Perfect location, clean

Great location, easy reach of city centre and tram. It was clean and pleasant big enough for 6 people. I liked how they asked how you wanted the room configured. The Q-park offer is brilliant and provide somewhere secure to park.

The only thing was that the Beds were rock hard and like sleeping on a concrete block

A a group of 3 women staying in Sheffield the property is very safe and secure

The location was perfect, the instructions were easy to follow on how to enter the property. The recommendation for parking was also perfect. The property was very clean and had everything we needed to stay for one night

The beds, they were so hard, made it very difficult to have a good sleep, we only stayed one night and would have struggled to stay more, although the bedding was very clean and fresh.

Location was perfect. Very good communication with owner

That was an issues with en-suite shower which meant we had to keeping turning the water off on on during our stay. I am sure the owner could have fixed it if we had been available during the day.

Entrance to property rather seedy. Didn't like that soda and TV were in kitchen. Light above bed in dangerous condition but host responded immediately to my message about this.

Good location and value for money

The apartments are basic but in a central location, and good value for money. The bedroom was quiet and the kitchen had everything we needed for a few days stay. The hosts were helpful and friendly before we arrived and during our stay.

The building and apartments themselves are quite tired and in need of some TLC.

Great apartment, well hidden.

Location was perfect and the communication from Amanda was great.

Don't judge a book by the cover, the entrance area had us worried as it's not the most inviting, but once in the apartment all is fine 👍

Spacious apartment with great facilities in central location

Lovely spacious apartment, good facilities and central location. Great to have a discount voucher for the car park nearby.

Beds were a bit hard. It needs a bit of tlc.

A wonderful location right in the middle of the city. The apartment was clean and tidy, and the bed was really comfortable. Amanda is wonderful, she is extremely nice and helpful. She assists us with whatever we require, and she responds to my message in a matter of seconds.

Comfortable, spacious apartment close to city centre

Location was excellent, a short distance from the city centre but very quiet at night. Clean, spacious apartment with very good facilities. Easy to pick up keys with code for front door and code for key safe emailed on the day. Good communication with host with rapid responses to questions. Self catering but plenty of places to eat nearby. Voucher in apartment for big discount at nearby car park..

Bed was a bit hard for my liking but very happy in general.

Fantastic City Centre Stay

Very spacious old building, one bedroom had an en-suite, which was great. Safe and secure entrance. Close to city centre, only 5-10 minute walk to O2 Academy. On arrival, we had parking tickets paid for and ready to park our car. Beds were comfortable and lovely white towels and sheets. We will be staying again

In the hot summer months, a fan would be great for the upper floor.

Great location and excellent facilities!

Great location, very central and close to shops. Facilities were fantastic, really comfy bed and great shower. Very clean, had everything we needed. Excellent communication from Amanda, our lovely host who kindly accommodated a later check-out and responded to messages very quickly. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely place and excellent host.

The place was easy to find. Though I was a bit surprised at the amount of stairs to climb starting with getting into flat as well as each room is in a different floor. 2 car parks nearby, the host kindly provided us with a discount card for nearby parking. The rooms were very spacious, very clean, good amenities, linen and all that is required for family. Even provided dish washer tablet! Though didn’t need it. The communication with the host was excellent and kindly agreed to let me check out later as I was travelling with 2 kids. There’s plenty of sleeping space for 5 adults even! My daughter loved the stairs into her own room (felt like her own world).

This is not mobility friendly place with the amount of stairs to climb to get into the place and the rooms upstairs are on each floor (it is though mentioned in the ad). It was very hot inside, especially top floor (we went during the heatwave), no fans unfortunately. The flat was next to the main road and police station, every 20-40 mins there was an emergency vehicle passing by blaring the siren and it kept waking my infant and wife up since we slept with the window open due to heat. Things improved with the window closed. This is a minor niggle - I felt the bed was hard but my daughter and wife felt it was fine. Also one thing that could improve is if a soap dispenser could be fitted in the bathroom rather than using the squeeze to expel type bottle. Just a warning to the people parking in Bridge street- the all day charge ends at midnight of same day (not for 24hr as I thought)- this was not the car park recommended by host. But in my experience safe to park if you plan on leaving after parking.

it’s allright but too expensive for what you get

location and customer communication was best

water leak during our stay when a pipe broke off the kitchen faucet (no their fault) but still annoying to mop the floor in midnight. we did not get comprnsation for that. new rules where introduced on a paper on arrival about extra fees if you didnt do the dishes after you. was not mentioned on booking.com

The location was excellent - 5 minutes walk from the main interconnect of the 3 tram lines. Nearby supermarkets etc. all within easy reach
