My daughter and I stayed at the property for an extended weekend away. The property was very clean, and very big. I was very surprised when we walked in to see how spacious it was. The property is close enough to Milwaukee, yet not overly busy. We loved staying here!

Adorable apartment. Very comfy and inviting. This rental has everything you can think of. Easy check in/out. Very clean and exactly as pictured. Gave 3 stars for location as there isn’t much nearby but just drive a few minutes to whatever you want. Would definitely stay here again!

This apartment/loft was wonderful. It was comfortable and clean. It was beautifully decorated with everything up-to-date. The owner was easy to work with and had great communication. My only disappointment was the location. I was hoping the downtown area was thriving with a lot of shops to walk to like we have here in the south. But, that really wasn’t the case that is unless you are into Indian Motorcycles. There was a shop to browse down the street. That looked nice. But, the apartment/loft was perfect. I would definitely recommend if you are staying in the area.

Amazing property! The host was so cooperative and easy to communicate with! The property was everything it said and more! Perfect for Carthage graduation. The house is fully stocked and very clean! We felt very safe and would recommend the house to anyone coming to the area! Great host. Thank you for a perfect weekend. It felt like home.

Loved the Hive! The apartment is super adorable and very well decorated. The apartment is very comfortable and a great place to call home for a few days. It has all of the amenities and communication with Angela was great. Super prompt and responsive. We plan to stay again when we are in the area.

First time in the Milwaukee area visiting friends in Racine. Great town and a great stay in a beautiful fully equipped apartment with great amenities. Nicely decorated and very clean. Really enjoyed that it had a lot of complimentary miscellaneous items that made things very convenient. Highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a very nice spacious clean place close to the lake. Also host was always very available to answer any questions I had and I also got an early and late checkin that was very super helpful and appreciated.

I’ve stayed here before and enjoyed it so much I thought I would go again and it was just as nice. Since it wasn’t winter this time there was much more going on around town to see and do. You can even see the lake from the front windows and see the sun coming up (colors as there are buildings where the sun is actually at)

We really enjoyed our time in Racine, WI. The Hive was the perfect location to explore the area and was conveniently located to the marina and Lake Michigan Pathway which was great for biking and walking. There were several wonderful restaurants within walking distance of The Hive. Angela had everything we needed for a relaxing stay at The Hive, the bee and honey decor was precious. The back patio was a special treat and we enjoyed dinner and watching the stars under the cafe lights. If we are fortunate enough to make it back to Wisconsin we will certainly choose to stay at The Hive again!

Angela was very communicative and easy to work with. The apartment was just as listed and very cozy and clean. I loved all of the natural light. Our one complaint is the noise from the road which unfortunately our host can have no control over. Other than that a wonderful stay!

This property was as listed! Clean, easy to find, secure, etc. We were in town celebrating Harley Davidson's 120th Anniversary. This property was definitely where we got the most bang for our buck! Thanks again for renting to us.

This apartment unit is perfect. We had 4 total 2 married couples. Perfect location and beats any hotel in the area. We were in town Curling and could not recommend this enough for curlers that travel for tournaments. Very close to delicious restaurants and we made breakfast at the apartment each day.

We were so happy with this rental. This VRBO offers beautiful, spacious rooms in a very nice location in the downtown Racine area. It was extremely clean when we arrived and had all the amenities we could have asked for. Though we didn't need it, the kitchen was fully stocked. Beds, including the sleeper sofa, were very comfortable. This will be our go to VRBO when we visit our family in the area.

Love staying at The Hive! Comfortable, clean, well stocked and cozy. I love sitting by the window with a cup of hot cocoa and watching the people come and go along the street. Although it is right on the street, the traffic noise is minimal especially in the bedrooms. Location is great! Downtown is just a quick 3 blocks away and our purpose, watching Carthage College Football, is a quick 14 minutes away. We will be back!

The Hive was all we hoped it would be and more. We were four adults and were very comfortable. The place is beautifully done with signs of the host’s thoughtfulness everywhere. The kitchen has everything you could need for a long stay. The bedrooms are comfortable with room to unpack. Too bad our stay was in late October or we would have spent some time on the large outdoor deck in back. The living room looks out onto 6th Street (with a view of Lake Michigan if you look down the street). On the second floor, street sounds are minimal but they are there. As a Chicagoan, I didn’t notice but some might. The included parking spot is within view just across the street. Any visitor new to Racine should definitely check out the Racine Art Museum, a two block walk east, as well as their lovely lakefront. All in all, we were very happy with our stay. I unreservedly recommend this place.

We wanted to stay together with friends and found The Hive! It is a cute apartment above a hair salon downtown Racine. Just a walking distance to great restaurants and bars! Well worth the price and has excellent amenities that have all the comforts of home!

This apartment is awesome. It is as beautiful as the pictures show it. It has everything you'll need for you visit to Racine. You can walk to everything in downtown Racine. Restaurants, Bars, Museums, Shopping, Lakefront. The deck is a great place to hang out and enjoy some outdoor dining and drinks. Highly recommend this place!! Thanks to our host Angela. We hope to stay again when we are in Racine.

The apartment looked just like the picture. It was ample and clean and ultra modern. We loved the big bedrooms and best of all. We enjoyed the outdoor music and the vintage cars riding by. It is conveniently located close to restaurants, bars, and shopping. We loved the patio area up on the roof. My wife loved swimming in the big beds. Overall, the apartment added to our vacation experience. Thanks Angela.

Apartment was clean, comfortable, roomy and secure. It's on the second floor with a long flight of stairs, but locked door at top and bottom. At first glance wondered about the area, but found several pubs within couple blocks (including Toad Hall which has amazing food), and felt comfortable walking in the neighborhood both day and evening. Would definitely stay again.
