The lobby was beautiful And smelled good. Everyone was extremely friendly. Check-in was very easy. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool and lazy river was fun. The food was delicious.

We stayed for a night. Hotel was amazing. We loved all the dining and food options that were right on-site. The hotel didn’t seem expensive but prices of food and drink were kinda high but I expected it to be with it being affiliated with Disney or on Disney property. The hotel pool was nice and had a great lazy river and water slides for my daughter that she loved AND you’re allowed to float around the pool with a drink in your hand which I was surprised you could do but I loved it..lol I would highly recommend this hotel.

My stay was during the Florida hurricane. Most everything was fine however only a couple of the restaurants were open and the ones that were open were overly packed. Had to use Uber eats. They were faster than waiting for a table.

A few different things. First, they don’t tell you there is a $125 PER DAY! security deposit on top of a $38 PER DAY SELF PARK FEE! 2nd they dont let you use the luggage carts. You have to let them take your luggage to your room for you and wait on THEM! now this hotel is $300 plus a night it’s sad that I almost paid more insecurity deposits and parking fees and it wasn’t even valet service then I did for my whole stay. with it being a Hilton and for what they charge I definitely expected a way nicer room and hotel experience. I will definitely be going next-door to the Waldorf Astoria next time.

It was a lovely resort. You need to get there early for the pool since there was so many families who reserve spots and are never seen there. And if you’re self parking, the machine doesn’t read your card so we got stuck there until an attendant came out. But overall, clean resort and would definitely stay again

Basic hotel and definitely not a five star hotel . I cannot realize why they assume that this hotel is a five star . No toiletries and amenities ! Indifferent staff . You have nowhere to park your car so you need to pay a fortune every day

Quick over tight trip to Disney. Hilton Bonnet Creek is our favorite place to stay. Super clean and love the pool.

We frequent this hotel and it is always great. We love the open lobby with bar and Starbucks cafe/market. Lots of different restaurant options on site. But the pool is what we love the most with the lazy river and poolside service. Our kids loved the DJ and requesting songs from him.

We come to visit this amazing place at least once or twice a year just to take a break. I must say, this is the first time in eight or nine years that we did not thoroughly enjoy our stay. We are giving it a three star rating because the employees were all wonderful. In a nutshell, the first room that we received was stinky… We couldn’t figure out the odor so we asked for a different room. We couldn’t get a room right away, so we came back after an hour and a half lunch, but we still could not secure a room. At that time, there were only two people manning the front desk and tons of people waiting in line. We finally got into our room and it was very nice. Once we got in there we noticed that all of the bath amenities were near empty except for one —we had requested a couple of other amenities and towels, but never received them. We noticed also that there was no ice bucket or ice bag in the room. A few other things… We always look forward to the harvest bistro breakfast buffet, which was advertised at $28 online. When we got the bill we were charged $34 apiece. We always enjoy the fires upstairs during the evening near the bar area, but none of them were lit, and when we ask for them to be lit, no one ever showed up. We went to the Beech restaurant and had great food, but noticed only one girl waiting on all the tables that we could see. She was doing fantastic, but it made for slower service. Water filling stations were empty for hours by the pool. Just disappointing.

The pool, lazy river, and pool bar and grill were excellent and exactly what we were looking for. The extra daily costs for resort fee ($50.00) for two bottles of water, WiFi, and other things we did NOT use or need. In addition there was a $38 self parking fee. So an additional $100 daily was added to our room fee. Hilton is pricing itself out of blue collar customers. I will never stay at a Hilton again. I believe Hyatt will deliver the same properties for less.

The Staff and the Lazy river

I booked this hotel for the lazy River. It was very packed. People were inconsiderate when they left and left their towels (even trash) on the lounge chairs, so it looked occupied when it wasn’t. So chairs were hard to find unless you asked those sitting nearby about the status of the chairs. The lazy river /pool wasn’t very clean. There were beer cans And cups along the rocks of the lazy river. There were leaves and bugs in the water as well. This was around 3 PM just before it started to rain/lightning and everyone had to exit the pool. There wasn’t enough floats for the weekend traffic and you’d expect it to be because you’re paying a premium $50 per night for their resort fee.The food and drinks were expensive. I spent $50 on two drinks at the pool bar. The hotel room was as expected. One minor complaint, the outlet on the nightstand didn’t work and the AC took forever to cool the room. Also, it is $35 per night to rent a microwave in your room. That’s a little excessive. I will probably bring my own drinks and floaty next time(if we go).

We love this property. I was assigned a room but wanted to change. I left a card with a $100 bill in it. Didn’t realize until six hours later. Security opened the room but someone had occupied it. I left feeling defeated. Security asked me to stop for a second after he called the man security office. It was turned in! Honest employees and hotel staff say a lot about this facility! We have stayed here on many occasions and will continue to do so! Thanks Hilton Bonnet Creek!!

In my opinion the hotel is great, the rooms are comfortable I got the 2 queens bed space was ok for 4 people. The clean part was good everything was very clean. The housekeeping was great she was very helpfull in all sense unfortunatelly I didn’t get her name, but she was super nice. I would definitely stay again and I recommend it.

The property was very clean, and there are a few choices of restaurants at the hotel, but they are not all available during lunch hours. I didn't like the fact that there are no microwaves in rooms or anywhere visible in the hotel, instead, customers are expected to be charged a fee of $35/day for a microwave to be brought to the room just to warm up their food. I checked out a day early because my allergies were triggered whenever I was in my room and my face completely broke out after sleeping on the pillows. I do have sensitive skin, and I normally bring my own pillow, but I didn't this time.

Very clean and friendly. We love it here and always stay for when we visit Orlando. Very convenient to all attractions and parks.Disney Springs is right around the corner which we love to spend a day there. The outlets are close by as well. Love Love Love the lazy river. We just spend a day there which is very relaxing. They have it all. Give Elle a hello when you get to check in she is simply awesome along with all other staff members.
