A clean, quiet hotel with moderate amenities, polite staff and decent breakfast.

Cozy bed, slept well. Polite staff. Decent morning breakfast with a fair amount of options. Appreciate the real orange juice, hot coffee and more than a few meal options. Well done.

House cleaning staff needs more training (at least the one who did our room 208 on July 30). Problems: 1.) They left us only one wash cloth and didn't come back to room til midnight, so couldn't get extra washcloth 2.) They took my wife's silk pillow cover she brought to help her sleep better. Doesn't look for feel like hotel pillow cover. Front desk staff tried to track it down, but to no avail. 3.) Took the orange ear plugs we had sitting on both sides of our bed on night stand. Over 3,000 hotel stays and have never had that done. Engineering: Room 208-- 1.) Bathroom fan stopped working after one shower. 2.) Sink faucet handle was difficult to move (especially for us seniors). Very stiff movement. 3.) Shower head wasted some spray, dribbling straight down.

It was a short stay, but if we could we would be back

Sophia checked me in at about 10.30 pm and she was very cheery and had a great personality. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was vey comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic. I really enjoyed the huge shower.

Breakfast was over at 9.30. And cleaned up fast! I kinda wished they would have waited a little.

love it, nice place to stay that is not too pricey

It was clean, the bed was comfy, breakfast was good, and the hotel was close to many eateries in walking distance. Also it felt like a safe location. I loved the complimentary electric car charging provided.

Comfortable stay, but customer service is lacking in hospitality.

Modern, clean, and newer hotel.

We checked in about 11pm when there were two front desk people who were not occupied with any other guests. Once we got to the room and got comfortable and changed into our sleeping attire, we noticed that there were no wine glasses, drinking glasses or even paper cups in our room. We called and asked if there were any available and were told that they had no glasses atall and did not provide paper cups either the guestrooms. We asked if they could please bring up the paper cups that were available, a short elevator ride up and were told "No, you will have to come and get them yourself". Not great hospitality coming from someone in the hospitality business.

I loved how brand new this hotel was. I liked the color scheme, and the breakfast buffet was great. I even took an OJ to go, cause they had to go cups.

Somehow the late check out could not be sincronice Breakfast basic I thought the room was bigger, pictures don't give and exact idea The screen of my window blew with the storm.

the bed was like a rock. I might as well have slept in the floor. you would think for the money and a fairly brand new hotel the beds would be better

Great place, great stay.

Clean, room was excellent, easily the best water pressure in a hotel shower I’ve ever experienced and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking, easy to get to, nice neighborhood.

A hot day getaway 🙂

We ended up booking a room with a king bed and a sofa bed for a family of 5 (kids 10, 8 and 2) And there was plenty of room. There's no separation between the sofa bed and bed however each section has its own TV. It was a very last minute it's really hot at home getaway. The beds were very comfortable however my children did complain about how " springy" the mattress was on the sofa bed. We really enjoyed the cleanliness and friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was decent. (You had your choice of waffles, toast, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, breakfast sandwiches and yogurt.) For drinks you have four different types of juices, coffee, water, and chocolate milk for kids) The hotel also has a gym and water filling stations all over the hotel. Good location close to the 605 freeway, good restaurant (family friendly and adult). All in all it was a very comfortable state.

The pool premises are a bit small and there is no shade. You do not get shaded until around 2:00 or 3:00 p.m. And that's only shade from the hotel when the sun is going down. The seating space is limited in the pool as well. There were only two benches and four chairs for sitting in the pool area.

Very nice rooms, property just a year or two old. Staff was very helpful.

the gym across the parking lot had an outdoor "boot camp" complete with very loud music on Sunday morning at 5:30am! If staying over Sunday night, request a room on the pool side of the hotel.
