About this house rental
Liftside Retreat is truly an exceptional 3 bedroom 3 bath Mountaineer town home and has everything you'd want for a perfect mountain vacation. Liftside Retreat is only a 1/2 block walk to the Snowflake Chair Lift, giving you the convenience of ski in and out access and yet very close to down town and the free shuttle bus stop as well.
Enjoy stunning mountain views from the living room, balcony and master bedroom. This lovely town home is spacious and open and has plenty of room for your family to relax with two living areas.The main level living area opens to the kitchen and dining area and is tastefully decorated for that true ski lodge feel. Warm up after the day's adventures by the cozy gas fireplace while you watch your favorite shows on the large flat screen TV. Step out onto the balcony for views, clean mountain air or to grill some steaks for dinner.
The kitchen is nicely updated with stainless steel appliances and a gorgeous glass backsplash. The dining table seats six, but but has a built in leaf that slides out on each side for more room. This condo has a Keurig coffee maker to help get your mornings started. There are also 4 bar stools at the bar.
The second living area has a nice size sectional sofa and a huge flat screen TV. There is a 3/4 bathroom right next to the second living area.
The master bedroom has a king bed with mighty log frame, flat screen TV, en suite bathroom with double sinks, large jetted tub and separate shower. The mountains can be first thing you see when you wake up in the morning. Listen to the soothing sounds of the creek out front in the summertime.
The second bedroom has a comfy queen bed, flat screen TV and you can access the private hot tub for much needed relaxing at the end of the day.
The third bedroom is another queen bedroom. There's a bathroom for these two rooms to share on this level. For additional sleeping space, there are 2 twin over twin bunk beds available in the 2nd living area.
Also, for your convenience, Charter Sports right by the Snowflake chair lift will rent you your ski/board equipment and also allow you to store the gear there daily if you desire.
There is a 1 car attached heated garage with a washer and dryer for your convenience. An additional car can park in the driveway. This town home is 3 levels and has stairs.

Liftside Retreat was a short walk to the main strip in Breckenridge. There were several shops and restaurants in close proximity to us. The townhouse itself was very spacious and had all the needed amenities needed to accommodate our large group.

Liftside Retreat was the perfect house for our annual snowboarding trip! The house had more than enough room for three ladies and five teenaged kids. Located a half-block from the Snowflake Chairlift was ideal and so close to Main Street meant no unnecessary travel.
The beds were all very comfortable and the rooms so cozy! The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the hot tub, the views from the front and back and loved the privacy!
Liftside Retreat was perfect and made our trip wonderful!

The property looks just like the pictures! Clean, spacious, and a short walk to the lift! The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, all of the rooms have charging ports and the foyer and heated garage were nice to have for all of our ski gear! The lower bunk room was great for the kids! Will definitely be back!!

This property is amazing!!! One of the cleanest best equipped/stocked properties we have ever stayed at in a phenomenal location. Management is also incredibly responsive and proactive in taking care of their guests! Highly recommend.

Loved everything about our stay! From the moment we arrived, directions were clear, easy access to condo. Décor was lovely, the condo was so well equipped, the owners thought of literally everything you could possibly ever need. We cooked our entire Thanksgiving spread and didn't need to buy any extra cook ware or utensil. Location is amazing, short walk to lift or bus (which is free) that takes you to town. We even walked back to the condo one evening from town, that's how close it is. We have stayed at many rental homes but this one was by far the best appointed ever! We would def. recommend to everyone and would stay again!

We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge. The rental was perfect for our family and very clean. The location was perfect for trails, shopping, and dining. Kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking/eating in very enjoyable. We would definitely return to this same location.

Very clean and nicely decorated. Very close to Main Street. My only complaint was that there were five adults over 2 nights and only 2 Kuerig coffee pods😏they did a coffee maker.

We loved being able to walk downtown without needing a vehicle and it was close to the various hikes we wanted to do in the area as well. The separation of the bedrooms over the three floors was a nice way to spread us all out during the stay.

The property is wonderful, very clean and close to town. It has a stream across the parking lot and with the sliding door open, it fills the room with the sounds of nature.

We loved this property! It had everything we needed. Management company was hugely responsive and helpful. Owner stopped by to check in and gave us great Breckenridge tips. Location cannot be beat. Instead of drawing straws to see who got "best" room, we all agreed all the rooms were great! You will enjoy staying here and location cannot be beat!

Overall, this condo was great & I would recommend. Great communication and very responsive. This condo has 2 parking spots, but be aware that the garage space may not work for larger SUVs. I have a mid-size SUV (discovery sport) that fit and we were able to park our larger truck outside the unit so it was perfect for us. When we entered the unit, it was very clean and spacious with some really neat decor. There was also a binder with great info about the unit/town. Laundry was available in the garage. Each level had a very nice bathroom so we were able to spread out and everyone had their own space. There are 3 levels, with the master on the top, so it was a hike for us older members of the group but it was nice! The hot tub was wonderful; not very big which was perfectly fine. We just took turns using it. We did have to go through a bedroom to get to it, so it had to be coordinated with those in that room so we didn’t disturb them, but we handled it without any issues at all. The kitchen was well stocked & clearly labeled, and we had no issues finding what we needed. There is great storage in the garage for skis/boards, or if you rent from Charter Sports (Blue Sky Breck), you can store your skis/boards there for the night and pick up when you get to the Snowflake Lift the next morning. We wanted a true ski in/ski out—this was pretty close (& I knew before going based on reviews what it was). It was a short walk along the road down to the lift, which is also a shuttle stop if you want to get to other peaks without skiing or go into town without a car. Very nice perk! We had several beginners and liked riding the shuttle to Peak 9. You can ski or shuttle back to the bottom and then walk a short distance uphill to the condo, or find the right spot on the 4 o’clock trail to pop off skis and walk downhill along the road to the condo. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend to others!

Great spot, felt like seconds to snowflake lift and back. Close to downtown. Slept all 7 of us guys very comfortably and was room for more.

We stayed at Liftside Retreat the week before Christmas. From the moment we arrived, this unit exceeded our expectations! It was tastefully decorated for the holiday and the condo was more than spacious with all of the comforts of home. An extremely well-stocked kitchen, extra blankets and pillows, and labels with instructions on everything. The location was phenomenal, only about 100yd downhill walk to the Snowflake Lift. And after a long day of skiing, there is a nice cut-through from the Four O'Clock run which allows for a nice 100 yd downhill walk back to the condo. The bus stop is at the Snowflake lift and gets you anywhere in Breck you need to go. At the end of our vacation, our return flight home was cancelled due to a severe winter storm and the management company worked it out for us to stay an additional night, keeping us from being displaced in horrible weather. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo and would most definitely return without a moment's hesitation. Thank you Breckenridge Resort Managers for an amazing family vacation!!!

This is a wonderful condo. We really enjoyed our stay and everyone was pleased. My only “negative” is that the location on VRBO isn’t specifically where it is located. It was further up the mountain and further away from town, making getting to town a decision of a long walk or drive and find parking.
