A spacious one bedroom apartment with large lounge and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, luxurious bathroom and master bedroom with king-size bed.

Great apartment, very clean & close to all amenities.

Easy to find and great location. Apartment had plenty of space for the few days we spent there and was very well equipped for our needs. Well worth paying the extra few pounds a night compared to a standard hotel room. Had an 'incident' during our stay that required some cleaning. Contacted the owners and someone was round within minutes to sort it. Couldn't have asked for more.

Apartment A on ground floor felt safe & had all facilities required for my week long stay. Shower was a little low in pressure. Nice touch to have milk, tea, coffee, & cereal in apartment on arrival.

Great night with the girls, made better by having a great place to stay rather than making the hour long trips home on different trains for each of us at the end of the night... this way we could carry on chatting through the night! Fab facilities and cleanliness, and the breakfast was well thought out and planned!

I booked the executive apartment for 3 nights for a business trip. Service was understandably changed due to the coronavirus pandemic and there were no staff present but food for breakfast and other items like towels and toilet rolls were left out in reception. Keypad entry meant no keys or cards to lose, which was great - just don't forget the entry combination! Everything was clean and well maintained with all the usual applicances and all worked fine.

Location was convenient. Room was clean and spacious. Noisy on the street floor from above and outside. Parking discount only works if you have a UK phone number which they don’t state. With no street parking without that app, you have to pay a lot more blocks away to get a machine that will accept cards but we were on our own to figure this out as multiple calls were met with defensiveness and suggestions that also didn’t work. Should know the area and be prepared for overseas visitors.

The apartment is clean and spacious. The location is excellent and you can park in a paid bit for a short while and for 10mns, which is great to drop off case and any shopping. Wi-Fi is great if you need to work at all. It was warm and and you can adjust the heating if you need to.
