel partner, your credit card will automatically be charged a 10% service fee that is paid to that channel partner, 33% of the total rental fee plus tax as your booking deposit paid to Frio Premier Rental Homes, and the $350 refundable security deposit. You will receive a receipt via email for your booking deposit and security deposit as well as a confirmation number. Such a beautiful home in an excellent subdivision. The private river access was nice. The pool/hottub were absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, etc. Our group had a fabulous time. There was a problem with the bubbles in the hottub and with the door lock code, both issues were resolved quickly.

We truly enjoyed staying at Ryder’s. There was plenty of room to celebrate our son’s birthday and our daughter’s graduation. Several college aged young adults came with us to relax and enjoy the last few days before school started. There was not enough water to float the river but that didn’t stop the fun. We loaded drinks & sandwiches two of the days and headed to Neal’s water slid & water hole. We were able to enjoy good times, good conversations, many laughs and made great memories.

Beautiful home in a great location. My only complaint is the house was hot and thermostat is locked. One side of the home and common area was much hotter than the other side. We could kind of understand the house being hot during the day, but all rooms were warm during the night and made sleeping uncomfortable.

We travel to the Frio every year with a large group. This year we needed a second house as grandbabies are now starting to come along. It’s a great house on the river with a view of the river. Great backyard with Astroturf where the babies could safely play Underneath a huge shade tree. Lots of room for everybody to spread out and the house came well appointed. Will definitely be renting this house again next year.

We had a couple of water issues in the house - one was under kitchen sink which we were able to fix the other with a shower handle. Management answered and addressed very quickly. We could have used another large skillet for the kitchen but overall it was great

The house is beautiful, but was very dusty. The patio was big but the water in the pool was murky. The hot tub did not work and the person that shock the pool that we reported it too did nothing about it.The kitchen was big but I had to buy pans because the pans that were available were horrible.

We stay at the Frio every year and every year we never want to leave. Tjis uear was no different. Our family's stay was amazing. I rented Ryder's Ridge and my parents rented Kisiah's Bluff. The river was way too low to do anything on it but that's nature. There was plenty of room in the house and every room having its own bathroom was a plus. The only downside was not being able to control the thermostat because of it being code locked. One side of the house was super cold and the other side was hot. We still had a vacation we will never forget.

Beautiful rental right on the frio river. The house itself was wonderful and the rental company easy to work with and communicate. We did have quite a few issues with the heating of the pool, hot tub and the thermostat in the house. These are all controlled by the owners who live elsewhere so the rental company acts as the go between to control the temperatures. We were disappointed with this, however every other aspect of the rental and location was great!
