About this house rental
This 3 bedroom villa has split bedrooms for privacy. Large dining table and also an additional breakfast nook table in the kitchen. Two bar stool seating at the kitchen countertop. Privacy screen and hedge for tanning by the pool. Master bedroom is beautifully decorated with 55" screen tv wall mount and King size bed. Comfortable reclining couch, loveseat and recliner chair in the family room. Second bedroom has King size bed and a sliding door that enters the patio/pool area. Third bedroom has two single beds decorated in Mickey Mouse style. All bedrooms have a flat screen tv.

Location was perfect - close to everything, house was clean, sofas were super comfortable and were a pleasure to collapse upon at the end of each day.
It was perfect for our little family of 3 and we all have space of our own - which was also fabulous after staying in a hotel room together for a week before arriving in Orlando.
Katheryn was great communicating before during and at the end of the stay to ensure we had everything we needed.
Our only ‘complaint’ which was nothing to do with the property is that the pool was just to warm to swim in so we ended up not swimming in it, which was a shame as Orlando was simply baking that week. Just needed an ice burg from the North Pole in the middle of the pool and it would have been perfect (lol)

My family and a few friends stayed here while participating in the AAU volleyball tournament at the Orange County Convention Center. The home was a great get-a-way from the busyness of the Orlando area, yet has plenty of restaurants and locations to visit. The home itself was great, the kids loved the pool and the hot tub was great for recovery from the hard work of the games. The host was great, communications were easy and the overall experience was amazing. I have absolutely nothing bad to say.

This house was very spacious for my husband and I, and two teenagers! We were only 15-20 min drive from Disney each day and only 5-10 min drive to any restaurant you could imagine! We loved the home, the host, and the area so much! The host was very responsive and informative the entire time! Would definitely enjoy staying at this property again!

We enjoyed our 5 night stay here. It was a great place to come to after a long day at the parks. The pool was perfect and everything was so clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in Orlando.

We had a very good time and would stay here again. The communication with the owner was done in a timely manner. The location was in the area of the places we wanted to go, mainly Disney World. We were there for my daughters cheer competition. The pool was also very clean and relaxing.

Awesome house! Really appreciated having a few extra supplies so we didnt have to buy them at the store (couple extra trash bags, dish detergent, sponge, etc). Our girls loved the pool and hot tub. This house is in a great location for going to Disney Parks. We did 3 park days and were able to get back to the house for a dip in the pool in no time. We have done several rental houses and this was our favorite yet. Would rent again for sure.

Wonderful vacation property! The house was perfect for our family of five with three kids between the ages of 5-10. It was perfectly cleaned, the kitchenware was very well stocked and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. We’ve stayed at several VRBOs and it can be hit or miss if the pool heat or whirlpool works - this one was fantastic! Super easy to get the whirlpool going which heated up quickly and we had zero complications. Much needed after a day at the parks! The kids couldn’t wait to get back to the house and swim every night. Typically a 20 min drive to the Disney Parks due to traffic - actual distance was only a few miles. We did a Walmart pickup for the morning after we arrived and it worked perfectly - just a mile or so down the road. There are many restaurants and mini golf nearby too. Kathryne was so great, very prompt communication and made sure we had everything we needed - even left the lights on for us as we got in fairly late which was so sweet! 10/10 would recommend this house - fantastic Disney family vacation!

We have stayed at MANY VRBO’S over the years and this is one of the better ones. This home is older than some but SO well maintained!!! The location is great, it’s in a quiet area but close to anything and everything you’ll need. There was amazing communication with the host and that was helpful as we had questions on a few things. We will plan to be back!

This is a fantastic property in a great location! We have been in many VRBOs before and this is one of the best! The property management representative (Kathryne) was outstanding and she was extremely customer service oriented, very friendly, and professional. We highly recommend this house!

This home is absolutely perfect but if I had to give a negative it would be the lack of decent pots and pans. Otherwise this home is 100 % something you will enjoy. Everything is exactly as described, it is like having your own little oasis. I am a first timer to doing VRBO but Kathryne is very helpful and quick to respond and she made each step of this vacation journey for me and my family a breeze.

This is a fairly typical Florida 3 bed, 2 bath house - and everything was as described, in good order and clean. The pool area was very nice as was the pond beyond it in the back. Some of the furniture is well used, but all worked and were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, yet still convenient to shopping nearby. Access to the parks was straight forward - 15 to 20 mins depending on which park and traffic. The host left very clear directions on the workings of the house (which was much appreciated) and was very prompt in responding to communications. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Kathryne!

Everyone says location, location, location and thus house does not lie.
Location: No longer than 10 mins to all the major parks ever with some minor traffic. Made our days so simple. Should you opt to not cook there is plenty of places to eat close by. Sickies Burger joint was our fav.
Check In: super simple and smooth which allowed for maximum exploration among the little ones.
House: Perfect space that allowed for everyone to have their own space if needed. Way better than a hotel where you don’t have that freedom.
Pool and hot tub: Perfect size and temp for all members. My kids loved that there was some pool toys already there for them to enjoy.
Communication: Kathryne was so helpful throughout the entire trip and made sure we were supported throughout. Thank you so much.
View: Magical view of the lake was perfect. At night while relaxing in the hot tub there was even lights on the fountain in the lake.
Highly recommended by anyone looking to be close to Disney or just to get away on a small vacation.

