No breakfast. Location in the middle of the busiest street in town
Our room was facing the street and it was terribly noisy. It was like sleeping in the middle of a very busy traffic lane. The walls are so thin that you can hear every word from the next room. The people in the next room told us to be quiet when we woke up in the morning. Obviously they did not know what we heard from theirs room the night before

Natalia super amable y nos facilitaron mucho la entrada y la salida. Totalmente recomendable

Incredibly loud. Cars passing by outside windows non-stop. The property is right between two roads. One of the roads carries all the fast major traffic so the noise of cars whizzing by is unbearable. For that reason I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

An old building that's been sensitively restored. Free bottle of wine on arrival and thoughtful touches like a kettle in the room
Terribly noisy. Right next to a busy main road and there was a big extractor vent next to our room that made a loud noise from 6.30 am. Owner seemed to think that this was OK as it stopped at night!

It is a very nice old building.
If you are sensitive to noise, dont book it. Its infront of a busy road and inside you can hear what people in the house are doing. If you can cope with it, its a nice place to stay.

Nice collonial type of hotel
free bottle of wine
- toilet not separated from the room
- super noisy, like sleeping on the street

Amazing location, beautiful place, super nice host!! We loved our room, it was very charming. The host even gave us a bottle of wine as a compliment for free, which was super unexpected and lovely! Thank You!! :)
Sound isolation. In particular, the noise from upstairs during our stay... We heard every word that people were saying, not mentioning the footsteps or other. But if you are not sensitive to sounds, this might be okay.

The owner is extremely nice and available, the place has been renovated with modern equipment while keeping the original charm. The location in Icod is perfect, and there are quite a few parking places around. We appreciated the bottle of water and chocolates.
The first room we had « Buluvar » was noisy, the second one « Turquesa » was perfect !

There is traffic from both sides of the building. Given it's an old building without isolation, you feel like people and cars are going through your room. We couldn't get earplugs while we arrived which meant a sleepless night for us :(

Very friendly staff, big room
Weak wifi, no curtains to block the bright street lights

- Nicely refurbished traditional canary house
- The fastest Wifi during my 3 weeks Tenerife trip (about 60-80 Mbits both download and up)
- Spotless clean, everything seemed to be new
- Nice traditional decor
- Bizarre, but loved the toilette with its own balcony!
- There is a parking place nearby, where you can leave your car for 10 eur/day (anyway it is impossible to park on the streets, so this is a good option, and very close, 100 meters from the place)
- The best room with the triple balcony and sea view overlooks the road where all traffic arrives to this calm city. So a bit noisy, but I could sleep well with earplugs.
- While it is very nice that after renovation all original and beautiful doors and windows where keot, this also means zero isoloation, so during the winter months it can be as cold in the room as on the street. Heating would be nice.
