Very nice and great price.

The room was so nice. Nice kitchen.

The breakfast was sparce. Needed milk for the oatmeal. Maybe more fruit.

Loué pour être capable de cuisiner mon repas du soir, j’ai été déçue . Le déjeuner compris le matin n’était pas un vrai

L’emplacement et la propreté.

La kitchenette n’avait aucun équipement pour cuisiner. Drôle de concept. On n’a pas de chaudrons, vaisselle et ustensiles dans nos bagages !

I don’t know… they didn’t have a room for me when I got there. they said they overbooked.

it was REALLY REALLY hot when walking in the front door. the lobby was really hot as well. The lady working had her pit bull and children at the front. very unprofessional.

Mostly a very pleasant stay and helpful employees at the front desk.

The hotel was clean and for the most part the front desk employees were great and helpful.

There was a problem with the elevator and it dropped while my son and I were in it. We both lost our balance but didn't fall. The doors were then unable to be opened. I pushed the alarm and called using the phone in the elevator. I reported it right away and asked several times throughout the day but no one had reported it to be looked at. I was then told the next day that this was normal since there is only 1 elevator and many people using it that it was just "resetting'. There should be a warning about the elevator to everyone. My son and I did not use the elevator the rest of our visit.

Room layout was nice with a fridge and stove top. Very spacious and the beds were comfortable.

One of the front desks receptionist was very unprofessional.

Like a hotel on the moon: sterile, but no atmosphere.

Staff is great.

Something is amiss with the Bookibg.com rating. we stayed because it was rated fabulous. it was ok at best. Breakfast was rated 9 even though there was no breakfast (?!)

Do not recommend this hotel

Very noisy. Couldn't sleep because of overhead rooms of people thumping on floor all night. Door to rooms slam shut.

It was convenient.

The room was small. Everything is an up charge. No coffee in the room, staff would not provide extra pillows - claimed there were none. Could only get coffee/tea during morning hours. Also no blow dryer in the room - had to send my husband down as they would not bring it upstairs.

Nice hotel

Great Location, very clean, room size confortable, good beds quality.

Breakfast is very poor, that looks like an snack bar. At least dont put breakfast included in the hotel listing.

Hotel was clean, location was great, parking was good.

As usual the breakfast was horrible, after breakfast you couldn't get a cup of coffee, no condiments, no cups, no smoking allowed, but the lobby was so funky from smoking in front and rear of hotel. The cost was too high for that hotel. Will never stay there ever again.

Needing to address some serious issues asap!

That the bed was comfortable enough to lay on

(roaches at night, smell in hall, dirty elevator floor area needed mopping ) Price a bit higher than expected, at night there was roaches coming out near night stand very disappointing for me, the floor near the elevator needed mopped, the smell in the halls was not pleasing at all, If I had booked more than one night I would have asked for my money back. The next morning I made sure I didn't pack a roach and take it with me. Did I complaint that morning not at all, knowing I wouldn't stay another night. If the hotel address these issues it would be a great hotel to stay.

Comfortable and convenient.

,There was no breakfast. There was coffee, thank goodness. Our floor was quiet and the elevator was not too slow at our times (off peak).

Nothing was a deal breaker.
