Clean and nice looking hotel. Beat the Marriott in Viara by a ton, the bed and the breakfast!

Staff were neutral at best which is ok -just didnt seem friendly. First impressions with a nice HELLO would be a nice surprise.

We requested a ground floor (first floor) room and our request was confirmed, but upon check in, no ground floor room had been reserved for us, which was disappointing.

Es war top gelegen auf dem Weg zur Weiterfahrt ideal gelegen..

Im Hotel gibt es einen legendär Amerikanisches Frühstücksbuffet welches liebevoll hergerichtet wird. Kaffee steht dauerhaft einfach so zur Verfügung. PArkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. In der Nähe hat es viele Essmöglichkeiten zu Fuss und per Auto in 5 Min.

Es war alles sehr passend und preislich echt besser als erwartet. Das Personal war durchgehend so zuvorkommend und die ZImmer in neuwertigem und sauberen Zustand das es echt nichts zum Jammern gibt

Breakfast was great. Good location Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Concern with communications between housekeeping and front desk. We were supposed to have housekeeping each day but did not. When I ask about it, we were told it would be taken care of. It was not.

Staff was great the room was excellent, couldn't find any problems with the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Usually all the Hamptons that we've stayed at the breakfast very good this particular Hampton left off some of the main items that they should have had, like they did not have biscuits and gravy no patty sausage. The eggs were cold and the sausage links tasted funny could not eat them.

Clean and comfortable room with excellent staff and breakfast

The bedroom and bathroom were extremely clean and spacious with a cheery and well-lit ambience. Noise from outside of the room was minimal. Given the side tables, desk, and movable foot rest (all of which were in good condition), there was ample room for two opened suitcases and other bags/backpacks. The front desk staff (available 24/7) were friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast had a good selection of eggs, potatoes, oat meal, etc. The hotel is within walking distance of a Wawa and is conveniently located right off of Palm Bay road. This was my second stay here (traveling for business with my family) and the accommodations represent a good value for the price.

If one arrives at the hotel late (after 8:00 PM), one may have to park in the back of the hotel, though the hotel's side entrances make the trek to one's car shorter in this case. The sliding door that covers the bathroom entrance doesn't seem to have a locking mechanism. Also, there wasn't a vending machine on my floor, but one can buy convenience items from the shop on the first floor lobby.
