Convenient restful stopover, except for Saturday night.

Spacious apartment allowed us to take a break from hotels, cook and wash, close to central Seattle. Anderson was very helpful getting us set up.

Across the road from a noisy pub which kicked off at midnight until about 2am with such loud music even ear plugs did not block it out.

Home feeling in Seattle

Great amenities, very comfortable bed, lot of natural light, updated decor, safe, great location

I wish this had been a five-star place, it was what I was hoping for.

The location was as expected. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Our greeter who met us in the alley to let us in was personable and helpful.

When we arrived at 4pm, the laundry was wet and left in the dryer for our towels and for the sheets for the pull out couch. It was overloaded and would have never dried if we hadn’t taken out some of it to make it 3 loads to dry. The walls had dust on them as did the fan in the bathroom that wasn’t working well, and it was noisy and full of dust. There were screws in the wood partition on the floor of the bathroom that were not screwed down all the way and we had to be careful not to step on them. The pool and hot tub were not maintained well and unusable. This property was rated 5 stars, and from my other booking.com experiences, this was not a 5 star place. I wish it had been as it was meant to be a special experience/gift for my family. At best it was a 3.5 star.

Overall a good value for the location and ammeneties.

Secure building. Near space needle, public market, and the bay. Full kitchen and washer/dryer in room was convenient. Bonus was air conditioning and fans in the bedroom and lining room. Pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable.

Location wasn’t as close to light rail and shopping. Building was a bit run down. Unit was on the small side.

I've never stayed in such a well-equipped accommodation. All the little things that make a stay that bit smoother such as tea bags, basic cooking items such as oil, salt etc. Plenty of spare everything so I knew if I ran out I could fix it myself

It was a nice place in a great neighborhood. We wished we could stay longer!

It was a beautiful condo with nice amenities in a good location. The greeter was friendly and explained everything that we needed to know for our stay. The building, apartment, and grounds were super nice.

Location in Belltown is great. There are many good and some great restaurants in walking distance. Easy ten minute stroll to Pike Market. Easy ten minute stroll to Space Needle complex. Easy ten minute bus ride or Uber to Pioneer Square or sports stadiums. The apartment is very clean, well-stocked and comfortable. The sofa-bed was more comfortable than any other i can remember using. Our teenagers loved the swimming pool.

I really have no negative comments. Everything was great.

Outstanding! I will visit this facility every time I come to Seattle.

Our host, Marcus, called us as we were sitting in front of the building. He advised us of on-site parking availability and gave us directions to it. There he met us a gave us our key fob and back-up room key. After we parked our car, he met us at our room and made sure everything there was in order and explained the room's features. He also gave us the access code to unlock the room door. Later that evening, I called to get the WiFi security key for the room and Marcus told me exactly where to find it. Overall, outstanding customer support!

Only one minor comment. Even though we did not prepare any food in the kitchen, there were no salt or pepper shakers there. There were a lot of spices and herbs there, which I did not expect, but salt and pepper shakers would have been a nice touch.

Stay anywhere but here- this place is awful.

I liked absolutely nothing- this is the worst rental I have ever had.

The apartment wasn't cleaned properly- dishes in the dishwasher, coffee in machine, towels and sheets in the dryer. The manager was completely inept- there were no instructions in the apartment (he emailed it a few days later). The place reeks of Lysol and ancient bedding, stains on the pillows, a dysfunctional couch that is barely usable. Walls are paper thin- most of this complex is short term rentals, so there were a lot of young partygoers making noise all night. Second avenue is a mess of drag racing at night, prostitutes and drug deals. I've stayed in dozens of places all over the world and I've never seen anyplace this bad.

Great stay

The room and amenities exceeded our expectations. The location close to downtown Seattle was very convenient!

The neighborhood, especially at night, was a little rough. That being said, if you stay on 2nd there are some great restaurants, and that immediate area was just fine.
