There will be construction in the community from October 2023 through the spring of 2024. There will be noise related to various projects such as roof repair, piling repair, exterior painting, and road repair, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times.
The fireplace is not for guest use.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

We’ve stay at Sea Colony for years. In the past since Vacasa started managing we were not pleased on a number of levels, but this year was much improved service, cleanliness, and general management of facilities.
We would definitely come back to this specific home.

This apartment is a great place to spend some time at the beach for larger families and friends. It has multiple beds with great amenities. One of the benefits of its location within Sea Colony are the amenities (indoor pool, indoor tennis court and outdoor pools) for days with bad weather. Is a 15 minute walk to the beach access at the Sea Colony towers, but if you want to drive is only 5 minutes away.

The space was absolutely perfect. Spacious, modern, and very efficient space. Everyone slept comfortably. The property was a 3 minute drive to the beach and a walk away from the large recreation center. Great space for a big family. The view from the balcony saw as also nice- right in-front of a small pond with great landscaping. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who wants to visit Bethany beach!

This summer was our 3rd year renting this property. It is in absolute need of a paint job aa well as updates, as many things are broken. The cleaning service is awful. The positive is that the location is great and appreciate a home with all hard wood floors on the main level.

Back again for our second year! Lovely condo, well stocked with everything you need. Beautiful location with many activities available; we especially enjoyed biking in the area. Great Lake views from the balcony and screened porch. Visited charming Lewes for the day. Try Good Earth in Ocean View for a great meal! We will be back next year …. So relaxing this time of year.

Beautifully equipped with very comfortable and quality furniture. We had everything we needed for my Daughter, Son in law, 3 young children & Nana. We had a very relaxing time and hope to return again next year! Also, a lovely screened-in as well as an open outdoor deck overlooking a beautiful pond with a fountain!

The location was great, 2nd floor, corner, water view, quick jog to gym...inside was very enjoyable. All the rooms were very clean, very comfortable, elegantly furnished and decorated. The loft are was a huge bonus as our son thought he had his own penthouse.
Would absolutely stay again and if owners ever thought to sell, please have them contact us...seriously.

Great stay, can't wait to return!
Renovated, bright, peaceful, clean. The couch in the living is very comfortable to relax on after playing tennis all day. The kitchen appliances are all updated which was very nice. Beds were comfortable, pillows ok as well. The view from the balcony was beautiful and received a lot of sunlight. It is close by to the tram when it is running in the warmer months, not far from the fitness center as well. The space is in a great condition and my family had such a great time. We were missing dish soap, and the cleaning team needs to do a slightly better job at cleaning the floorboards in the bathrooms but I'm just being critical. We really enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to come back. One more gripe. Checkin at 4pm is rather late, and check out at 10am is too early in my opinion. Vacasa needs to do better as that is a big chunk of time lost.

Wonderful Vacation Home!
We had a terrific week at this beautiful condo in Sea Colony. Newly renovated with thoughtful details and lovely comfortable furniture/beds. Well stocked kitchen and all was super clean. We loved the community with nice pools, great biking and a big community gym. Very convenient to the beach and all restaurants. Loved the lake view. We will surely be back next year!

Beautiful Sea Colony Condo
We love spending time in Sea Colony and this was a beautiful, spacious, peaceful condo in the community. The upstairs was outfitted perfectly for three girls to enjoy the space with a separate, full bath. The condo overlooks water and is a short walk to the community pool and fitness center. The decor was beautiful, in peaceful tones of sea green with pictures of ocean and beach views. The living room couch was really comfortable, as were all the beds!

Beautiful ,clean and roomy rental. Close to beach. Plenty to do. No wait at restaurants. Weather was a little cool but overall good and relaxing! We hope to return again!
