Escape the city life and unwind at this spacious family house, where you have access to your very own pool and pool table. Enjoy the luxury, whilst you reside in this elegant family home. The home which is absolutely brand new, boasts lots of space, and a contemporary feel while still feeling comfortable and inviting. This wonderful luxury home can sleep a maximum of 14 people. Facilitated with a spacious kitchen it s perfectly suitable for some in house cooking after a long day of outside adventure. Otherwise inside adventure will do just fine. The design has a very open feel to it.

To stay in touch with big city tech we have provided all rooms with Smart TVs. It s the perfect home for people looking to spend some quality time with their loved ones, in a home with some very high quality features. We invite groups and families who love a beautiful environment, to stay with us. There are activities for all ages; it is a terrific place to visit. This might well be the perfect desert visit for you. Only one way to find out.

All rooms have Smart TV s and enabled with Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, and ESPN +. PS4 supplied in living room.

Gated community. The house was great and very nice. One bedroom had wood slat shades on the door, which was weird, but other than that it was great. There is a TV in each room, two outside, and a 15" TV inside in the family room. There was a cool app to control pool heat and different colored light options in the pool. Fun outside bar area with BBQ plus a small fire pit. Host contact was very responsive and flexible to our needs. We had lots of fun and would stay again.

Very nice spot great pool and hot tub exterior landscaping could use some work it back yard. back patio and pool deck needs to be power washed. Better instruction on the TVs would have been great. Over a great spot which we enjoyed that could use a little tender loving care.

very fun home with a lot to do! set in a neighborhood of mostly vacation rentals so don't have to worry too much about bugging locals. home is very big! master is massive and the other bedrooms are normal-sized. one bedroom near the front has a sort of louvered door that opens to the main living room so gets some extra noise. the living room space is very comfy with big couches and lots of seating. outside and inside both have a lot of space to hang out. pool table fun too. outdoor and pool space were very well equipped. location close to shopping and restaurants. management checks in when arrive and seems great!

The house was well laid out and very comfortable for a larger party. The backyard and pool was a treat as well as other small conveniences like a fully stocked kitchen, nice fridge, pool table, etc.

We booked this property in Indio for a small family/friends gathering, and it was fantastic. The pictures are quite accurate - the property had many amenities, was very clean and well stocked with towels/toiletries/kitchen items, and the property managers were very responsive when we had questions. The pool is awesome! Definitely glad we stayed here.

Our family bookee this home last minute after a previous booking did not work out, but im glad it didn't! This home was beautiful, spacious, clean and our family really enjoyed it. The host was very accommodating and made the booking process very easy.

Beautiful property! We had 12 women stay here for 3 nights and we felt like we had enough space. All the finishes and decor were gorgeous. The outdoor living area is great and the pool/spa was the highlight. The owner was very nice and always quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend.

We stayed for a long weekend and had a great time! The house is beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. We had 3 children with us all under the of 5 and the house worked out great for us. We would definitely recommend staying here!!

We had the best stay at this beautiful house. From the living room to the bedrooms the house provided a comfortable place for us to relax during the holiday week. The kids specifically loved loved the pool, hot tub, and TVs in every rooms. I would rent this house over and over again.
