We have stayed at Staybridge Mayo Clinic many times.
Always a wonderful experience. Super clean and comfy room, awesome staff , great free breakfast and evening get together with drinks and food. The server Emily was very sweet and attentive to everyone she was serving. Made for a relaxing time after long hours at Mayo. Underground parking for a fee was very welcomed after a long drive and bringing up luggage.
It is a favorite place we love to stay at.
I cannot say enough good things about Staybridge.
You won’t be disappointed. Walking distance to St. Mary’s and Mayo.
I have nothing that I didn’t like was a 5 star hotel.

Breakfast was typical complementary hotel breakfast. Within walking distance of the Mayo campus.
The hotel had coffee available 24 hours but no unflavored liquid creamer, only sweet creamers (I realize it’s not a big deal, however, it was asked.

Beds were amazing. Friendly front staff.
Kitchen lady either likes you or doesn’t. Not as friendly as everyone else. Our room hardly ever got refreshed, once, while we were there 7 days.

Quiet and restful. Close to Mayo, the shuttle saved us so much hassles. Breakfast buffet was great variety, and pleasant social activities on some nights. Clean rec are and pool, outdoor area was large and lots of seating.
The loud and rude group that took over the lobby for 2 weeks, ill behaved adult men and children running wild unsupervised. Elevator broke twice, kids playing with it.

We loved the cleanliness and the housekeeping staff. They went above and beyond. Your breakfast and happy hour was definitely a lifesaver!
The staff. Management was not friendly. They walked around without any form of friendliness. They acted like we were putting them out for buying things from your store or if you needed help. Some of the staff was abrasive. We were there for medical reasons and for that reason the staff should have shown more compassion. A good demeanor goes a long way. Your management/front office staff allowed guests to talk down to your cleaning staff. Someone should have had been there for them.

Location to Mayo was good. We were able to walk to the clinic in 15 mins. Rooms were nice and ckean
The food for breakfast and the social hour was almost inedible

Clean, comfortable beds, modern/updated, excellent breakfast
Pay an additional $15/night for parking in their very tight underground ramp and sometimes there aren’t parking spots (street parking is free on weekends), the hotel is TWO hotels combined as one, I was asked for a ticket for breakfast as they thought I was staying in the EVEN hotel (when I didn’t), front desk staff was unaware of restaurants in the area, full kitchen with dishwasher not needed for a weekend stay, TV was on side of room, rooms were not cleaned/beds not made after 1st night, sports teams should not stay at this hotel when it’s meant for a place for Mayo Clinic patients and families

The room was perfect, just what we were looking for. Very convenient location and very clean. Friendly staff to help us when needed. We would definitely stay there again in the future.
The only thing that may have been better was the parking. There is limited parking in the underground parking lot, but they do have an offsight parking lot nearby and they followed us there to park and then shuttled us back to the hotel. Very friendly staff.

The sense of being cared for while tending to appointments at Mayo.
The breakfast tables were not clean.

Breakfast as aways was excellent, great choices.
I though the price for a house Merlot was very excessive, $12.00 for a simple small glass of wine is way too much, please publish your beverage choices going forward.