We had an excellent stay at this property. Like many other reviewers have mentioned, this place was incredibly clean. Like, really really clean, inside and out. The host, Kathryne, was super responsive to questions, even replying on a Sunday morning. Kudos to both her and her crew!!
The villa was exactly as described and in even better condition than we expected. The kitchen was well stocked (we love cooking at home on vacation) and we had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, as was the living room furniture. The house is in quite a nice residential neighborhood and felt very safe. The location is wonderful for hitting the Disney parks as you can easily access Osceola Parkway without ever getting on 192 or 4.
We spent a lot of time in the back yard which was AMAZING! The pool is clean and well-maintained, and the water feature was so relaxing! Makes just enough sound to be very peaceful. The large overhang (with fans) meant that we could easily be outside even during rain. It was a truly lovely spot!
Overall, this place was everything advertised and more. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to the owner and Kathryne for a great vacation!!

Property was as advertised. Cleaning could have been a little better but overall not bad. Katheryn was very responsive and kind whenever we needed to get a hold of her. Could maybe leave a broom or vacuum so we could have been a better job of cleaning once we left. But overall I would recommend this property.

The property exactly as described in the listing, it’s was so warm and welcoming. Kathryne was great and made sure everything went smoothly from checking in to the property as well as leaving a personalized note with a snack basket. The location can't be beat, with so many attractions in the area our family for four loved being so close to Disney,Lego land and discovery cove. We all enjoyed the pool and spa every morning before heading out for the day. The kids especially loved when the waterfall would turn on at 10:00 every day. If you want a place that you can relax at and be close to everything this is the place to go! Thank you Kathryne for helping make this trip so amazing for our family!

Wow - what can you say about this property, it was beautiful and perfect for our two week family holiday.
The property is only minutes away from all the Disney and Universal attractions, which was fantastic and meant we could spend all day at the parks or come home mid-afternoon, relax in the pool, and then go back!
The property itself was amazing … Kathryne was so helpful prior to our holiday and during, her Customer Service throughout was exceptional.
It really was our oasis of calm, during a very busy two weeks. We loved the pool, it was so peaceful looking out over the lake - the girls were never out of it! We ate a lot at the villa and it had all the amenities you could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and we all felt like it was a home away from home!
I would recommend it to any family/couple wanting to visit Orlando and will certainly book it again!!!

We arrived in the early evening and found the house very clean. We enjoyed the pool and spent most afternoons and evenings sitting by the well maintained pool.
We love staying in the four corners area as it close to good restaurants and other amenities. This house and the host did not disappoint.

Great place in a great location. Very close to Disney. The waterfall in the pool was slo relaxing, I never wanted to go anywhere! Kathryn was very helpful and made check in and check out very easy! I will definitely return and highly recommend her place.

Our kids loved the Mickey Mouse bedroom. We all loved the pool and hot tub. We even got to see an alligator in the pond Quiet neighborhood. Nice to have a place to go back and relax at after long Disney days. We enjoyed our stay!

My family and I took a trip to Orlando to visit our son in the Disney College Program. The house was immaculate and the pool was a huge bonus during some warm days. Also the owner was welcoming and responsive even leaving a welcome package for us.

We stayed here for nine nights for a family trip from the UK to Disney World. We travelled with our two children 6 and 9. This is an excellent property which we would highly recommend. It is very clean and well presented. The beds are very comfortable and provide a great night's sleep. The heated pool and bubble spa bath both work perfectly and reach a really nice temperature. Kathryn is an attentive host and responds to questions quickly. The neighborhood is peaceful and the nearest Disney park is less than 20 mins drive in reasonable traffic.

Kathryne was very attentive from the moment I booked our stay, making the process very smooth. We enjoyed the home and it's convenient location. Our family included 2 toddlers who enjoyed the swimming pool and slept nicely in the mickey mouse bedroom. I would certainly rent this home again for future visits!
I do have a few recommendations that would have made me a little more comfortable:
1. Adding a railing when entering/exiting the pool/spa. Due to depth perception it's difficult to anticipate the location of the step.
2. Adding a box spring into the secondary king bedroom, we were able to feel the wood frame through the mattress.
3. Replacing the carpet in the 2 bedrooms with tile, the stains were unappealing.
Overall, a great stay with ample amount of space and a beautiful view!

Perfect location for our stay in the Orlando area as it was close to the Disney properties and allowed to be halfway between the NCAA tourney venue in downtown Orlando and Lakeland to catch a spring training game between the Tigers and Yankees.
Loved having a full kitchen along with the pool and hot tub to come back to in the evenings.

This was a great private family getaway! The home was spacious and fairly well outfitted for our week there. Private pool and hot tub, washer/dryer and nicely equipped kitchen made our week quite pleasant for relaxing, birdwatching and having meals in. Host was very responsive and accommodating, as we requested an earlier arrival date when we left ahead of a storm. Thanks for a great time.
