HORRIBLE!!!

The service was horrible! We got to the motel at 2:00 a.m. in the morning and there wasn't any rooms available. That is after driving 18 hours to get there. The last thing a person wants to do is be looking for another room. So we had to find another motel. They wouldn't even come down and talk to us or help us find another motel. Could not reach booking.com. I will not be sending anybody to booking.com. Everyone I talk to I will tell them our story and I promise they will not be booking anything with booking.com There needs to be a number provide on your web page that a person can talk to someone day or night.

Extended Stay Premium Suites On Coastal Dr West Melbourne is THE WORST HOTEL TO STAY AT!! DO. NOT ST

It was just ok Manger said we could leave dishes since that is what she pays her maids for after all.

The staff was rude and they trespassed us for no reason. We had a 12 checkout and the they called the cops becausewe were just putting our stuff in the hallway a few minutes b4 12. . Manager said we could leave our dishes but she she called us pigs and said we were disgusting. We took all our garbage out and left the room and bathroom clean. We will NEVER GO BK THERE AGAIN AND WE WILL TELL ALL OUR FRIENDS ABOUT OUR UNFAVORABLE EXPERIENCE. WE DESERVE A FREE NIGHT OR A REFUND!!

A wonderful experience.

Friendly staff, clean, quiet and nice environment!

For the rate of the hotel they had to cut back on the morning coffee and pastries that were included, it was a bit disappointing

Not a family place at all

The staff was nice

The point that they said they had continental breakfast and there was no continental breakfast. Unless you consider dry oatmeal and coffee be in a continental breakfast and then one of our rooms on the beds did not have any pillows nor covers and then the other room. It didn't have any covers on the bed. And by the room where my girl stayed at there was people that were on drugs. When we went to knock on my girl's door they come out the room till my who is it. Who is it? Oh I thought that was for us

Everything room wasn’t stocked..had to ask for rags and towels. Dogs barking all the time.. The bed made my back hurt I can keep going.. the smell of the hotel was a big No iron no blow dryer and on top the want to to pay for laundry room 👎🏾 Never again

NEVER BOOK AT THE WOODSPRINGS SUITES should you have a very late check in.

NOTHING! upon arrival there was no staff at the front desk. I called and mentioned that we would be very late checking in due to flight delays. when we arrived the front desk gate was shut down and the door was locked. the use of the courtesy phone was of no use being that there was NO STAFF to answer. horrible experience I had to sleep in my car and find another hotel to stay at for the remainder of my stay.

I didn’t like the fact that no one from the front desk called me even after I told them about my situation. the rep I spoke to NEVER MENTIONED that there would be no one there upon my arrival. if I get charged for this reservation, I am going to have a real issue about this.

Sheets so thin you could see the mattress, girl working was on the couch with some dude not even ready to check us in. Pube hair all over the towels in the bathroom, dirty mirror, and some type of clear liquid on the window blinds/shades.

it was okay just needs some work.

it is well kept and the staff where courteous.

it has a small kitchen but no pots or pans or silverware. I have been to a lot of hotels and even the 1 star hotels have provided Them. I don’t want to purchase them on vacation. and the hard wood floor in our room is sticky.
