Beautifully situated right on the beach, this expanded property is ideal for a family gathering or travel group! Combining a large main house with a spacious cottage, up to 16 guests will rest comfortably in their choice of seven cozy bedrooms. For meal times, this property offers two well-equipped, full kitchens with breakfast bars including one in the main house with high-end, stainless steel appliances and a wine cooler. Dine together at indoor tables or out in the open air on the furnished deck. Between the two homes, you'll also find multiple living spaces with plenty of comfortable furniture and flatscreen TVs. And outside, your group will enjoy a private swimming pool with a 2,500 square foot deck that overlooks the ocean as well as private beach access.

And when it comes to sleeping arrangements, this property offers a grand total of seven comfortable bedrooms with over a dozen beds to choose from.

This prime beachfront home sits a little less than five miles north of the Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse and Museum, as well as the restaurants and recreational outfitters (for jet skis, kayaks, paddle boats, catamarans, and deep sea fishing) that sit within walking distance of the lighthouse. About seven miles north is the Daytona Beach Boardwalk and Pier with its countless shops and restaurants. Or hop on the interstate to Orlando to visit Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, less than 80 miles away.

Steps to the beach! Great space for our family to spend special time together.

We had a great time at Atlantic Sunrise with the main house and cottage. We had a large group for a family reunion and there were plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces. We made good use of the kitchen, deck and pool. Having private beach access was a plus. We were conveniently located to restaurants and activities. It was a very nicely decorated house and cottage but a little difficult to maneuver for handicapped in wheelchairs due to little step downs etc. but we made it work. If we were to come back in the future we would stay here again!

The house layout was excellent for a large family with small children and grand parents. Great kitchen and appliances to accomodate large group. Pool and proximity of beach were perfect for numerous short trips. Nice and quiet even with a few condos nearby. Just need BBQ upgrades. Would recommend to others for family vacation.

This home is amazing!! I give it a 10!! Your own private pool and steps away the private beach. My family of 14 had the best time here. Great location to stores but nice and quiet, plenty of room for all of us. Would love to return here❤️

This house has everything we needed. The view is unbelievable. The pool was clean and refreshing after a day at the beach. The open floor plan in the house made it easy to enjoy everyone. This was our second trip to this location and plan on booking again.

The property was accommodating for the size of our group There was 1 pack and play and 2 walkers which helped with our children. The laundry and kitchen appliances were nice. The induction stove was in need of repair and the pots and pans were pretty worn and you can’t just use any pan. The pool area was spacious but needed a lot of clean up and the pool was full of sand on our 1st day. Access to the pool from the home is not handicap friendly which was important to us. Overall the home and cabin are nice. The bed all had foam pillow top covers. You should plan to buy your paper products there were not any extras supplied.

The location of this house was unbeatable, however, the house itself lacked that same feeling. The house had enough rooms and bathrooms to accommodate 20 people but everything else was sparse. There wasn’t enough kitchen equipment for a large group. There was only enough plates, bowls, silverware, and serving trays for a group of 10, max. We had to constantly do the dishes to keep up with our large group. For a house that advertises accommodations for 20 people, we expect there to be enough stuff for all of those people. Parts and pieces of the small kitchen appliances like the coffee pot and blender were missing. The master bathroom toilet was broken and we had to call 3 different people to get someone to come out and fix it and they still couldn’t. The fridge was leaking water the entire time and the wifi was very unstable. The back sliding door was broken and fell on multiple people, including a child. We spent a lot of time outside to avoid the annoyances of inside.

Great house and cottage house. Had a 4 family group with bunch of kids and was a great location with restaurants and grocery nearby. Pool was better than expected, and though on the small side deep end was 8ft and added tons of fun. Lots of space and rooms for our large crew, having separate living space for the adults who needed a minute of peace was nice. Only issue was some maintenance that went unresolved, primarily that the back door lock was broken and was not fixed during our stay. Overall was great, would return.

This was perfect for a large family gathering. The main house and cottage are nicely decorated and furnished. Lots of beds to accommodate everyone. The beach here is really wide and quieter than other areas since it is not a drive-on section.

Plenty of room for 15+ guests, including bedrooms, baths and large, open living area. The beach seems close enough to touch. We parked 5 large SUVs with no problem. Very easy access to unload/load.

Needed two codes for house and cottage. Only had the code for the cottage. Once we got in the house, it was great. The pool area was bad. Rotten patio chairs with rusted bottoms. Hadn’t been cleaned in months. Does no one use the pool? Pool light was never on. We called this in and other issues. They only took up the old rug and biggest rusted metal but didn’t clean it up and left the chairs where nails were poking up through the seats. . They did not clean algae off a sidewalk that was dangerous. They did not come clean up the grill area which was awful. They said they’d send someone for these issues but no one ever came to fix things. The inside of the house? Terrific! Great floor plan. Clean. High end appliances. Not enough beach towels or toilet paper. Cheap sheets. Great ac. House does have steps so we had only a few stumbles from that. Love the beach and soft sand. House is going up in price next year almost double! Needs work outside. Love the 4 day ability to rent this house.

We absolutely loved everything. I have been bringing my children and grandchildren on family vacations for 17 years. This has everything we love. The pool was beautiful the living space had the open floor concept so we could enjoy everyone. The view was amazing. Plan on returning next year. Thank you for everything.

First off we couldn't get into the property no who new what the code was after 3 hours worth of phone calls we finally got hold of the local property manager and found out the code had been changed. Next we had no A/C for the first 2 nights the house was over 80 degrees at night the automatic shades where all broken so we had no view of the ocean from the inside of the house there where toilets that didn't flush We will defiantly not be returning especially at the price an absolute joke!! if I could give it negative stars that would be more accurate for our experience
